Excellent medical center, parking and good service

I like this place. I am pregnant and I go to my appointments to the best doctor Moscoso. On the first floor, there is easy registration and check-in.

I've been a patient for more than 11 years BUT the scheduling, the call backs, the specialty depts.,the sense of urgency for the patients is very disappointing. What's going on UM? Loosing patients to other local Medical facilities for these reasons is not fair to the Good Doctors UM provides. Its taking upto 1 year to get seen with a Neurologists. It's insane.

The people that help you check in downstairs lobby was nasty. I knew I only had deal with them for couple of minutes and done. Once I had it to my appointment everything was timely, respectful and easy so to staff of Dr. YAVAGAL, Ms. Debra and the rest of the staff, thank each of you.

The MOSH department is excellent

I am on the 5th floor for an ultrasound appointment, 12 people are waiting in front of me. I am here for 30 minutes. My appointment was at 2 pm. Now 2.15 pm. Terrible appointment system. Or, irresponsible nurses. They are behind their schedules, but 12 people in front of me??

UM hospital is one of the best, but I had to wait over one hour to be seen. Their work volume is high, so they should arrange for the proper addition to their staff.

The staff was efficient, friendly and very compassionate. I highly recommend them.

Dr Raveen Syan is a very skilled surgeon and professional and her Staff is amazing as well!
