Horrible service, let me book a room online and put my phone number, card in everything, they don’t text or call if there’s any issues they will just tell you you’re out of luck when you get there. Wasted money on a cab and very unhelpful all the way around. Save your money because I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Pro: The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious, the balcony was private and offered a city view. The staff was friendly and helpful, shout-out to David (happily changed our room after request without issue) and Fernando (great & friendly bartender). The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre and next to a restaurant within walking distance. Con: The hotel is going through an obvious renovation, the elevator took forever and their Continental breakfast (apple, orange, stale looking bread, water down eggs and dried up sausage) was completely unappetizing and definitely NOT worth the $15 charge and note, you have to pay an extra $6 for bacon!!

Nice place to go see a theatre 🎭 play ..but the servers are super rude. Not worth to come back.

The food was good but the service was better the server was super cool and friendly and saved me money which the money saved was added to his tip. We were a group of four left the table clean for him he was too cool. I wish I got his name but just look for the friendly one he's friendly from the start.

The dishes were beyond expectations and absolutely exquisite. Hand crafted and incredibly delicious. It was artwork on a plate and at a very affordable price. Also try the Coco Lemonade

I attended this venue the first time past Sunday and the service was horrible! Our show was schedule to begin at 7pm, we arrived 40-30mins early and they weren't ready, no one seem to care we were waiting there, on top of it, extremely rude service, no one advice where to go or what to do. No organization what so ever. As we were waiting to go inside the "theater" a guy comes up to us and says that we couldn't be standing next to the sculpture and that apparently we didn't know how to behave, that same person was constantly making one of my guest feel uncomfortable asking if she was alone and what she was doing. If it wasn't because we were super excited to see the show, we would have left the place immediately.
