My daughter and her friend went to celebrate their 21st birthdays. I put in the comment section of the reservation that it would be her friend’s 21st birthday if they could do something for her. They went WAY out of their way, even made a homemade birthday card for her and everything! I can’t say thank you enough for making their fun weekend an even better celebration. Room was clean, rooftop pool and view were amazing and staff couldn’t have been sweeter to them!! Thank you and I would definitely highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Very nice and modern hotel. I also love the living room feeling on the ground floor. As the rooms are small it's a great place to hang out. The gym and bar on top of the building have a great view. Unfortunately the pool was not done yet when we arrived, but I am sure it's gonna be amazing. Most of the staff was very friendly, however some gave me the feeling as if I was bothering them when I asked a question or came for breakfast. Breakfast was ok, but if you're staying for a few nights in a row it would be nice if there would he some daily variety. Nonetheless I had a good stay. Also very close to different public transportation options.

I've stayed in hotels from Tokyo to Moscow and this is the weirdest hotel I've stayed in. Some people might like the Amsterdam ultra modern vibe. I didn’t. The bathroom is the size of an airplane toilet. The room is like a RV with the space thought through but tiny. There's no coffee in the room. The breakfast is $20 but free most equivalent hotels. The food was ok and the staff helpful when I had questions because everything was so unfamiliar. But I'll never stay here again. If you have a car the parking down the street is $30. Just be aware of what you're getting before you book.

We stayed here at citizen M for just one night before a cruise. It is basically across the street/bridge from the cruise terminal so not only was it very convenient it was very clean staff was friendly chicken with seamless the whole process ran like a well-oiled machine. The food on site wasn't much interest to us we wanted something more substantial. But I could even see as a local in Miami coming here for a drink and a little bite to eat and hanging out. It's just such a fun atmosphere down in the lobby their bar is open late. We had a really great time the rooms are small, yes but it was perfect for what we need. I'm never looking for a hotel and concerning myself with the amount of space that I have, especially if it's just for one night and me and my husband. The room had all the amenities that you need a large shower, private toilet, high tag lighting/blind controls, quality television, plenty of storage space, ample lighting and a safe and refrigerator. We will definitely be back anytime were in Miami. It was much cheaper than our previous Airbnb stay, and the check-in process was nearly effortless. There is a parking garage directly north on the same side of the street it charged us $26 for 18 hours. I felt like that was very reasonable considering across the street parking was on a monthly basis only and currently shut down to tourists.

Had a WONDERFUL stay here! Parking close by, Tony was great with all of our questions and gave us recommendations for local places to eat & explore. Rooftop area was great for lounging. Rooms are small but manageable and have tons of storage space, worked well for my husband and I. Everything is very modern, great features in the room with lighting and technology. Will definitely come back to this hotel if we find ourselves in Miami again! Great location!

The staff is fantastic! Super friendly and very helpful. Management doesn't give them much to work with. The rooms are dysfunctionally small, especially for a couple. The bed has walls on 3 sides, so one person has to climb. The "bathroom" doesn't have walls, just frosted glass, so you can hear all the bodily-function sounds. There's no place to open a suitcase without solving the Tower of Hanoi puzzle. No restaurant/bar menus available, either electronically or paper. Only available by installing a phone app and registering your contact info. Check-in and -out is not personal, but via kiosk only. Guests are supposed to receive a free welcome cocktail as part of check-in. For our group of 4 rooms, the check-in kiosk silently failed to print the vouchers all 4 times. We did see it work for some of the other guests, but not all. We were only here for a single night, getting ready for a cruise the following morning. If we had need to stay longer, I definitely would have left for a more functional hotel.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Despite the small rooms, they've maximized space for comfort. The bed is huge, the width of the room, and even tall people can comfortably fit on it. Inside, it's clean and well-maintained, showing they take good care of it. I liked that you can adjust the color of the lighting in the room. Plus, there's a bar downstairs that stays open late, which is a big bonus. The gym is open 24/7 and has stationary bikes, a treadmill, a rowing machine, and a fitness mirror. The location is very convenient, with public transportation nearby.

Amazing stay. Every staff member was so pleasant and friendly. The interior design makes you feel like you’re in an art gallery! The rooms are a bit snug but that doesn’t matter if you’re going to spend majority of your time outside of the hotel room. The perfect location if you’re in town for an event at Kaseya Center. Such a great experience. 10/10.

I spent one night here since it is conveniently located to the arena where I was attending a concert. Check in was easy. The room was clean and comfortable although a bit small if there were 2 people staying in the room. The bar and restaurant both had good service and I thought the breakfast was good as well. We parked in the lot across the street since we were attending a concert and just had to move our car by 11:00. I’d stay here again.

Great hotel for business travel and if you don’t need too much space. Rooms are functional and tech works perfectly. Also love the rooftop gym which has an outdoor space as well. Can’t wait for more citizenM hotels across the US.

Rooms a little small, great for one. Little tight for 2. Room extremely clean. Shower was nice. Overall not bad and would highly recommend for 1 person on a trip.

This is hotel for younger crowd that doesn't expect service. It has European rooms which are tiny with a bathroom within the same room. The view is great. I tried to check out for 20 minutes. One person working the desk helped two people check in at 8 am instead of helping me. I told them I was running late and requested a manager. I told the manager I'd like to check out of my room early. I told her my room number. I told her I was already late and asked for a phone number so I could continue the check out over the phone. I called the number and the person on the phone said that they would take care of it. I received my credit card bill with a charge for 3 additional nights. I called and they have no record of my phone request on the check out day and did not refund my credit card.

Cutest hotel ever! I love the whole idea of hotel, big common space, very nice bar, lots of books and places to work quietly. I arrived early and I could even nap in common area and they checked me in as soon as they could. Breakfast was delicious, you have everything you need. In the evening we spent night in rooftop bar and launge. Rooms are tiny but if you stay for few nights only you don’t need anything bigger than that.

I liked it! My stay was short, but I enjoyed it. Perfect for 1 person or a couple. The design of the rooms and the use of space spectacular! Very quiet, no noise or voice that could disturb you in the room. Lobby and bar very lively and pleasant atmosphere. another pro, it is downtown.

I thought this place was great! Great breakfast, bar, great lounge. They hold your luggage until check in! Loved my stay! No issues w the room either.

Wow! Not just beautiful, but a fabulous new experience. The rooms are very modern and different. The whole hotel offered flattering, modern decor, with there always being something new to look at. It really is an amazing hotel. The pool is small, but up on the rooftop. There is a bar up there, with a great cocktail menu. The bathrooms are easily accessible, but you need your room key to use the elevators. Would definitely choose this again! Great location to walk anywhere you need to go. See ya soon! 😊

Loved this hotel! Its extremely clean and the rooms are so cozy & cute. One of the people that I interacted with was Albert! I was so thirsty in the middle of the night when I called down for water. He helped me get some water, while I was downstairs he also fixed an issue with my reservation. Honestly all of the staff was extremely friendly. Whether it was the elevator, hallway or lobby each staff member greeted me and smiled. I will for sure stay here again.

I chose this hotel because I was going to attend a concert at the Kaseya Center, which is located across the street. I had an excellent experience; it's a hotel completely different from a traditional one, with a great atmosphere, special attention, and rooms that are on another level. The pool area and restaurant are highly recommended. It's an ideal place for short stays.

I booked this hotel to attend the Drake concert as a birthday present for my son. We flew in from Texas and only had a couple of hours to get in town and go. The location was perfect. It was right across the street from the concert venue where the Heat play as well. The hotel is fresh, clean, stylish and easy to navigate. You check in yourself with the help of some staff, so that was interesting but okay. My only complaint is the parking for the garage they recommend is close as it’s across from the hotel. However, there is no easy signage of where to go to check in or to park. We wasted precious time just trying to figure that out. You’re in the middle of city traffic, so that was a lot to deal with especially on a tight timeframe. I would recommend a valet service or much better signage for temporary parking to check in. Then the hotel can direct on the overnight parking. Outside of that, while the room was smaller, it was so well-designed, modern, and clean, we just loved it. It was so helpful to just walk out the door after a long night and walk just across the street to our room. I felt safe and there was a cool lobby /restaurant area. Most people parked farther than just where our hotel was. It was so nice not worry about getting in your car to fight the traffic out of the concert. The staff were nice and friendly. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice and modern hotel close to cruise port. Beautiful view, nice pool, bar area, and breakfast at an extra cost. Rooms are small but comfortable. The staff was very friendly we arrived early from our cruise and they stored our luggage while we walked to Bayside market. I definitely will use this hotel again.

Booked a room here at the last minute after a Miami layover turned into a cancelled flight. It was great. The standard room I booked was very comfortable, and the design was cool but calming. I slept so well. It might be worth noting that the standard room was a little small, and for a couple that wanted some space could be a squeeze. Otherwise, there was a restaurant downstairs that was thankfully open past midnight, and a really nice co-working space I wish I had used more of. I thought it was very good value for what I paid, and I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing hotel. We only wish we could’ve spent more time there. Very clean and very modern. The rooms are small, but very cozy and they have everything that you could ask for. Be sure not to miss the rooftop bar and pool. The staff were also amazing and very accommodating.

Very modern and clean hotel. I liked the utilization of the space in the small rooms and the use of technology to lower curtains, turn of lights etc. The staff was friendly as well. I recommend this hotel if you are looking for good value for a decent price.

The stay was an experience. Hotel room was a studio about 120 Sq feet. Nice technology! A tablet controls everything. Lots of flashy color led lights. Expensive! Feel like I'm on a boat. Kiosk checking didn't work! So we had to get help. Nice lady though. Tried to get a meal at the bar, bar food only. Scared the code to get menu, link didn't work. The bar keep provided a tablet, we ordered chicken nachos. Took a few minutes. Very nice bar keep. Nachos came without chicken. Bar keep said only New York location provides chicken nachos. Okay, we are on vacation, drinks are good! We asked for a small plate and a fork. Another barkeep pointed to the the back of the bar. We had to get our own utensils and plate. Okay, we are on vacation, drinks are good! This is a true self service Kiosk hotel. We need a few more self service robots. I feel like I'm in Japan. Really! 120 Sq feet for $280.00 a night! What an experience. We are on vacation, drinks are good! Maybe

The staff and services are excellent. The rooms are very techy and you must download the app to get the hotel menus using the QR codes. This is a European style hotel with very small rooms. The space is tight and very efficiently used. We were here just one night before a cruise, and it's a short ride to the port. The room was clean and there are several restaurants nearby. Hotel cocktails are on point.
