    Me and my kids went in a few weeks ago and there was an employee in the parking lot screaming and cussing out a man. Made our way around the drama outside to see two employees struggling to handle all the customers and drama. The guy in the car peeled out of the parking lot and the lady comes in and instead of helping starts screaming back at the kitchen like it’s their fault that they’re behind! I was Absolutely disgusted when another customer said she was the manager! I felt so bad for the other people that have to work there and the guy in the red car, she talked to them like they were trash! No amount of money is worth that! Won’t be going back anytime soon!

    It's really another sad example of people running a store who don't really care about how they treat people. I went here two times. The first not bad, the second time was a disaster. I had called ahead to make sure they had 2 large chicken livers, because sometimes they sell out. I was told they had enough for ONE order, and could have a SECOND order ready in TEN minutes. I said great! I can be there in THIRTY minutes. I arrive and walk into the building, to be ignored by the young man running the register. He sees a customer, DOESN'T SPEAK, and proceeded to hide behind the soda dispenser, while I am still waiting to be acknowledged BY ANYONE. (THE BLOND HAIRED MANAGER DIDN'T DO ANYTHING EITHER) I continue to wait while another young man clocks in and the two employees have a little chit-chat while a customer standing in front of them is BLATANTLY IGNORED. After they talk about how the one kid clocked in 26 seconds early, and the cashier prints out a ticket to verify that his coworker did clock in 26 SECONDS early, he crumpled up the time clock ticket and then said "HI, what can I get for you?" I proceed to order the TWO LARGE CHICKEN LIVERS and hear the blond say "and that's all we have" Enter scene: New customer Ordered ONE large chicken liver. A few moments later... They are served their order and soon after I receive mine... I was in a hurry because I was taking this food to my parents home 45 minutes away. I arrive to find TWO DRINK CUPS FILLED WITH CHICKEN LIVERS. HOW DID SHE MAKE TWO ORDERS INTO THREE YOU ASK??? BY RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!! I called and spoke to the acting manager, she told me she did nothing wrong, claiming the employee greeted me, and said she did nothing wrong and HUNG UP ON ME! NEEDLESS TO SAY CUSTOMER LOST. Awaiting action from Chuck 9/27/23 *Update 10/2/23 I have received a letter from Chuck and he has done his best to correct the issue. I hope that the management at the Miamisburg location will be receiving additional training on customer service. Everything is a little better when you treat others the way you like to be treated. Thank you Chuck, from the bottom of my heart. Hope you have a wonderful holiday and a glorious 2024!

    Was upset when I went in and saw the loud rude red headed manager was back I thought she was finally gone. She and the black haired one is the reason I stopped coming in. After I heard them yelling at the employees from the booth in the lobby. I came in last week at night and was greeted by the friendliest person she is blonde with glasses a manager I believe Michelle or Melissa she was really great. The only reason I will be there is at night because of her

    No chicken breasts as usual. Need some management. Always the same, never improves. If it were up to me I'd be at KFC instead, but my wife doesn't like KFC.

    Was there during a supper rush. The place was packed. Yet the staff had everything organized and running like a machine. My food was made fresh and didn’t take long to get. I would definitely frequent the restaurant

    Went here last week. Was told 25 minutes for livers. No chicken legs, she told other customer dark meat was thighs and wings to substitute. No honey. It wasn't that they were out of things, it was shocking how rude they were. We have been coming here forever and it has been our favorite. We were told they had a catering order. That is all well and good but get it organized before hand and let one person handle catering and others do walk ins. I owned Lee's in Lebanon and Loveland.. I hope that was just a fluke.

    Stopped in today for the Wednesday special food was fresh and hot. Best customer service I have received in a long time. The lady cook and the lady that packed my order were very friendly and put in the extra effort to make my first experience at Lee’s exceptional. Will definitely keep coming back here

    I came in yesterday while I was doing laundry across the street. I got a biscuit and coleslaw. The biscuit top notch and what I like about lees is they give you Real Honey unlike KFC with their fake butter and honey. I love the coleslaw fromLees but this coleslaw here was like a drink but it was still good and won't stop me from getting more. Overall good customer services and food was fresh and delicious.

    I love Lee's but they are always hit or miss. I order the same thing everytime, which is the spicy jumbo dippers, sometimes they are way too spicy and sometimes they have no spice at all. I love their Cole slaw, wedges, biscuits, potato salad and more. Always better if you take home and enjoy. Atmosphere is horrible.

    I work At a nursing facility, we were throwing an anniversary party for residents. I came in needing a large amount of food. They went above and beyond to help me, prepare the food, and get everything together so I can make the party happen. The customer service was amazing and the food was fresh and hot.

    Got home with 2 meals, the chicken sandwich and slaw. The Tuesday special. Slaw was ok but the chicken was so salty. Couldn't eat it so I threw it away. I did call and report it. I was told to stop by with sale slip and they would be glad to replace it . Called them back the following day to inform them I couldn't make it today. Then from the back ground a woman shouted that I had to return the food also. Well guess what, I had already thrown it away. She said again. Need the food back also! Well I just wasted my $14.00! 😖 Never go there again!
