When looking for a Spa in Miami, I was skeptical to see so many reviews with basically no bad reviews. Yesterday I understood why! Wow! What an incredible and unforgettable experience! The level of service is unmatched from any spa I have been to. After reading all the reviews about Alan, I finally got the pleasure to meet him. He loves what he does and it radiates from him. I recently indulged in a massage at LUX Spa at SLS LUX in Brickell, and it was an exceptional experience. The ambiance was serene, with soothing music and a calming atmosphere. The massage therapist named Patricia was highly skilled, addressing my specific areas of tension with precision. The attention to detail and personalized care made the session truly relaxing. I loved the warm welcome of Alan and Kary since the moment I stepped inside. The spa facilities were clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience. I left feeling rejuvenated and would highly recommend LUX Spa for a top-notch massage in the heart of Brickell.

I got a Swedish massage from Rey and it was the best massage I have ever had. I usually get deep tissue so I was worried Swedish would be too light but it was amazing. Highly recommend. The staff was so nice and welcoming. I can’t wait to come Back.

Today I had the pleasure to get a couples massage and I was obsessed with all the amenities that were included with the couples massage. We had access to the steam room access to the pool. The hotel, beautiful everything is super detailed from the champagne glasses to every corner being aesthetically pleasing. One of the best spa I have ever gone too. We left rejuvenated and feeling refreshed! Definitely be back and I will definitely recommend the spa to everyone I know!

The deep tissue massage was amazing! Alan is extremely professional host and he went out of his way to ensure I felt welcome. The attention to detail was amazing! The spa and the room was extremely clean, and the temperature was perfect. The therapist was Ray and he did great with the pressure during the massage and he was so optimistic and upbeat. I highly recommend this spa and it’s worth putting yourself first and giving yourself the attention, their service is the best!

I had an excellent spa experience here! I came in for my birthday and they even did a custom birthday treat. They truly go out of their way to pamper you, and I can't say enough good things about Alan. I've never had a facial by such an experienced practitioner. He truly does a customized facial, and he is passionate about women's skincare and you can tell. It was an amazing facial and spa experience. My skin is still glowing! Mary also gave me a massage and she's absolutely wonderful. From the minute you get there to when you leave you feel like you are so well taken care of, nothing more to ask!!

I had a couples swedish massage and the ambiance was lovely. The team even set up a display of pictures of me and my girlfriend as a nice surprise that I sent over a little before our appointment. Afterwards we enjoyed a drink and a quiet evening by the pool. I recommend this location to anyone who asks. Can’t wait to go back!

AMAZING! Words cannot express how fantastic this spa is. You must visit LUX Spa and experience it for yourselves. I took my son here for his 21st birthday. We both had a hydrafacial and massage. The esthestician had more knowledge about the products she was using than any other esthestician I have used in the past. She explained exactly what she was doing and what she was putting on my face and why. My massage was extremely relaxing and I wish I had scheduled it for more than 50 minutes. I have to give the biggest shout-out to ALAN! He made our day, especially for my son. When we were done with our treatments we came out to two glasses of wine and a birthday card for my son. How awesome is that?! Alan even sat down with us and visited. We never felt rushed or unwelcome. I even bought a package for my son so he can keep coming back monthly while he is there for college. THANK YOU Alan ,and staff, for making this a memorable 21st for my son and myself.

I absolutely love this spa! Mary is an amazing massage therapist and was very attentive and in turn w my muscles throughout the entire experience. I signed up for the spa membership and will be getting a massage every month! Highly recommend.

Not only is the staff beyond friendly, they make the experience unforgettable. I got a facial and massage with my mom for my 21st birthday and let me tell you, this was the best facial I’ve ever had. She was so intelligent and knowledgeable it was just so impressive and my skin is amazing. The massage was extremely relaxing. The owner, Allen, was so nice he brought a birthday card for me and glasses of rosé to celebrate. Just an absolutely wonderful experience.

I wish I had more words in my vocabulary to describe the experience I had with Alan. I got the hydro-facial with lymphatic massage plus the parffin hand and feet treatment and I came out a new person!!! Just a few days in and my skin is still glowing!. This spa is amazing! Allan gave my a hydrofacial and treated me like an absolute queen! He gave me special add ons because he could see how bad my face needed extra attention. Wes was super helpful and knowledgeable at the front desk and helped me select the products I purchased. I even signed up for their membership because I can tell how much my face, and body, will benefit monthly visits with Allan! Can’t wait to be back

Went in for a couples massage. From start to finish the experience was 5 star. They greet you with a nice refreshment and relaxing waiting room. And the massage was one of the best massages I ever had! The perfect amount of pressure and they took the time to understand what my body needed. I will definitely be back!
