This hotel is absolutely horrid. The positive reviews on the website have to be fake or scams. The entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. We had a non smoking room and it reeked of cigarettes. There was nicotine stains dripping on the walls. The bathroom/shower was so gross. I definitely was not taking a shower in there. The toilet paper holder was about near disconnected from the wall. I was scared we would've gotten bed bugs. The breakfast was not worth it, as there wasn't anything out and you had to eat in the lobby. The ice machine didn't work. The staff was fine but didn't go out of their way to be friendly. You get what you pay for but this definitely wasn't worth $70 for one night. Like someone else said, we should've slept in the car. Our items and clothes reeked the next day. Do not do not do not stay here. Pay the extra $40 to stay at a place where you can actually breathe. I saw all the replies from the "owner" on other reviews and it sounds like such bull. You know they aren't going to do anything. If they actually cared, they would give all of us our money back. There isn't any quality at this quality inn.

Definitely an older hotel that is in rougher shape. The room itself was okay with a firm bed and working AC, fridge, microwave, and TV. The towel rack was no longer in the bathroom so towels were in the closet. The shower curtain rod is coming off, so we just didn't pull on the curtain too hard. For the price, you get what you pay for. Some of the common spaces are better kept (like the second floor tables) while others are just scraping by (like the breakfast area).

It's a older hotel but they are really trying. I have stayed at many quality inns and have had very bad experiences. That was not the case here. The hotel needs a modern face lift, but overall they are making it work. I stayed in room 103. The bed was comfortable sheets were clean. The room was clean overall. The hotel was quite even though they were sold out. They are pet friendly, the staff is friendly and helpful. I travel for work 7 days a week 12 months a year. I've stayed in hotels all over the country many I will not stay at again. This Quality inn is on my list of hotels that I will stay at again and put my crew members here as well. You have my companies return buisness. Thank you

The building itself and the design are very nice, I especially liked the indoor balcony area. The main issue here was the smells, there was just lots of odd odors in various areas. The lobby smelled like spices, our room was kinda musty, and our bathroom smelled kinda smoky (not like cigarettes though). Mattresses were comfy, room was clean enough, bathroom not as clean as I'd like, sheets were stained and one had a cigarette burn on it but seemed clean.

This was a horrible experience. The ceiling had large water spots where the roof leaked. The toilet ran all night, the mattress had a hole in it. The lights and TV was unplugged. The hallway was dark when we checked in so we didn't see how nasty and dirty it was. I mentioned to the lady that checked us out how bad the room was her reply was oh the guy is new he didn't know about the room... that isn't an excuse. If the room isn't ready to rent you put it out of service in the computer..

Don’t get me wrong for the price it’s okay! But the whole place smells like cigarettes and the whole building is leaking and falling apart, I was on the 3rd floor and our toilet was leaking mold building up from inside the walls sealing through the tile, our sink was leaking which made the carpet soaking wet everytime I washed my hands I would step in a puddle of water Whole place smelt moldy sheets were clean and towels were clean but everything else was horrible!

Unbelievable. Plain, downright irresponsible management and upkeep. I understand they are going through a renovation but all that lay about were piece and parts in hopes of being used for said renovation. I was given three separate rooms. All of which were reprehensible.

The front desk girl went above and beyond her job duties excellent customer service. The room wasn't bad but the air wasn't working properly I was in an extended stay room and I think it may have been a smoking room the room was clean and properly stocked. Overall was a good stay

The people at this Quality inn Miamisburg, OH were so nice and very helpful. The front desk was wonderful every time we interacted with them and housekeeping were wonderful too. I would especially like to call out MASI in housekeeping. They made me feel super welcome, and lots of laughs. They were very attentive and seemed to genuinely love their job. Then again, I'm a pretty fun guest myself. Thank you. Great hotel in a good location. Very close to everything.

It's very deceiving. The lobby looks nice but soon as you get on the elevator the floor is trashy. Got to my room and my sheets had burn hole in it. Sheets had stains in them that apparently wouldnt come out. So why would you put them back out just buy new ones. and it had roaches. Never staying here again

The staff is wonderful! Super friendly and always Helping with a smile! I feel at home the second my family and I walk in. And the housekeepers are very nice and really do their jobs well! The breakfast is pretty decent, with a good amount of options, considering that its complimentary, A+

Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel unless you want a dirty and all-around disgusting experience. I should have looked at the reviews before we checked in. When we did, we got into our room, and one of the beds appeared to have slept in. Yes, the bed was a mess. So we asked for another room and it was actually worse. That bed had a blood stain, yes a blood stain, and that's just one of many items that was discusting. The pool was filled in with concrete .The place just has a grime to it. Carpets that smell, paints that are peeling, and who knows what else. AVOID!!!!! There's a couple of other places around the corner that are way better. I wish I could post my pictures so you could see..

Room was quite unacceptable. Make up on a pillow. Sticky substance on bathroom floor. Smelled of mold and mildew. Still allows smoking which you can smell as soon as you walk in the hotel. Tv did not work. Dated fixtures with almost no place to plug in a phone no less to charge electronics. My vehicle had better accommodations. Bad enough that I will most likely avoid this entire chain, not just the location.

The hotel was absolutely horrible, if I could have gotten a refund I would have. Our shower curtain was completely broken down, when I stepped into shower it was broken and had a mat over it. The staff was super nice, but really need to upkeep the hotel. Fix tiles, have an actual breakfast. There was no bisquits for gravy, the eggs was gone. No syrup. Idk just weird

Was given keys to 3 rooms. 1st AC didn’t work. 2nd complete disaster and hadn’t been cleaned. 3rd trash in room and shower didn’t work. Entire place smells like wet dog and ash tray. Carpets gross feet stuck to floor in lobby. We didn’t stay. Nasty place.

Customer service is very good..!! Free parking is available. Near to restaurants & gas stations. We booked 2 rooms on our visit to Dayton, There is a wired smell inside the room’s & literally felt uncomfortable to breathe, Restroom are Yuck 🤮…!! Lift is not working on the day we visited. Couldn’t able to talk breath inside the lobby or walk way’s. Definitely not recommend to stay there with kid’s. There are lot of things to be get fixed there. Maintenance is zero. A/C units are horrible there. Maybe this is good place for others but we’re very unhappy on our visit.

Our group stayed in 3 rooms the hotel was filthy and in bad repair. My mattress had stains one big red one possibly blood it was covered with 2 mattress covers the curtain was off the rail. I asked the front desk to fix it but it nothing was done. There was dirt build up around the edges floor of the sink area The room smelt moldy. The hallway carpets were badly stained and had holes 3 to 6 inches in them. My friend used the restroom in the lobby one of the toilets had Brown buildup in it. Another friend spotted a bedbug in her bathroom. We wiped the door handles With disinfecting wipes which turned the wipes black. A dead bird was on the sidewalk. We told front desk about it on check in it remained there the whole time we were there for 3 days. The elevator was very dirty the edges where the door opened and closed was full of dirt. The front desk was left unattended. I complained after leaving to Choice hotels as well as the manager and was offered one night refund. Because we were forced to stay because I these rooms were on a list of places contracted by our group and there were no other rooms available on their lists. The rooming department had 8 complaints before I put mine in. Also there were sober living group staying in the hotel and a sheriff with a canine came into the hotel when we were there. The glass window in the lobby as well as our room were dirty. Because of fear of bringing home bedbugs I had to wash all my clothes and leave my suitcase I my car when i returned home. Well it was really an awful experience and it ruined my trip.

Spent 3 days one was labor day 2023. Let me tell u it was pure filth! And the big man owner manager was a rude as they come. If u call cereal with no milk breakfast....n the filth was unreal. They also had a deceased person that was in a room for 2 days I guess he lived there n had cancer at least that's what was told. There where few major shady people living there. This place needs to be knocked down n new one put there. I can not believe choice motels has them as one of their motels/hotels. Far as I'm concerned I would not let my worst enemy stay there of course non-refundable. Pure skid row and I'm sure there is better places on skid row.

I was uncomfortable the entire stay. The rooms all had burn holes in the sheets and chairs. The TV only had a few channels. There were bugs. The bathroom was nasty. It was an unpleasant experience. The customer service was excellent! Victor did everything in his power to make my stay better. Some things were just out of his hands. Victor was great!

Hotel was completely nasty. Smelled awful everywhere you went. Our first room was disgusting. The fan in the bathroom was falling off the ceiling. There were holes in the walls. The sink was leaking everywhere. The office chair had some sort of mud all over it. Furniture was cracked. We got a new room but, the bed skirt was covered in some sort of stains. We found a drink in our fridge that looked to be full of dip. Our AC unit sounded so loud, we had to put something heavy to drown out the sound. Pillows on the bed were uncomfortable as ever. Only 1 hall out of 3 had a working ice machine. Hallways were filthy and, we paid $120 for one night. Workers acted like we were crazy when we complained. Only thing great about the experience was the breakfast. Worker got upset that we checked out after only one day Do not recommend going to this hotel! Save your money!!
