LADD is the best place for everybody to practice and/or discover circus in the Miami area. After travelling there on multiple occasions, I have always found it to be a place filled with passion. LADD offers a wide array of classes and subscription options for their regular or occasional students as well as private lessons for student of all levels. In addition, LADD is committed to their work within various communities. As such, they partnered with multiple foundations in order to provide underserved and underprivileged communities with amazing programs and classes. Finally, LADD also operates as an entertainment business. They have a data base of world renowned artists and provide exceptional tailor-made events with stunning performances for various corporations. Three or four times a year, they put on a show called "La Soirée des Arts" in order to showcase their talented internationally acclaimed artists as well as some of their most promising students in a very intimate setting that will give you first row seats to witness jaw-dropping performances.

My daughter started taking classes at LADD a bit more than two years ago. The dedication and passion of the coaches is so contagious that she progressed really quickly. LADD is a very unique place full of creativity providing a safe and positive environment for students all ages.

LADD is amazing! After trying other gymnastic schools with aerial classes and being disappointed, we found Les Ailes du Desir, the best circus program by far in Miami. My daughter has been a student at LADD for two years, learning contortion, aerial silks and lyra. She absolutely loves the circus arts, the teachers and the community of students at LADD. The teachers are incredible and are professional performers from all over the world. Every teacher she has had are very skilled and great with passing on their knowledge to children. She has progressed so much in her two years at LADD and at the end of every session the kids get to show off what they have learned in very impressive student performances. The school is well equipped, spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming. If you go there enough like we do, they feel like family. LADD is a unique find in Miami and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in Circus.

My partner and I are professional circus artists and have recently spent time in Miami. During our 6 week stay we trained regularly in the space and it was a delight. Having travelled to many different training facilities across the country and world, this place is such a gem. Clean, COVID compliant, and a wonderful set up. We will be back in Miami for a longer stay soon and look forward to returning here to train. They also offer a wide array of classes to the general public looking to try out circus arts.

My daughter has been taking classes at LADD since July 2018 & it’s been phenomenal. The instructors really know their craft + focus on developing technique within each student. The shows are great for the students to show off their skills. Hoping my daughter has found her niche within the circus arts since she loves it so much!

Best circus school in Miami with the best qualified trainers. Most of the professors have an impressive professional background and are masters in each technique. I took private and group classes and my 7 year old daughter also did... and we love it and really recommend LADD !! It Is always an “unforgettable experience”.

My daughter has attended classes here during the year as well as summer camp. Claudine and her staff are great! They are all very professional, respectful and very knowledgeable teaching skills. A lot coming from cirque de soilel. My daughters skills have greatly approved in the circus arena due to this school. The space is excellent, very spacious, clean and well equipped. I highly recommend Les Ailes du Desir, well worth your money!

Exceptional instructors Suren and Karyna!! Tried straps for the first time and got so much encouragement and support along with very clear instructions. Lovely atmosphere, spacious space, they take good pandemic precautions: there were no more than 6-7 people in the entire building during the class and everyone was wearing masks

I went to my first class this week. Trying out a completely different skill set than I am used to. I was extremely aware of how novice I am in even the beginning class HOWEVER our instructor Julia was attentive, encouraging & amazing. She assessed everyone’s skill & comfort abilities then worked with each of us on new skills & for myself a good set of foundations to build on. In my first class I learned how to hang from the Lyra, climb up into it then go into a man in the moon pose. I also learned how to stand in the hoop & very important how to dismount. I was VERY anxious as this is the first time I am trying to learn a new skill which I am very much not in shape for but Julia, my classmates which some were also students/teachers from other arts were very patient & like I said; encouraging. I was very tired & a little sore today but it’s the happiest I have felt doing physical activity since I began my other practices. I am really excited to go back & keep learning. I hope to make this place a home I can grow & strengthen myself in mind body & spirit.

This place feels like home. I’m so impressed with this school! It was my first time here and I picked the most challenging class any circus artist can take, Straps, (for beginners). There’s a lot of schools that are just commodifying circus for money. This is clearly not one of them. First of all, EVERYONE is so friendly, kind and supportive. Second of all, the instructors are world class acrobats AND teachers! It’s not easy to find BOTH! It’s so easy to get injured in these classes with poor instruction. Hampus was SO detail-oriented!!! Extremely attentive to what my body was doing and knew how to correct imbalances before I even realized what I was doing. He was extremely clear and articulate and demoed everything, multiple times if needed! I loved that he only had one student in the air at a time to ensure we were doing things safely and correctly but gave us things to do on the floor in the meantime while we waited to get on the apparatus. I was scared such a physically demanding class would leave me fatigued but I felt so energized at the end like I could have stayed in that class learning from Hampus all day! Speaking of, can the beginner class be extended by 30 minutes or so? One hour feels too short if you include warm-ups and cool downs. The facilities themselves are clean, well-organized, spread out and welcoming. I can’t wait to come back for more classes!

First time here and first time ever doing silks- I will definitely be back! Mila was absolutely wonderful. I appreciated how she made me feel comfortable and safe. She also provided ample one on one time with each student. Thank you!!
