😠 Is sad to come here and see no cashiers. I don’t like the stop and go. Is not the same. I don’t like that at all. We need the cashiers.     I never care to put up reviews but I feel at this point is necessary. There are no cashiers!!!! Lines are long!! Invest in your workforce, it’s unbelievable what This Walmart has come to! All shopping carts are spread in the parking lot! What a joke for the high prices at least you should have a good customer experience! Get it together!!!!!

    What a beautiful Supermarket with so many fresh produce so many healthy alternatives and also such good quality of meats I was amazed that they had english-style bangers also they had a German style bangers they had a roasted fresh garlic made fresh peeled garlic minced garlic it's a beautiful place for culinary Enthusiast or culinary master also great place to shop the only thing is that I'm not seeing anybody clean the shopping carts in this moment of covid come on guys step it up with the cleanliness

    The reason I put 1 star is because i buy a “needoh cool cat” and the box was already rip so i got home very excited but i got a stress ball instead of a cat. Definitely a scam

    The store is very good and organized. But, the employees don’t treat the customers really good. The employees need to be nicer to customers. The employees Olga and Celine treat me very bad. Please, stop treating us (the customers) badly.

    line for self check out is a mile long! i wanted to buy collagen powder but it is locked in a case. i thought the point of having a retail store is so customers could pick items from the self to buy

    You can buy clothes until 11pm, but if you want to try it, have to be before 8pm, because incredibly they close the fitting room at 8pm😡😡😡😡😡😡

    Unfortunately they don't have any electric scooters. The guys that worked there told me there was only one that worked. I waited half an hour to get someone to leave the store so I could use that scooter and it wouldn't go backwards it would only go. Forward so they told me that since Christmas those electric carts have not been working at this Walmart on a 158th street Southwest. It's really going downhill. I can't believe it when you can't have an electric shopping cart for senior citizens. We 2 people. I saw walked out when they heard there were no carts. A great store that needs some help

    Employees rather talk amongst themselves rather than assist customers, mostly in women's apparel but its throughout the whole store. The bakery has no clue of the products they sell (I inquired about sweet rolls of which I bought on numerous occasions) was told they didn't carry them. Save yourself some grief and go to Target instead!

    Terrible customer service, the employees at this Walmart are rude and no manners to deal with people. We came 10mn to 8pm and the pickup was closed and no one to assist. Supposedly they close at 8pm, when the manager came in spanish told the employees that were inside that there were a lot of people waiting outside. Please, be polite and assist the customers. Thanks

    Bring a tent to camp inside while you wait ***AVOID WALMART*** on Mondays. 18 Registers and ONLY 4 are opened. The wait per line is over and hour. The milk and meat is going to spoil before I pay for it. How does Walmart get away operating this way, they don’t have enough employees to run the registers or the choice for customers to use the self service registers. Something other Walmarts offer to their customers. There’s a Target, Sédanos, Fresco y Más and two Publix supermarkets near by. The worst part is that this is not the first time, come see it for your self and leave a comment or video.

    I understand that you have to lock the baby food to stop stealing. But I asked for assistance in the baby food aisle 4 times and didn't receive help and all the employees either walk faster or walk past you when you try to ask for help. I had to call the store while standing on the aisle for the lady to say that a worker already past thru there and didn't see anybody just lies.

    My brother came to visit me and offered to take me shopping so Walmart here we come... The main problem we both have there was the parking. Many of the closer parking spots were taken up by people possibly from specialty shopping companies. I believe that having those drivers hang out waiting further down in the parking lot would make more sense. People going in to shop should be able to park closer due to mobility and other health issues. I did notice inside the frozen area there was a lot of mismarked items but for the most part I was able to locate the items I wanted. I will be coming again because it is well stocked and very clean. Bonus points for whenever I had a question not one staff said that they did not speak English. I can hardly wait to get a ride again so I can check out other departments as well. Thank you for a great experience.

    Stopped in on a Monday evening to purchase 2 items...only 1 cashier open and about 50 people in line, 18 cash registers were closed..if you're going to be a big box retailer hire some people and open up those cash registers

    The parking here is not good. The spots that are supposed to be for pick-up or curb side orders are always taken by people that park and go inside. So basically that feature of shopping is useless. The store itself opens at 6 am, but the customer service counter opens at 7. The employees seem to just walk around and talk with each other but won't really help you unless you are lucky and find one in a good mood. It's what you expect from Walmart. It could be better.

    You can never find an employee when you need help here. Item price sometimes does not match when cashier scans your items, (never in customer’s favor though) for that reason I started writing prices on my items! Lines are long!! This is the only place I have issues with my Chase debit card. Slide card 1 time, 2 times, 3 times and it doesn’t work!! It is so annoying and embarrassing! Cashiers are aware that this happens with some Chase cards (no issue with my business card) and they won’t do anything about it! I have to drag my groceries to another register to pay for my groceries! IT IS NOT CHASE’S FAULT, IT IS WALMART REGISTERS ARE OLD! Invest in your workforce, and get new registers!!!!

    Most depressing walmart ive ever been to. i used to work for Walmart for two years in another state, this location is particularly has horrible customer service and is disorganized. Ive had multiple employees ignore me, steal my cart, seem completely peeved by common questions. Bizarre,, they probably need a revamp of management.

    I ordered two TVs for black Friday so I could pick them up in store. I had until Saturday the 12th, I get a email stating one of TVs had been picked up which is impossible. I try to call no one answers. I go Saturday and they tell me both of them were picked up. How? If you’re supposed to check ID to verify you’re not giving someone’s stuff to a stranger. It looks like an employee is stealing or giving away peoples purchases. The manager is supposed to review the cameras and give me a call. Let’s see how long it takes. Be careful when ordering from this store. Update : I received a call from heylin who told me they looked at the cameras and confirmed it was picked up. I asked how can they confirm from just the cameras. We were out of town and couldn’t not physically be there to pick it up until the following day. And now they say they have one of the TVs. This place is shady.

    In this place customers are questioned and called liars. The employees believe they can do so without any consequence. This is Walmart . And it is getting worse. Make sure you scan all your articles. Make sure your gift cards have balances ( they do not honor them ) . A customer is worth nothing. The integrity of a customer has zero value. They believe they are making you a favor.

    This place is always crowded, always. no matter what time or day you go. Finding a place to park is a challenge. I don't get it. The parking lot looks huge. But if you want to go a do a quick buy maybe think it twice.

    Definitely bad customer service. Not only they don't have any registers open in the morning, they accuse you of stealing when you don't have the receipt in your hand. I told them to follow me to the car to check if they wanted to. They were all 3 just chatting by the door. If you are so concerned stand by the self check out.

    Poor customer service. A power outage for one minute and I had to wait more than an hour in line with mi cart full. And then they told me that they could not accept credit or debit cards, because of a problem in the system, something they should have communicated to customers immediately. So I left the place without nothing. I don't recommend that place.

    WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE! I bought some airpods pro in the web and ordered a pickup on this store. They gave me the wrong product, and they also had the manager named HEILYN had the courage to blame it on ME, THE CUSTOMER! And finally, they never gave me a solution despite the fact I presented evidence and spoke to the corporate. One of the Worst experiences I’ve ever had in my life, never returning again.

    I've been coming here since this location opened. I'm a visiting tourist out of country and came to shop for some items to ship home. The stock on shelves could be a bit better in some areas (the feminine products I wanted were in low stock on the shelf). Other than that I found everything to my liking.
