This place is the worst I've been to In a long time. They got one person out front trying to juggle everything. From order Taking to bringing food to the table. They charge you for items and forget to give you the things they charged you for, like drinks or side dishes. The food was horrible as well. I got a lunch special with a chicken quesedilla and it was one of the most flavorless things I've eaten. I could have gotten flat bread at home and stuck seasoned chicken and cheese together and it would have been better. My wife ate the burrito with a taco and she said it was the worst, and she loves Latin food and would eat just about anything. The parking lot is a jungle and the kid taking my order was literally throwing everything in my direction instead of placing it in front of me. He threw the pen for me to sign, he threw the basket of chips, he tossed my debit card back at me, he threw the plastic cheap utensils he gave us to use. I mean I get your busy but I kinda felt like throwing it back at him. Definitely never coming back.

Had the lunch special which was 3 tacos with rice and beans. It was really flavor and very filling. Got a mango juice and a horchata. The service was good and the food came out pretty quickly. The restaurant was very clean as well which is always a good sign. Will definitely come back again.

Terrible place! Horrible food! Bad service! Went there for lunch and ordered Tacos al Pastor and a Tortilla soup. The soup was basically a tomato basil soup with a few corn chips in it. The tacos never arrived. I left and didn’t even ask for the money back. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Worst customer service! The street corn was bland and when we told the gentleman that brought it out, he shrugged his shoulders, another gentleman came by and we told him to please call the manager and he said we don’t have a manager and I wasn’t even here and walked away. By the way, they don’t have name tags so I couldn’t even addressed them by name! (It is Wednesday August 2, 2023 3:30pm) My husband and I were shocked by their response and lack of interest in keeping the customer happy needless to say we will NOT be returning. Bad food and horrible customer service? No Thank you.!

Best taco in town. The food is fresh. The service is great. The lunch specials are great deals.

So good I almost forgot to take pictures! Went here solo for lunch during work during a late afternoon. There was no waiting so I got to sit at a large table with my computer and eat. I ordered the 3 taco special (1 pork, 1 chicken, 1 steak). The tacos were delicious, flavorful. The pork and chicken were my favorite, the steak was not a standout. The beans and rice were also good. I had a margarita and it was as good as a pre-made can be, but I was just aiming for something slushy and cold so this did the trick. The meal came with free chips and fresh salsa, also delicious. Service was friendly and fast. Will come again and try the salads. It seemed everyone was eating them!

Taco Rico is a great place to get some quick Tex-Mex. It is  counterservice and they got my wife and my food out quick. The food was also tasty and is definitely a step up from doing fastfood. Entrees: (1) Pork Chimichanga  (2) Steak Chimichurri Tacos Atmosphere/Decor: Clean, Smaller storefront Server Attentiveness: counter service Food Wait: Quick Cost/Value: $10ish per entree

Taco Salad was pretty good, wish I added rice and beans with it. Chill place, I recommend giving it a try.

We always order Ubereats from here but we came out to eat and wow! Place was beautiful and spotless. The team members were all working hard. The lovely lady in the front was amazing. Very sweet and patient with our big order. And the food wow! Even better when it’s fresh and hot. They had so many options for drinks I didn’t even know! We actually tried different items and they were all delicious. So glad we came out great atmosphere, great customer service and delicious food!

Extremely nasty atmosphere. The owner or manager (assuming because he was just watching everyone like a hawk and not helping) makes everyone uncomfortable. The employee have the biggest sense that they hate their job and not to include how dirty everything else. Why will you make the kitchen visible from your dining room and have people handling food without gloves, fighting and everything looking overall unorganized/dirty? Also. If people are dining in or not. You need to treat them the same. Why did it take you guys 30 minutes to get me my ONE burrito but the family that order AFTER me got their completely order 14 min before me?? “Their order also had a burrito”. Your rating is pretty bad. Just imagine if you wasn’t soliciting good google reviews for exchange for deserts. It will be a shame if someone reported it to google and they remove the fake positive reviews. The food quality went completely down here. The steak burrito that was decent is now full with nerves. This is Miami. We have options. Do better

Customer service is HORRIBLE the lady that took my order gave me just about half of my order wrong. The food was unflavored had to put some kind of sauce on it. Complained that I got a refill at the fountain after a got I finish my horchata drink but I stayed quiet for giving me an unsweetened tea after I told her sweet then she tell me that she wasn’t paying attention and that it’s my fault for not correcting her. Then she wanted me to swap out the unsweetened tea which was 3.50 for a fountain drink that was 2.50 I called her out and her response was but the fountain drink is refillable yea for 2.50. Rude and horrible service is the nicest thing I can say.

TAKE OUT ORDER I ordered the birria quesadilla and it was honestly disappointing. The portion of the food is quite good considering the price, but unfortunately it has no flavor at all, the only thing I could taste was the onion (in the photo it is only the onion from two of the four slices of the quesadilla) the birria It was very bland, the birria juice had no flavor either, the order came without lemon, they didn't provide utensils or napkins either. The food was not horrible, it's just that when you order Mexican food you expect an explosion of flavor and this was not even close to the case.

Cashier is a skinny punk who hates his job and will try to stare down any guy he deems a threat (as long as he's behind the counter). Rest of the staff clearly hate their job as well. The food prices keep increasing, yet the quality and quantity of the food keeps going downhill. While Taco Rico is usually good, This particular location is trash. All 5 star reviews were bribed with a free desert. I can tell the owner could care less and is milking this franchise for all he can. To the owner: Keep your careless attitude. You will go out of business eventually. Your staff is entitled and has poor customer service, maybe they're your relatives? Only reason I can imagine you still keep them around. As a manager myself, I'd be embarassed to run an establishment such as your own. So again, please don't change and keep up the great work!

I've been dying to try birria tacos, and I was very disappointed. Although the quality of the beef was great, they were very bland and tasteless, and so was the dipping broth. My daughter had the beef floutas and they were also flavorless. It's a little pricey for the small portions and lack of flavor. Taco Bell tacos taste better. Even the queso was subpar. On a better note, the service was good and fast.

I can not understand the bad reviews, the women at Sally’s beauty told us the food was good, boy were they right! . The food was excellent, from the salsa, to the chimichanga. The rice and beans were delicious as well. The man behind the counter was professional and helpful. We enjoyed the food and we will DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!

This is a gem. Great food at a great price. I had a chicken chimichanga. Delicious 😋 Not just any chimichanga, but stuffed with whole white meat chicken, rice, spices, and what I think was a line cilantro sauce. The chips taste premade unfortunately, but the salsa was perfect.

If you ever in the Kendall area this is the spot to eat taco Rico we had the Taco chicken salad bowl, extra large burrito and Beria tacos. They were all delicious. If you like to drink, try their margaritas. The staff are friendly and sweetest people. Oh and the place is clean

I feel I am being generous with 2 stars. If you're Mexican and used to the scrumptious Mexican dishes you consume on a regular, please do not eat at Taco Rico. 1st off, false advertising, as not one ounce of flavor is included in any taco so nothing RICO here. No cheese, no salsas, no guac, no flavor. By far the worst taco experience I've ever had. TacoBell is better. Lol. And way cheaper. And that's a violation to say 🤣.

This place was really clean. We ordered chicken tacos and vegetarian nachos. The was good and made using fresh ingredients. The food is not over priced. The restaurant has friendly staff and fast service.

This is one of my favorite establishments from a quick little Mexican bite. I absolutely love the taco salad. Super refreshing is delicious. The dressing that comes with it is absolutely delicious. What's responsible. I don't find it to be expensive at all and the service is pretty good.

I been here before and was impressed. Came back the next day with the most horrible service and food. Elotes was dry and then my tacos had a long piece of hair. I spoke with the owner he returned it of course because I shown him the hair. I told him his workers should wear hairnets. Only one woman was wearing a very thin hairnet and he said only females wear hairnets which makes no sense to me because all genders have hair and none of his workers were bald. anyways his demeanor was very blunt and annoyed. He didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience if anything he wanted me to get out of his store. Idk if it was because I was black or I just returned his food but he didn’t even offer to remake it. And as a business owner customer service comes first and this location DOES NOT have it

We come from a place where tacos are absolutely amazing! So testing this Mexican “cuisine“is actually very disappointing, the tacos are like Taco Bell type. The food was very pricey, so we were expecting more. It was salty, small and they even charge you ab extra $4 for night time (?) The person who helped us was very polite and helpful but the food wasn’t good.

I love Mexican dishes, and this was so good. I will be returning.
