My family and I stood at Renzzi’s for 9 days. We had a great experience staying in the apartment, and the staff were great! Gonzalo the owner received us and he is just amazing! I recommend anyone staying in Miami to give them a chance. You will need a car to move around, a lot of great spots near by. I don’t usually write reviews but they definitely deserved it!! Very nice 2/1 condo in central location. I used ride share and fares were reasonable to pretty much wherever, including the airport. There were different security checks for you to gain access to property and room. Outside secure and well lighted

Beautiful hotel. Everything was super clean and the cleaning staff (I asked for their names: Henry, Darwin, and Leidys) were incredibly kind and helpful during my stay. The area is booming with art and culture and a variety of restaurants. Definitely recommend!

The host was excellent and answered all my questions. Slept very well. Location between water and airport worked great for us. Only issue was a musty smell in the rooms. Strong AC cleared it up quickly.

We booked a long stay at Renzzi Apartments but we couldn’t figure out the floor we’d be staying. After the assignment in the building, we said to the Manager that we can’t carry out all of our luggages to upstairs and Gonzalo helped us and changed the room immediately. It was a 2 bedroom apartment with a tasteful design big appliences and big living area. Very cozy, clean and tidy. Jenry and Gonzalo was so sincere and eager to help us during our 15 days stay. We are delightful to meet you guys, we had a great time. Stay safe till next time ❤️

FAKE HOTEL with WORST SERVICE. We booked a two-night room with 2 bedrooms. After checked in, we found out the room has been occupied by others. There were suitcases inside bedrooms and dirty used bathroom and kitchen. EVERYTHING IS MESSED UP and we had to spend hours explaining what we saw with management staff and he even blame on us that we did not make it clear when make a reservation on booking, like some ridiculous excuses. And SAFETY issue was what we most worried about, what if they assigned our booked room to others and let other break in in the future? I don’t know how to imagine the worst conditions, it may be dangerous to us and you as a future resident. We had to spend hours find another room in Miami at midnight, it totally ruined our holiday vibes. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL if you want a good holiday! ================================ Update: They even found a PERFECT excuse to blame me taking the picture as evidence, that is so hilarious.
