    of all the states i went on vacation this walmart was the worst the cashiers on purpose take their time to scan the items the lines go around every store because the cashiers are not fast they have closed cashiers and there are no cashiers for you to pay yourself like other walmarts so I don't recommend you visit it if you come to Miami on vacation it will take you 2:30 hours in the line to pay the managers are rude and do nothing to solve the problem of the huge lines to pay I would give it zero stars it is horrible this walmart 😡🤬

    Im giving it one star because I can’t give it any less. Worst Walmart I have ever been to. The workers are there for nothing. You request someone’s help and they pretend they don’t hear you. Once someone helps you it’s with a bad attitude. The lines are huuugeee , only 3 cashiers opened and 10 closed. I don’t understand where’s the costumer service of this place. You go to the Walmart in 49 st and it’s a totally different story. This is the worst of the worst

    Cashiers and Walmart workers throughout the store restocking are all nasty with the worst attitudes. I'm telling you, besides themselves, the customers are the people they despise. How dare you come and try to pick up an item off the shelf? How dare you try to have a kind interaction with another individual? A smile or a hello? No that's too difficult for these people. They either give you the nastiest looks or they act like you don't exist. The most uncomfortable environment. People working here are not nice, even when you are polite to them. Very rude and miserable people. Also, the registers that were open, were 20 items or less. The regular lines were mostly closed, except 2 registers. Slow moving people. She kept us waiting and waiting in the line without saying a word. They don't care, they want you to accept however they treat you. The customer checking out, I think didn't have enough to pay. So it was taking forever just to checkout and this is 6:45 in the morning. You think, I'll go early and avoid the congestion and the long lines, but no. Cashier was complaining about people in her line with too many items. She doesn't want to do her job. They don't look at you either. She didn't talk or say hello. NOTHING. No acknowledgement, even when people are trying to acknowledge them. They wouldn't know you were trying to make an effort. They are too busy making customers feel like you're the inconvenience. I haven't shopped here in so long because I remember it being an uncomfortable experience, but I gave it another shot. Unfortunately, didn't go well either. Same. I will definitely shop somewhere else.

    There are nice item great prices. The worst attitudes from the workers. This store is so ghetto. Everyone walk by you, and no one ask if you need any help. What happen to customer service. The guy work in auto care gave me the wrong battery. Just close the store.

    Do not visit this location. I rather drive 20 min and go to another one. No shopping cars available, long lines , no self checkout lines. I had to use this container to carry around some products I needed. So disappointed.

    « OMG…Where Should I start « Yesterday was my first visit to this WALLMART SUPER CENTER They barely have any carts available.Their customer service needs some improvement because , instead of actually assisting customers their employees send you off as if they’re extremely busy. Their registers are rejecting customers using debit/ Credit Cards From Certain Financial 💸Institutions ,Key 🔑Copying Machine Not Working & Their ATM’s 🏧 Machines At This Location Is Out Of Cash 💵 So Customer’s Can’t Win For Losing. Not to mention their lines are ridiculous,stretching from the register all the way back to the middle of the store. The 20 Items or less line was looking the same as the regular lines,It’s a freaking Circus 🎪 🤡 at this location. !!THIS IS THE WORST WALLMART THAT I HAVE EVER VISITED!! (Corporate Needs To Step In) Because, There’s Too Many Chiefs At This Branch &Not Enough Indians.

    Had a delivery here of 3 cars- parked in the only place my truck fit, went inside and asked permission to park for the night. Night manager said as long as im in the truck its fine but if im not the property manager would tow it. Said thank you, spent $60 stocking my truck, and waited in a surreal line. To get kicked out, despite asking permission, at midnight in miami. I was screwed. Thanks for nothing literally walmart.

    Typical big Walmart. Ordered some photo prints online and picked them up an hour later, the man serving was very helpful. Grabbed a few items and waited to pay, the lines weren't moving at all so after a few minutes I left the items and walked out.

    I shop with huge Long-haired American Bulldog service dog. Very helpful and kind. Always making my shopping experience a pleasure. On last visit there was an emotional support dog who was a little aggressive. Owner, apologized and restrained dog. Shelves were well stocked, I was able to move freely with my dog and finding everything that I needed adequate registers were available to make exit less stressful.

    Visited to return online order. Only 2 employees were working. Waiting line was very long at least more than 20people were in the line to return or send money. But I would like to go their gardening section again. Plus my favorite Korean shin noodle was on sale. Lol

    Disastrous!! Few registers open and hundreds and hundreds of people waiting in humongous lines, you have to queue up among the clothes and intimate apparel as there is no room for such hugh lines.. you have to wait over an hour or two to check out….. everyday the same, at all days, at all hours.. even if it is 10am , 12 Pm, 2 PM a monday or tuesday the line is a pain in the ass…. It is necessary walmart start to care about people and stop treating customers as animals

    Placed a pick up order. Called customer service to ask if I could pick it up inside because I was not in a car to do curbside. They told me yes no problem. I uber to the store and walk up to services. A officer stops me and says, “Services is closed!” Mind you, the website says 8pm. It was 7:30pm. I told him I was picking up a order, he tells me to go outside and walk around the building to some storage bins. I’m not walking outside around a building. It’s getting dark!

    Long lines that extend all the way to clothing and sometimes electronics. Unprofessional staff and service. They don't even make an effort to perform custom satisfaction. When complaining to Supervisors, they give no remedy for the problem. Don't even think about getting into the customer service line! Again long lines, one cashier, ugh! Lines don't distinguish if you're returning an item or sending/picking up money. You can get to the front only to be told you're in the wrong line! Something needs to be done. I'm transferring to another Walmart. Maybe I'll get lucky with better service. They need to SHUT THIS ONE DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!

    It was OK disorganized, miami dade Police officers were flirting with the employees too loud and with kinda vulgar gross words , it gave e me the creeps, then again is the location where that walmart is on79 st. There should be more professionalism inside the store, is not a party is a store. I was amazed beside myself, I don't think I will return to that walmart ever

    You know, after seeing all these bad reviews by everyone, you would think Walmart would do something about it. Obviously, they could care less about their customers. I've been to Walmart all across the United States and have never seen anything like this. Most horrible ever. I almost had a panic attack. I left the little I had and walked out. I couldn't take it anymore. 1000+ people everywhere. Supposedly, according to the employee I spoke with, it is always like this. Almost everything is locked up, and you have to pay for it first in order to get it. Example; 99 cent shaving razor. Horrible Horrible Horrible. Save your piece of mind and stay away.

    This review was about to be a 3 but the way their scan and go works saved it! I came here for jello, small plastic cups, and napkins. The great value jello only had 4 flavors!??! As you can see by the photo, there were many lines open but still 6 ppl minimum in each! I was about to abandon the mission, but then I remembered I had scan and go so I was able to scan and just find a register to scan the qr code, bag, and dip!

    In ALL my years of shopping at Walmarts I never met anyone like Carolyn, a smiling African American store associate at this particular location— she was so prompt, knowledgeable about where items are, helpful, kind, and friendly. Thank you!

    We had the order delivered to our car and waited nearly half an hour, it said delivered to us about 10 min after checking in but they never came out until nearly half an hour later. So much for trying to avoid the super lllooonnngg wait lines at Walmart.

    Terrible Terrible Terrible.. I dont how how walmart corporate hires people that can't speak English as customer service in the United States.. this specific walmart doesn't have tap to pay the employees don't understand how to use the card readers you spend no less than a half hour in a 20 items or less line being the 5th person in line no self checkouts they feel the need to have armed police stationed there ... if your from a nice place DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE

    Worst Walmart ever in Miami area . I avoid coming to this store. If you are in a hurry you should avoid it too . There’s no self checkout lanes . No less than 10 items lanes or something like it . I waited on a 20 or less item lane for 20 minutes with a single file folder in my hand and ended up leaving it and buying it from Amazon . Why do this things happen ? Why don’t the management at this stores look for a way to speed up the payment process and get people out of the store faster ?

    The lines here are SO long! I think we spent almost as much time standing in a line as shopping that night overall. 😅 Nevertheless, considering the city's size, it's understandable; this place is huge and has a lot to offer, I'd give a like to them for that.

    Although I was never notified that the photo collage poster created that was intended to complete the bathroom make over, which was a gift for my grandmother's 99th birthday, had indeed arrived in time for the celebration.. being the employee at the photo counter, Joseph, was very kind and helpful in locating the photo, as well as checking me out was such a pleasant surprise (considering the service usually received at that particular Walmart) was pretty much my salvation, when I realized that the product I purchased is useless, it's blurry, not the normal low quality blur but unrecognizable blur. that the cut of the poster is not straight, which makes it cut off pictures in the frame, the color is bad, along with the fact that I am out the money I paid because I cannot spend the two hours it would take to go back to store and return or take the chance to deal with the two rude women who have racial discrimated me on more than one occasion in the past and who in work in customer service at that store

    Presentation is very poor, no stock of merchandise. Shelves are more empty than full, lots of outs. The items that are there are the wrong items, looks like they just put anything anywhere. This location is very close to home and the pricing is better than other retailers, but if there is no items to purchase what does it matter for better prices. Employees are not helpful everyone’s always on break and the ones who do actually help always have a line of people waiting with questions. If all employees were helpful you can avoid that problem. Please do better and I might consider coming back.

    If I could give this Walmart zero stars I would, it doesn’t deserve even 1 star! Trashy, empty boxes in shelves, trash on shelves. Black Friday lines on a damn Tuesday night in September at 8:30pm! Checkout lanes had cashiers who looked and acted like crack heads and took forever to scan items. No self checkouts available for customers. Worst Walmart ever and if I wasn’t traveling I would of left my items and hunted for a Target! I will find Target before I submit myself to this torture again! Avoid at all cost!
