This
location
has
had
its
fair
share
of
really
poor
customer
service
staff
up
until
I
recently
started
visiting
once
again
and
it
made
me
really
happy
that
they
hired
new
staff.
I
had
to
cancel
my
membership
6
years
ago
due
to
the
facility
being
dirty
and
management
not
having
enough
customer
care.
When
I
walked
in,
not
only
was
the
place
spotless,
but
I
believe
there
is
a
staff
member
named
Carlos,
the
young
gentlemen
in
the
front,
who
absolutely
gives
his
best
care
to
all
the
customers.
There
was
a
long
line
the
first
day
after
having
my
membership
cancelled
for
five
years
and
this
young
man
literally
took
care
of
everyone
in
such
a
timely
fashion.
He
even
gave
me
such
good
explanation
on
how
membership
works
and
what
new
updates
the
facility
had.
I
thoroughly
am
grateful
for
people
in
Miami
who
understand
what
customer
service
is
truly
about.
I
was
not
able
to
continue
my
membership
since
I
moved
out
of
the
area,
but
I
will
definitely
be
visiting
again
if
the
same
staff
is
as
educated
and
well
versed
as
Carlos-
a
true
leader
and
exemplary
easy
going,
friendly,
courteous
and
educated
individual
who
the
company
should
definitely
consider
moving
up,
ASAP,
if
they
know
what
is
good
for
them.
Don’t
make
the
same
mistake
in
hiring
unprofessional
staff
that
once
was.
He
keeps
the
place,
SPOTLESS.
