Awful, awful place to live in. Can’t wait for lease to expire. Parking spots are super tight and overpopulated. People have to park outside and run the risk of getting a ticket or being towed. Securities don’t check for decals so anyone parks inside. Tried reaching association and it’s impossible to get a hold of them. Would give them 0 stars if I could. Save yourself the headaches! I live here, if it was possible i wouldnt even give em one star more like no star, if you plan on moving here and have a nice car and a big family that usually visits you, well prepare for damages to your car, very tight parking spaces, never finding parking spaces after 5pm (theres always a line of cars outside by the lake.....ALWAYS!!), your family always complaing about no parking when they visit. My apartment never came with a reserved parking and when i tried paying for one reserved parking they tried charging me $700 for one. The security is a douchebag and very very rude ( the older gray haired security) he will try to tow your car even if you have a visitors pass. i have complained to association manager and hes more rude and doesnt care. late nights on weekends there are loud neighbors talking extremely loud and playing doninoes. the gym is full of cheap rusted equipment, the kids playground is extremely dirty, old and vandalised and cant take my child there. the elevator goes out twice a month. please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME EVEN LOOKING AT THIS PLACE, i am planning to move out real soon!!!

Horrible attention. I moved to this condo two days ago ( January 19 ), from the start i had problems with the gate and getting to my apartment, i have a magnetic card to open up the gate but it can only be activated during fridays, withing a very short of time during the day. I came tonight from work ( January 21 ) , parked my car outside and I went to talk to the security . He said he could open up for me. After I got to the gate with my car he said that he already spoke with someone who was going to the same number, I tried explain him how it was me the same person and we just spoke less than a minute ago, he clearly was paying more attention to the show he was watching on tv than my face. A minute after i finally made it to my room , the same security came knocking at my door treating me like a delinquent saying that my car did not had a sticker to park at my only own parking spot, i went down the stairs so i could show him how my car indeed did had a sticker right on the windshield. It is been a lot of struggles just to get here and this place isn't cheap, they should use some of that money to train better their personal or pay them better. This review will stay up untill mu problems get solve and I stop been treated with such of disrespect. 207

If you park there, there is 100% probability you will get a ding on your car doors. People are honest, but impatient and it is crowded. I would not move there if I were you.

Was trying to get to rent there, I asked a couple of questions to the security guy and he just answered really rude, that said enough and didn't want to rent there anymore... place looked nasty and the entrance is really messed up... not recommended

Parking is crazy very small spaces if you have anything bigger than a civic won’t fit with out door to door contact and never ever have visitor parking cause everybody keeps them as a personal spot other than a new scratch on your car every day no complaints

No parking at any time very dirty place th old man is always driving around do nothing this is a place that never I live again for sure management group they are thiefs...

Super old rust gym equipment, over priced association, daily there is no parking for residents or visitors,

Do not move here! Like others have said the parking is ridiculous I can’t even take out my newborn from the car seat. Two entrance ways one for residents and one for visitors, but one is closed 90% of the time so the line is ridiculous to get in. Security is obnoxious

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. There is never any parking. They allow any type of vehicle (some that are in the same spot for months) to park in any of the spots. I don’t believe there is a system in place that ensures there are enough guest parking/residential parking to prevent an overflow of cars. Instead, you will have to park outside and hope that you don’t wake up in the morning with a police ticket or your tires missing. 0/10.
