May 5, 2023 . have a terrible service. waited for the manager for 2 hours on the street from 11 am to 1 pm . 2 hours later he opened from the inside. he looked like he had just woken up. the manager didn't show us what the unit looks like so we could figure out how much space we need. we went to another place in extra space.

I had a storage unit at this place/location. Suddenly I get an email stating that I had successfully vacated the unit. I had not requested to vacate any unit, I had not been in the storage facility in a few days. I was surprised about getting this email at 5:30 PM just 30 minutes before closing the business day. I started calling the storage facility and no one would pick up. I called the corporate office and they had no way of telling whether I had vacated and whether I had lost thousands of dollars in equipment that I use for work. Then, it took 3 days to get back access to my storage unit. It's by far the worse customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I took my things and I am taking my business somewhere else. It's just terrible this place got 5 stars.
