Huge Chipotle fan, and this is my biggest disappointment. Can walk here from the my apartment, but after two separate occasions of ordering online, I will not be returning. Used the Chipotle app both times, first order I waited for more then 65 minutes and walking away later received a refund. 2nd time I waited over an hour before finally getting my undersized meal compared to what was actually ordered. Cold, stale, and small in comparison of trained locations. For being in such a busy area of Miami (Brickell) , whoever is in charge(Manager/District Manager) of it needs to get it together. Chipotle is “fast casual” for a reason and shouldn’t be taking this long to fulfill orders this far after opening a new location. Lack of training, sense of urgency, quality and wait time will be this locations biggest downfall. For a company trading $1200+ on the stock market, get it together. Pandemic or not, figure it out. Plenty of other folks are. Photos are of the lines forming waiting for meals that were submitted hours prior. I wish it could Be ZERO stars. Note this is off peak hours of lunch and dinner rush... I would give a lower review if I could. My husband loves Chipotle. This place needs to get their act together if their going to survive. It was our go to place when we visited our son. No MORE. Tonight my husband goes to get tacos. As they line up the tacos. He asked for steak and they said we have none. Then he asked for chicken and they had a little. Then he wanted tomatoes and they said they didn’t have any. Usually the post a sign at the store. The guy said they won’t post it at entrance since they would lose customers. Terrible practice. The sign was at the cash register. Not sure who managers this place but look at your reviews and please improve your customer service.

There are low reviews for a reason. Orders are rushed, they don’t give anywhere near full portion sizes, and service is terrible. It’s always dirty and you can tell the employees don’t care about service. People will still come because it’s in a convenient location but if you can eat somewhere else I totally would. I even had the points for a free entree and when it didn’t register after scanning, instead of trying again they just said I had to pay full price and if I wanted to use the code I would have to go to another store. Just trash service overall; would literally eat anywhere else

Please revamp this restaurant. No where near full portion sizes Staff is horrible & with attitude They don't even bother to season their chips Soda machine not filled up Dirty ice cubes 🤢🤢 Dirty restaurant Employee didn't use gloves when closing my box CHIPOTLE FIX THIS: - Close location temporarily - Get a professional deep cleaning company - Fire everyone and get new dedicated staff - Get a DEDICATED manager from a successful location, and promote a prospect at that location instead. - Start taking it serious, people could get sick from the old food, dirty ice cube or employees using no gloves.

I find myself in the unenviable position to have to give a slightly higher rating than I normally would to this establishment because I quite frankly do not get what people who gave bad reviews were expecting. They are no better or worse than any other Chipotle I’ve been to in the US. They’re a semi cheap option for a quick bite — that’s it. If you have a specific/custom order it’s entirely possible their ordering system did not showed the order correctly or maybe it was during rush hour, etc.

Great location in Brickell. I was staying at the CitizenM Hotel and this and Burger King were my two quick low end options for food without breaking the bank. Paid $21.82 total for a Chicken Bowl & Carnitas Bowl with Guacamole. Not bad for two people. We brought drinks in from a local CVS on a hot Miami day. Not the biggest place but it has a decent size seating area.

I love Chipotle but this one definitely have to hate it. The portion they serve is miserable compared to others locations and you can see the do it on purpose because they also know what they doing is wrong. Incredibly they get mad when you as a customer ask for what you should be getting

Chipotle is one of the most simple yet delicious fast food in Brickell. The game changer for them is their Vinegar Sauce. Overall a solid place to grab so quick and cheap lunch.

It’s a chipotle I won’t write an essay. But as a longtime chipotle customer who has been to dozens of locations I can say this is absolutely the worst one I’ve ever seen. It’s always filthy, there’s no seating, most of the staff are incredibly rude, and you are guaranteed to get skimped here. They barely give you any food, and you have to be constantly asking for more. Good luck with the meat. A worker once removed chicken from my bowl after adding “too much”. I drive further north to midtown even though I live walking distance because of how much this chipotle sucks.
