I used to go to another more expensive salon and the extensions here are of way better quality and have not discolored after seven weeks of washing! Really good quality and great service. They also helped me detangle a horrible knot that I would have had to cut w scissors myself if it weren’t for their help

I had a balayage done, the color and blending was beautiful. However, when she was finished my hair was brittle, frizzy, and I couldn't even run my fingers through my hair. It was tangled. The lady said that "it's normal, that my hair is just damaged". I have never left a salon with more damaged hair than when I walked in. I wish I never spent $700+ for such a mediocre job. Never coming again.

I have been getting my hair done by them for a while before they moved to the new salon. I am an ethnic woman and I have spent good money with this hair salon well over 5,000 and I try to book my appointment they tell me there is no one to book my appointment or do my hair for several weeks but my friend booked and appointment and they accepted it immediately. I was really disappointed about this. Also they are trying to over charge me for the hair.. from the price that I paid for several years and the price that it says online over charging me and acting as if they have no one at all to do my hair then accept my friend’s appointment is not good business I was very disappointed
