My daughter did research first on the park to make sure it was a good place for dolphins. The entire experience was exceptional and not just swimming with the dolphins. Itโ€™s an experience that my granddaughter, daughter, nor myself will ever forget. JJ in guest relations went out of his way to provide us with truly exceptional service. The dolphin show was great and itโ€™s a well run establishment. Thanks for the memories!

I thoroughly enjoyed the dolphin experience. It was expensive and controlled, but very interactive. At previous experiences with interaction like this they allowed you to keep your towels and wet suit, but they do not allow you to here. I thought for the price and sanitation reasons they should. You got to pet the dolphin on his belly and back. They told us where not to touch for safety reasons. We held on to the dolphins fin and it swam us to the opposite side of the pool. They also taught us some commands and informed us about the dolphin. As you can see we did they did multiple poses with the dolphin. Its definitely a once in a life time thing. Meaning Its worth doing once, bur not multiple times. The pictures are only worth it if your entire group buys their package. If not they are ridiculously priced. The picture website sucks, as well.

It was the best experience ever! I have always wanted to do it and it was just incredible. The staff is great and makes the experience super fun. The dolphins are just adorable and fun to play with. You are always doing something with them and get to touch them and interact with them. The swimming part is super fun and unforgettable

My first time experience of swimming with dolphins was simply amazing. They're so soft and friendly. Just awwwwwwwwww!!!!! The trainers were great. The down side you only swim to one side of pool with dolphins. The photos package are extremely expensive. I would have loved to have seen the whale and or show but it was closed.

We had an absolutely wonderful time swimming with the dolphins. It was an amazing experience. Fall is the time to go to the Seaquarium. The park was not busy at all so we were up close and personal at all the shows. The climax for our day was donning wetsuits and getting in the pool with the "girls". They were beautiful. We all got to touch, play with and swim with one of these majestic creatures. Our guides/teachers were very knowledgeable and answered so many questions. This was the highlight of our trip.

Overall, I had a great time swimming with a dolphin. I do wish we had an opportunity for group photos and more swimming time. It's almost as if I paid $200+ for a 15 minute photo shoot, which doesn't sound very financially responsible. All the staff were great and wonderful throughout the entire experience.

They should update their literature! You don't get to kiss a dolphin. I was told that hugging was never an option yet that's in the literature too and even right up at the counter. Life vests are never mentioned but you have to wear one. Had to ask for the wet suit. You don't get taken totally across the pool, only halfway and there isn't any actually swimming with them either. The trainers are nice and friendly and informative. It's nice that they don't make the dolphins perform if they don't want to, they are given the choice and that's really great. The photographer does an awesome job and gets really great pictures and a lot of them too! We got 108 pictures for $96, so less than a dollar a picture is a nice surprise and value.

I was very impressed with educational information provided on Dolphins and the Dolphins we would be interacting with. I felt very comfortable interacting with the Dolphins after learning the history. The instructors truly love their careers not job and it showed. They were very loving towards their babies. I was in complete disbelief of how smart the Dolphins were and able to respond to commands. I was very nervous at first but it was adventure of a lifetime.

I went with my 6 year old son and my mother and her best friend. It absolutely did not disappoint! It was a blast for all of us! Myself and my son did the dolphin encounter and it was amazing- definitely a memory to last a lifetime. The trainers clearly love their job and it shows. The shows were very fun and entertaining as well! Definitely a must see!

This was such a great experience at getting to see the dolphins up close! How they listen to cues and hand gestures. You can also swim with them too. This is a dolphin rescue so all proceeds go to helping them take care of the dolphins they have and the ones they can save!

the dolphins are amazing to see up close, touch, and swim with. However the trainer that was with my family definitely needs some training on how to deal with people. Rude and condescending. There was actually a sense of nastiness that we got from most employees working in that park. The pictures and video packages that were offered were over the top expensive. For the price i paid for top tier experience that i got for my family i would have thought at least one free picture would be included. That is not the case. I gave this review 3 stars that were strictly for the dolphins themselves. Everything else there needs loads of improvement.

Had a great time. I'm not sure why the ice cream stand was closed but I appreciated free ice with purchases. Dolphin shows didnt disappoint however their aquarium were really small... and the manatees sorta felt bad for them.

I had a great experience swimming with Dolphins in Miami. Dolphinworld did a great job to help me book the right swim for me. It was my first time and the Dolphins are amazing and gentle. My time with the Dolphins is truly unforgettable

Itโ€™s expensive and dolphin they gave us for encounter was old and weak. Felt sad for it. Swim with dolphin was good with young and energetic. Photo package includes only photos for 50$. It would be better if can get some good moments videos with it. They should let observer to get better view even though they are not interacting. Observer can see only backside of interaction.

Since my daughter was 10 years old, it has been her dream to swim with the dolphins. She was finally able to do this at the Miami Seaquarium recently and I don't think she could have loved it more. While the rest of the facility could use some work as many areas were closed or not available for one reason or another, we were there for the dolphins. We had reasonable expectations based on some reviews we had read related to the rest of the park so we had a great experience overall.

Best experience ever! I have wanted to swim with dolphins since I was 9 and I got my chance! It was outstanding! My husband and I loved it!!! I would highly recommend coming to this park and make sure you come early, we stayed open to close watched all the shows and had a blast!

Booking with Miami Swim With Dolphin Tours was a breeze. I spoke with JJ who made my booking the tour over the phone super easy, he even accommodated my group with the date and time we wanted as I didn't see it available on their website at the time. Up Arrival to Miami Seaquarium I went to the desk at the front gate provided them with my confirmation number and I received my wrist bands. We arrived early and went straight to the Dolphin section, we filled out waivers and shorty after received our life vests. If you want a suit for the water you have to ask for it. Over the swimming with the dolphins your was a good experience. The only downside was that we waited quite a while to get in the water and I had a young child with me. Also just a tip they take photos and the photos are not the best quality at the aquarium, and they base the picture packages on the amount of people in your group. So for two people it's a $100 for all the photos but because my daughter only took one picture I was able to get the photo package for 1 person which is $50. Also a lot of the attractions at the aquarium are closed. Overall I would book with Miami Swim With Dolphin Tours again.

Being new(ish) parents, my wife and I love finding new things for our 3/yo daughter to experience. We remember our own family vacations when we were little, and how much we had enjoyed them. With that said we both had never been up close with a real dolphin. when we told our daughter she was going to be able to see, and touch one in real life, her eye lit up with excitement. We loved seeing and hearing the good they're doing here for these animals, and how much effort they put in to getting them back on their "feet". This place is a must do, stop on any road trip.

It was nice, I have always wanted to ride a dolphin. For those that have never interacted with a dolphin it will be even more unique. The website and emails are conflicting as the site says no life jackets are given out (they are) and the emails say a wetsuit must be worn (the swim group wears life jacket not wetsuit). The workers are very nice. Timing at our visit was a little painful as we were instructed to arrive at 1:30pm for a 2:00 show which we did, then they told us to come back at 2:20, at which point we watched a circa 2001 video about ocean life conservation for 10 minutes before going out. So a full hour of nada.

Unfortunately, it came under public criticism due to the death of a dolphin in November 2023. The park is small but clear. Dolphins were great.

๐Ÿ‘ We took the night tour bus ride and enjoyed the city ride. It's a good way to see the highlights of a city.
