Just by reading some of the reviews you can tell that some people either have no common sense or love to be devilish. I’ve been going to this location for YEARS! Never have I ever encountered a problem, some employees are not the most welcoming but they’re profesional and do their job as they should. People need to understand that if you get to a place 1 minute before closing someone is bound to get mad, that’s no excuse to give attitude or treat anyone disrespectfully but if you want to ship your stuff prioritize it. Out of 10 hours of your day, I’m sure you can spare half to go or send someone else, don’t bash business because of your irresponsibility.

I am giving a one star rate because I am forced to put a star, when in reality it deserves no star. One of the worst if not the worst post office I have ever been too, rude workers with nasty attitudes and extremely slow service. Only one attendant while the line is almost out the door. The service is slower than anything I have ever experienced. It's funny to me how a government operated facility can be this dysfunctional. Please have more staff available, how does it make sense to have 1 person working with over 10 people in a line!? I dont know why people are giving more than 2 stars to this place because in the +4 years I've been coming to this location not one visit has been pleasant.

Only reason I give this USPS office 1 star it’s because 0 stars is not available. Staff at this office is rude and always have an attitude. The African American Lady at the front desk raises her voice at customers and act as if she’s doing customers a favor and not her job. They are racist. And I’ve seen how they treat unfairly and with an attitude to everyone who does not speak English. I personally will never go to this USPS location again. And I recommend you to the same.

In my honest opinion, they should close this branch. My carrier is unable to complete his duties with integrity and efficiency. I understand the constant demand on the industry, but be honest with your clients. Don’t say you delivered a package to my home and then the package arrived at another home. When confronted about it, the carrier shrugged and brushed it off. Weekly I receive my neighbors mail and have to deliver it to them. Yesterday, I waited all day for a package and when it didn’t show up, I checked the system. Imagine my surprise when the system says that an attempt was made but the home was “inaccessible”. That’s just a plain lie. How come my other mail was delivered? There’s a pandemic going on: we are all home! Just be honest and tell me that your carrier is overwhelmed. That I can respect. When you lie about the delivery, you leave the recipient indefensible against the sender in the event of a dispute. The manager doesn’t care and fails to address the inadequacies within his location. In order to get in contact with this particular facility, you have to go out of your way to physically enter the location as their phone number continues to be “closed” despite opening hours. I know my review, like the others before mine, will fall on deaf ears. If a 1.9 star review doesn’t represent the critical issues at this location, I don’t know what else will. USPS has failed this branch and their customers. If USPS wants to survive this industry, they should really take the time to look introspectively. You’ve lost a supporter who has fought to defend the survival of the United States Postal System.

THERE IS NO DOUBT IN MY MIND THAT SOMEONE IS STEALING FROM HERE WHOEVER HANDLES AMAZON OR UPS FEDEEX INCOMING PACKAGES ETC…WHILE I WAS THERE OTHERS WERE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SAME BUT IF YOU CALL 1800USPOSTAL SERVICE the package magically “APPEARS”…….the rudest I’ve ever seen…getting LOUD and copping a attitude…..with other customers THEY ARE GOING TO TELL YOU THAT ITS UPS that looses them…..ITS THEM!! Workers here act like they don’t want to be there especially the white bold men it’s 3:30pm and they are close even the machine they close it. The supervisor should do better

I decided to write this review because I know they close at 6 but these 2 people closed a few minutes early after I drove in an attempt to make it before 6 to mail something out he wouldn't as so much hand me a sticker so I can fill it out and send some one to mail it the fatter of the 2 individuals said with attitude hold up can't you see I'm closing up so in frustration I waited a few minutes before I finally decided to take a picture of the time with my girlfriends phone to show it 6.04 I had showed up at 5.58 I think they should have attended me then closed I hope someone sees this and does something about it. Some people need to learn manners and social skills especially to wok at a united states post office I wasn't shocked when I looked and the place has 2 stars soon it will drop to 1 lol.

This location they always have the door to drop off the packages closed. I don’t even know why the have that door if is not functioning as it should, I put the complaint many times already and they just don’t care they don’t want to handle packages. So if you do self check in on a package and that door is closed you have to leave with your package to your house and then come back another day stupid

Using the post office for deliveries would be a safe choice...WRONG! I've had 2 Amazon packages go missing. Please tell me how you received a package and don't simply put it in the person's box. As others have stated be careful when ordering expensive goods and having them delivered to this post office.

SSA Window Clerk Delatrice Moore ( Dee Dee) is so Rude & Disrespectful towards Customers. Clerk Delatrice Tone, the way she speaks to the customers should not be acceptable. On November 21, 2023, believe that was the day I was in the Post Office in Hialeah Miami Lakes off of 186st. There was a Supervisor in the Lobby working the line. He obviously witnessed her behavior, and didn’t stop her. He would just look at her from time to time. There was an another Management Personnel standing on the side at another window just looking. I went to speak with him, he stated to me, once I started walking towards him. You don’t need to speak to me, you need to speak with the Supervisor. Just Rude, Rude, Rude… Zero Stars

Mail gets lost. When asked there is no time frame 4 days or 4 months

Came in after work to return a package and was met with a rude older gentlemen. Your attitude is very unnecessary sir, the world is struggling as it is .. be kind.

Super nice and friendly! The supervisor really helped me out and did his good deed of the day :) if you are nice and patient with them they will help you out the best they can!

Today I had to drop of around 15 packages, and Ed and Caroline(Supervisor) helped me out and made my drop off so smooth. I really appreciate the help, some post office are everything but helpful. This site was the complete opposite!

This is the worst postal service location in the surrounding area. Unhelpful, rude and lazy. I get more done just finding a postal worker in a vehicle and handing them my packages.

Dropped a package containing a phone that was part of a trade in with my current phone provider and the package is no where to be found ( IT WAS STOLEN ) the package was dropped off on the drop off bin outside of the post office

5 Star + for this location. Every time that I come to this office everybody is very kind and helpful. Today was a girl, I regret that I did not ask for her name, she did an amazing job, helping me with a process which was new for me, and that I did not have idea on how to proceed. She was nice, sweet and with a admirable patience helping me out. I told her that we don’t see or find out that these days. Being nice to people do not cost much. You can even with a little gesture of kindness make a better day for someone. For those bad reviews, you should ask yourself first if at least at the beginning you say Good morning or afternoon… if you did not… what would you expect?. Anyways, if I moved I’ll still coming to this USPS office. Thank you all!

Get those old disrespectful people out of there. Also why can you tape down my entire box but have to charge me for tape for a prepaid label? I wish all I had to do was walk up to a self-service kiosk and avoid dealing with these people who don't even know how to be polite.

The service employee was mean, I was not happy with him. Asked him for help and every suggestion was shut down instantly, told him what happened and he was just horribly mean and unkind

I star my new business online whit ebay and I send my first article in usps this office recibe the box and put delivered but is not true, they just don't deliver the box, I loose one costumer, I have a bad review, why no one do nothing whit usps everyone location is bad you can pick up one and watch the reviews all is the same I start to pay a little be more an use a good delivery company, runaway to this service, when everyone stop used this service maybe the fix and can do better service
