Very friendly and fast service. The best place to get your old tires replaced for new or used ones @ reasonable prices; They do alignment as well. I Went in recommended by a friend of mine ( Angel ) to have put on my truck two used tires, but I was well informed on the other two were bad and needed alignment. I honestly trust them and took their advise. I’m extremely grateful and happy. Car feels and runs smoothly and perfectly aligned . Highly recommended.

Everytime I have tire problem I come to this place. They're very professional, quick and affordable. I really recommend this place to everyone. They also have an office with AC to escape Miami heat. Inside, there are free snacks which is nice if you have a longer wait.

Bait and switch! VERIFY PRICE FIRST! They sent me an offer on ebay for $110 installed. I called, and they said they would honor the eBay price, just came me in. I figured I would do them a favor and pay in person, so they wouldn't have to pay the commission. When the car was done, and it was time to pay, price went up to $130. I've been coming here for years. No more. If I have to, I'll just buy on ebay next time.

Came here with a Groupon for a Full synthetic oil change for $50. I have a BMW 325i 2006 and everywhere else it was very expensive. The place is very clean and the people are super friendly. As soon as I came they started servicing my car. Highly recommend.

Great friendly service walked in and was immediately greeted by Jorge. They fixed my punctured tire very fast and checked all four were in good condition. Great prices too, my dealership wanted to charge 3 times more. All in all a great company with great people.

I rolled in less than 10 minutes before close on a Friday. I was about to do a road trip and got a nail in my tire. They fixed it gladly with a great attitude. They even had sodas and chips in the waiting area.

I had to update my review because my tire was repaired this morning and this afternoon is completely flat. This is my first time at this location. I’ve used the Coral Gables location 2 other times in the last couple of years and had no issues after the tire was repaired. The service was friendly and professional but this was disappointing :( waiting for roadside assistance to put my spare on.

Here at Mr. Goma Pablo the best customer service ever. Let alone I was able to find almost in brand new/ Used tires that’s ere almost impossible to find. I went to 5 different tire shops and none of them had it. I was looking for a size 295/30/20 tire and they had it in stock !! With complimentary chips and drinks. Highly recommend, these guys are efficient, honest , knowledgeable and the prices are great. I had called around for a set of tires and nobody had them. I highly would recommend this place of business to family and friends. Very professional and helpful atmosphere ans gave me a good deal and price for my service. From the time I stepped out my vehicle I Was greeted nicely and felt welcomed & they did not cheat me because I was a woman. They answered any questions I asked and offered suggestions for center caps for a set of rims I purchased Guest are welcomed to snacks while you wait for service and they do not rush on your vehicle. I am so upset about my experience I hate to think that men take advantage of women like this. I came here on 11/18/23 around 3:20 pm I said I needed an alignment and also I had to change my front driver tire. The guy said that will be 120 plus 70 for the alignment I said how about a used tire. He said we don’t sell used tires. I said I really need the alignment so let’s just do it. He charged me and I realized he didn’t do the alignment. I said hey what about the alignment and he said I don’t have time you will have to come Monday. Like seriously I could’ve wasted $45 on a used tire somewhere else if all I needed was a tire he totally upsoled me I didn’t resolve my whole purpose which was the alignment. Mind you it was barely 4pm there were like 3 guys just sitting there and they close at 5pm. They had the time just didn’t care to help me. I literally went there just to get robbed for one tire. So disappointing poor customer service

Got 4 tires, they mounted and balanced in about 30 minutes, the staff is friendly, they also do alignments and have another location that does oil changes. I'd recommend it, just come in early or call ahead of time because they can get busy. They have free snacks and drinks for customers.

Shop was clean and organized. Staff was friendly. They offer free chips and soda while you wait. Tire prices are competitive.

Pablo is a rockstar!! So helpful and nice. And honest. He gave me a great quote on 4 brand new run flats, BMW approved tire for my 530 - keep in mind the dealership's estimate came in at almost 1k more. He was professional, reliable, punctual and within less than 2 hours I was back in my car headed home. This will be my new go to place for tires and breaks moving forward (I didn't know they did brakes too!!). Thank you for running a transparent, fair and friendly business!
