Worst Subway I have ever been to. Spills on the floor right in front of the drinks fountain and someone threw a bunch of paper towels on top, people have to step on it to get to refill station.. ALL tables are empty and dirty. The employees apparently left a roll of paper towels out so people with KIDS have to clean their own tables. There is one person tending customers, the other two employees literally saw me having to clean our own tables and did not even flinch. This is the only restaurant at the Miami children’s Museum, they don’t even have a kids meal… If you sit outside where the tables are clean, you have to exit the entire museum for refills. Bring your own food and skip this dumpster fire

This place not nice! The lady who worked there today doesn’t want to do food because she decide to start close the place earlier. I came there at 5:32 she sad to me sorry no more food . I think place like this should closed on time, not before… because someone wants to go home.

Note to self and others that choose to listen, do not ever eat here. No ice. Refrigerated drinks are not cold. No caffeinated sugar free beverages (i.e. no coffee). $8.00 for a ham and cheese sub. Do not sit in the outside seating or you have to go around through the museum entrance for drink refills. Super slow service and zero point zero customer service. Horrible. Even if you are confined to the museum for the day, bring your own food or take a break and go eat offsite, do not, under any circumstances, force yourself to eat here.

This is the worst Subway I’ve ever visited and it shouldn’t belong in a Children’s Museum. I came here with my kids for a quick moment for them to eat their ice cream indoors, and I was even considering getting a sub. There was one man sweeping the floor and the whole place was empty. He asked us if we needed anything and proceeded to kick us out because we weren’t “customers”. I was taken aback as we weren’t a disturbance to the place as it was obviously empty. My kids were disappointed as we had to eat the ice cream outside and it melted quickly. I feel this man would’ve provided a better attitude towards us if I had spoken Spanish to him and I’m disgusted by the lack of empathy. This Subway should really consider the current standings of their employees as they seem biased towards certain demographics. Very disappointed and I will never visit again!!!

Unfortunately, the attention and service are not good. Also, be careful, as they will overcharge you if you give them the opportunity. If you are able to bring food, please do so. t's not worth enduring the unpleasant experience.

Worst Subway in the entire world. For a kids place, this kind of restaurant is not the best option. A McDonald's could be a better choice (knows better kids), a Burger King, a Starbucks, a Wendy's... but a Subway so nasty and sad?. Please do something people from the kid's museum. Probably is better take the food from home with you. All happiness and turn to sadness in a breeze.

Staff is very rude and ef you’re from Spanish you have a lovely invite good service ef you’re not from Spanish or you’re not from USA u get very bad service and always same one he stye all day and every day in the shop because he has a girlfriend Nothing about respect this place look same a pub anyway a hope the big manager he do same thing about this staff or maybe the manger he looks Spanish the same staff 👎🏻 lm not stop lm go to sand my big report for this company this my report from Uk 🇬🇧
