I have been wearing RAYBAN sunglasses since I was a young teen in the 80’s. My father said these glasses will protect your eyes, so that you won’t need glasses when you get older. He was 100% CORRECT. ( Thank you Dad). As a man in my 50’s, I am NOT relying on glasses to see and I still wear RAYBAN. The Sunglass Hut in South Beach Miami maintains the quality service that I have always enjoyed along with the quality of RAYBAN.

Evelyn was extremely helpful. With so many options to choose from, it can be overwhelming to figure out where to start. She made great suggestions on which sunglasses to try, which saved me a lot of time because I quickly found the right pair for me. I went back a few weeks later because I accidentally stretched them out. The other employees adjusted them right away, making sure the sunglasses fit to my liking before I left. Would highly recommend this location.

Terrible store policies and customer service. Purchased a pair of Oakleys, to be informed by the woman who followed me around the store the entire time I shopped, that I was entered into the system for a year in case of accidentally scratches. Two weeks later return with scared glasses to find out that I would need to pay $150 to cover the "warranty." But had I paid $20 at the time of sale, it would be $40. This was never once mentioned. Not the entire time the sales woman followed me through the store during my shopping experience or during the sale. Needless to say, paying $300 for a pair of glasses, I would have gladly paid $20 + $40 to protect them. Intentional to raise sales?

Paulson did such an amazing job taking care of us! So helpful, knowledgeable, attentive and patient, made our experience extra pleasant. If I ever shop again at that location I’ll make sure he is there!

I was here recently looking to buy just one pair of sunglasses for my mom, but they had such a great promotion going on, and Lamonte was extremely helpful and attentive, we ended up buying 3. He looked high and low until he found everything we wanted. Their manager Tania was also very knowledgeable and helpful. The store was very clean and organized, and I look forward to shopping here again next time I need to purchase sunglasses for me or my family.

Be careful because they try to do their best to avoid returning the glasses. Go to other, more professional, store if you have the possibility

Very helpful staff. I told Millenia my needs (durable, stays in place for exercise, and put on my head) and she picked out the perfect pair immediately. Plus they adjusted my old sunglasses. A+

Mehmet (if my memory serves me correctly) fixed my Ray Ban aviators that had been sliding down my face for a very long time. I really appreciate it! They had been sliding down my nose every 15 seconds yet I love them so persevered in wearing them. My husband convinced me to pop in and ask them about it since we purchased them here. I had no idea what a simple fix could do! Make sure they help you fit your glasses when you buy them. Go see Mehmet!
