👍👍 Loved absolutely every minute that I spent here. Tickets are cheaper during the weekday which was nice. Also don’t discount the family ticket which for the price of 2 adults gets you 2 adults and 4 children. The initial part of the exhibition is good with multiple paintings and good background info... People often mention experience, room, recommend, life, great, exhibit, interesting,

Loved absolutely every minute that I spent here. Tickets are cheaper during the weekday which was nice. Also don’t discount the family ticket which for the price of 2 adults gets you 2 adults and 4 children. The initial part of the exhibition is good with multiple paintings and good background information. Also contains some paintings of the artist friends and people he interacted and lived with. While this initial section wasn’t the most impressive thing and felt the ticket prices were a little too expensive. The final showcase viewing with a 360 degree projection on the walls of a very large room with a movie inspired by Van Gough’s art and places he lived. It was amazing and can’t be missed. Had to wait to watch the entire hour long viewing and just couldn’t get enough. It’s like nothing you’ve seen before even as I’ve visited museums from around the world, it’s really just awe inspiring. DO NOT MISS! Great experience and no wait due to timed tickets. Reserve in advance though! as they frequently sell out!

WOW!!!! So worth every minute. If you can go to an early viewing do it. We had VIP tickets and if you appreciate art this is a showing you don't want to miss. We were there an hour and didn't even make it to the show or upstairs for the virtual viewing. We have to go back. The documentary and just reading everything next to the paintings was just so interesting and his art is brilliant and because of his mental health it really made his art extraordinary.

Definitely recommend it. Great way to experience the life and paintings of Van Gough. Also recommend watching the movie Loving Vincent BEFORE you go. That movie gives far more details into the personal life and death of the artist. Pay the $5 extra for the VR experience. It was the HIGHLIGHT of the experience

What an interesting experience it was.... I am not sure if interesting is even the best word to use. But it was very interesting, insightful... at some point calming... mindblown even. Overall it was really great. And we even got to share in the experience by doing a bit of art on our own. It was very memorable.

Such an amazing art exhibit to visit! Aside from all the art and visuals, there was also a great amount of learning content about Van Gogh and his life! If you get a chance to visit this exhibit, I definitely recommend it!

Went here for a mother daughter overnight trip. Had a good time, something to do once. We were early for our time, but it didn't really matter. We walked through and read about his life and watched a film that was informative. We then entered the room and found a chair and enjoyed the whole experience. We even sat through it twice. It was very relaxing and was an enjoyable couple of hours. We went upstairs and did the VR experience to top it off. It was something fun to do for the night and a good memory to cherish with my mom.

What a beautiful experience, learned so much, very well presented, the VR experience is a must. The kids also loved it. Come and enjoy a great experience you can take as many pictures as you'll like. Great experience definitely recommended. Parking is better to valet because of location, not many spots available but don't let that discourage you, it's definitely a must.

It was a great immersive experience. You could literally lay and just watch the screens all around you forever. Very well done. it was so nice to see and hear about Van Gogh's actually struggle in life and what came out of it. Also, having the virtual reality aspect was a great touch.

Absolutely would recommend and would revisit. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The entire museum was highly informative and engaging. The immersive room was nothing like I’ve experienced before. We live in south Florida and it would be awesome if passes were offered to be able to visit multiple days. We did not do the VR experience but it seemed interesting. As of the first weekend in March, there is not valet parking available due to construction work on the street. I would recommend the website be updated to reflect that change.

It is a very good experience and is worth going... With just two exceptions... That the VR experience is not part of the regular admission, but $5 extra. Parking is insanely expensive nearby and options are limited due to the heavy road construction.

Quite a interesting take of Van Gogh's work using technology to deliver a visual experience. However, it's quite small and short. It's quite expensive for what you get too.

I don’t regret going, but not something I would ever repeat. $248 on 4 VIP tickets, which included the VR. Conceptually, I can see the appeal but in terms of actual substance, not so much. I enjoyed the introduction to the overall exhibit, where there is a little sitting area and movie going into a bit of the history of Van Goph’s life and his works. I also like the area that encouraged people to draw/replicate Van Gophs works, or alternatively color in print outs. The interactive room was OK. Neat concept but at the end of the day you’re sitting in a room with lighting effects. It’s just dark enough for the images to be clear (enough), but I didn’t feel pulled into the pieces in the same way of an actual art exhibit, while standing within feet of an original piece. Great opportunity for people to post on IG, and there was a lot of that to the point where it was distracting/disruptive/obtrusive (yes I sound like an old grump). I REALLY disliked the VR. You sit on a stool. You’re given the headset (mine were dirty so they had to be cleaned in order to see we’ll), and then you just kind of float around some of Van Gophs works. VR didn’t add to my experience. Overall, the cost against the experience didn’t balance out. I’ll stick to actual art museums, which to me represent a true immersive experience, broader range of exposure, and at a fraction of the cost. Then again, if this sort of experience encourages attendance, curiosity and interest in art from those who normally wouldn’t go to a traditional exhibit, then that’s pretty great too.

It was the most amazing time I ever spent in a exhibit with my kids. I definitely recommend the VR Experience to be immerse in the magical events of the Van Gogh world. From the paintings, immersion room and to the coloring section, my kids enjoyed every moment of this exhibit. Totally worth the extra money for the VR adventure.

We had a group of 7 adults and 2 small children and we all LOVED it. Could have stayed in Immersion room for hours, VR was so cool, kids loved the art room. It was a great experience!

Good to learn different things. I've seen 1 painting throughout my life often. Neat to know the history behind it. Cost me $49

The Oculus experience was fantastic! making me wanna buy another visit. The only downside was the disrespect from some adults walking around and kids jumping from the seating pyramid, very distracting, otherwise was an amazing experience, two thumbs up! Highly recommended.
