I have been waiting for a response on my taxes from that office for 3 months and when I call they only tell me that they are going to let me know when a month ago they told me that they had already finished them... then the accountant stopped answering my calls ..last time I go here and I don't recommend it at all!

Absolute garbage. I did my taxes with him a couple of years at my wife’s recommendation. He doesn’t make appointments so it is an absolute madhouse to see him first come, first served. His fee is inexpensive and you definitely get what you pay for. The final straw was when he failed to submit my taxes electronically (according to his staff due to a computer crash) leaving me to pay over $900 in penalties. When I called back, I was told to submit the receipt of payment and would be reimbursed the penalty as it was their error. I was met with nothing but obstructions from his staff even after I emailed copies of my IRS payments multiple times. I never got anything back from this firm. This accounting firm is dishonest and preys on low income people who are drawn in by his low fees. Beware!

If I can give negative stars I would I was recommended by a friend so I called and asked if I could get a quote woman answered and stated” aqui no se hace quote se hace taxes!” Then disconnected call. So unprofessional, was never even given a chance to speak.

The worst thing, if I could, I would give them 0, we have even thought about suing them, for the negligence in the preparation of my son's taxes, think carefully before going to this place, the staff and Turvay are crappy people, this man would hate you. Run away to the problems when the taxes do them wrong, they don't respond and they hide so as not to give a solution,,,,,,,,,.... BAD PLACE

3RD TIME IN A ROW WHERE IVE TRIED DOING MY TAXES , THEY OVERCHARGE LOWER INCOME PEOPLE ,THEY TOOK OVER 4 MONTHS TO SEND MY TAXES, OWNER BLOCKED MY NUMBER AFTER ASKING WHEN IT WILL BE SENT AFTER 4 MONTHS . SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. 3 RD YEAR IN A ROW THEY HADNT SENT NEVER DOING BUSINESS AGAIN

This place over schedule people and the waiting is horrible!! Don't believe that because your appointment is at a certain time you'll be seeing,NO they'll make you for hours😖. More than 5 hrs it's not professional!!

The girls he has there are attentive and they've been there five years or more so the way an owner treats their employees is the way he's gonna treat you . Miguel turbay is a very prolific CPA. My father and myself do our taxes with Miguel turbay because of the level of expertise he has and knowledge of all deductions to be had. God bless Miguel turbay and his insurance agency too

Started filing my personal taxes with the accountant Miguel ever since I started working. It’s my fifth and last year going to this office. I went to my appointment on January 28, 2022. On February 28, 2022 I call to follow up on my refund status. Maria Fernanda said she would call back around 2 pm to assist me. I did not hear any response that day or the day after. I call March 2 and ask for Maria. She still did not have a response. She just repeated “ I am the one responsible for calling those who get rejected by the IRS, you are not on my list. I have to get back to you.” Today, March 7, I call again. A gentlemen named Alex explained that my taxes were not submitted and that I needed to sign a new document. I decide to go in person for clarification from Miguel. Miguel was extremely rude and unprofessional. He did not take the time to explain his error. Suddenly my return was $1,154 less than what he said January 28th. I showed him the file he gave me on that day and asked him to identify the mistake. He was just trying to get me out of the office, raising his voice and just complaining about his job. Saying “ What do you need? I have to get people out of here.” Other customers in the lobby were looking our way because of how loud he was. Alex ended up apologizing for something he was not responsible of. Ps. If you are not a peoples person, find another career. No one needs to deal with your personal issues. Worst customer service ever. Waste of money and time. No consideration for the customer. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. I will never refer anyone . & I’ll make sure to share my experience with my family that has been going to him for years.

I left the day I did my taxes delighted with the attention received, I even changed accountants and went with them because of the evaluations received by so many people about their work. But..... what a disappointment! I filed my taxes on February 10, one day before the tax season began.... and today, April 17, 2021, I see that my taxes do not arrive (I had been worried before but I thought it was a situation regarding how busy the IRS is with so much work with the pandemic).... I call the office to find out what's happening that my taxes don't arrive and... surprise!!!! My taxes were never sent to the IRS!!!!!.....since February 10!!!! They never sent them.... the response in this regard was that the day I went to file the taxes “the IRS system crashed and there were cases that were not sent.” ..... my question is, when were they going to tell me that there was a problem? Well, the person who assisted me (which was not the one who did my taxes because that lady was very busy and could not answer me in person) told me that it was my responsibility to call after fifteen days to find out if my taxes had been accepted and sent. The answer to that was that I had never had to do that in all the time I have been doing taxes in this country, but also, it is not a week or even two that have passed.... two months and six days have passed, and They are not able to know if all their clients have obtained a complete service in something as serious as paying taxes in this country. A very big disappointment. I won't go back there again

Have been going to Miguel for several years and he never disappoints! Professional staff and attention to detail. He and his staff take their time to go over every tax cut you qualify for which is great! Be prepared to wait but he and his staff are worth it!

I've been coming to Mike for over 10 years years and I can tell you he's the best thing that has happened in my accounting life. My daughter also files her taxes with him and he's the fairest most honest rates in town. He is a cpa....not just a registered irs agent .
