Not a single bird was in an adequate Cage for the type of bird. The owner was a complete A-hole he definitely didnt like me at all. He says with no accent what so ever "I don't speak English only spanish". The funniest part about it is he had papers clearly he had to write in enlish and Spanish. I mean it was kinda like I thought I might be on a TV show was how much he was doing to make sure i knew he didn't like me one bit. The poor guy he has working for him was actually trying to help and was funny. He should be the owner he actually tried to communicate with me. So the only thing is I wouldn't advise anyone giving someone money who is that mean to customers. I wish I video.taped him. I'm still waiting for the TV crew to come out and say it was a joke. Plus if he gave me a number for a bird it was just way out of line like no one would pay the numbers he was talking about worst thing though he actually was willing to sell a bonded pair of cherry head conures he says 2000 each. You don't separate them. Don't waste your time.

DO NOT BUY YOUR BIRD FROM THIS SHOP. I bought a love bird and 2 weeks later she passed away. Not a reputable place. Seems like they don’t care for the birds individually because they’re is so many that they have. Please go to somewhere Like Simbads better place and they care better for your birds there.

There's little space to move around in there. I went there because I saw that they sell hedgehogs. I want to recommend that once you buy a hedgehog, take it to a vet clinic as soon as possible. The hedgehogs there are infested with termites. Buy them a fleece blanket, heating lamp, running wheel, and a cage that doesn't have a second floor to it. Hedgehogs cannot live with wood chips, it can cut their skins. No paper bedding either, they can contain termites. The hedgehog that I purchased from here in Aug. 2022 is still in good condition thankfully. I am taking care of him as much as I can.

I love this place! I love this place! With all their cool animals I never seem to want to leave. I went there a time because I was recommended by an old friend who used to work there. The personnel are friendly, well-known and patient. Excellent and creative choices are available throughout the shop. You won't be disappointed if you want to go to a pet store!

Please do not go here. I bought 2 birds for my son for Christmas and they both died within 2 weeks I tried reaching out to them to see if it’s possible they either give me a refund of $170 one of the birds or atleast one bird. I spent $440 and they didn’t even try to work with me. I would give them zero stars the only reason I’m putting one star is to be able to save someone from going there and purchasing birds that will die within 2 weeks. Pretty sad I really wasn’t asking for much just to do what is right.

I looked this store up and suggested my dad go to it (going together means he has to walk instead of bike). My dad went today and they offered him this adorable young cockatiel! Since birth he's been trained to perch and he's so calm and sweet and didn't wanna leave my side tonight! I love Banana... Thank you for blessing me with Banana!

The staves were so accommodating and courteous. They also gave some useful tips on how to take good care of your pets. They are also attentive in answering all of your concerns about my pets. Five stars for you, guys! Strongly recommended!

Rabbits and all other types of birds only place that still has love birds. If they're not busy either yelling at each other or beating on their dogs. The fish are always dead or dying and the man never actually wants to sell anything so I'm confused on how that store is still open.
