The staff was VERY polite. They even apologized for me having to pull over and wait 2 minutes but they actually saved me from getting in trouble with my wife by giving me fresh made to order fries! (Fries cooking is the reason I waited and my wife doesnt like cold fries so I was glad ro wait). But the woman that brought my order out to the car and the young man in the drive-thru were both very polite and made me leave there feeling they cared about thier customers. Prices are higher than they used to be (but that is everywhere), but despite that we will be coming back because they have better food than most AND very polite employees that make you feel that as a customer, you are important to them. Good job Arby's! 5+ Stars! PS. Some people are complaining about prices. Well to me that isnt fair, look around everywhere is higher these days AND you can clearly see the prices before you order. I dont buy fast food everyday myself, maybe a couple times per month and yes things are higher these days. But you cannot compare the cost of a BIG SMOKEHOUSE BRISKET sandwich to that of a smashed and poorly made tiny snack size burger from the place across the way, I think its called McDowells... Lol

Went thru the drive-thru and ordered a fish combo. The fries were cold and mushy. The fish was very good.

If I could give minus stars i would. They charged my $57 for 6 regular roast beef sandwiches, 2 chicken fingers & 4 large cokes. I could have went to an actual restaurant. They charge $4.80 for a regular roast beef sandwich now. I know were all struggling with Brandon's inflation crisis, but this is ridiculous. Don't give them the satisfaction of having your business. Let them go bankrupt. PLEASE

They don't get your order right and when you let them know about it they act like the mistake wasn't made.

Very good service! We order the new Philly Cheese sandwich and was very disappointed. Bread was soggy and for 8.19 it was small. Will not order that again.

I always go there they guys there are always nice and treat me right even when I have a big order Alex and all managers and crew there guys keep it up food was great even tho you did miss two items still didn’t change anything quick service too you guys need pay raises for real. Took my son there to get lunch before he went to work. One person, $20 is outrageous for fast food. With those prices I'm not sure how they stay open. The food isn't nearly good enough to justify that.

We stopped in & my husband got me a regular roast beef sandwich. The dining room was closed. Assuming it was due to not being able to find anyone wanting to work. There was a car ahead of of us that took FOREVER lol getting their order. Instead of having them pull ahead, they made everyone wait in the drive through. I only ordered a sandwich & had to wait a long time on it. So did everyone behind us. That's the reason for the 3 stars. Please just have them pull up & wait.

Recently new management came in. This restaurant has done a complete 180. All the employees are great and friendly and the manager is very professional. Thanks for making this a great fast food stop in town. Many of the other fast food joints have gone way down hill in recent years.

The woman working at the window did not even make eye contact with me one time still there holding the bag and waited for me to say hey. Is that mine? And she said huh and just hands it to me. She was not nice not feeling it should not be working in fast food

It's fast food, yeah, but it's tasty. The service was excellent too! This location has a nice aesthetic going on as well.

Shakes are so cold and thick almost have to eat with a spoon. Pecan chicken salad sandwich is the best.

The new ribeye sandwich is not worth anyone's time.. Definitely does not look anything like the commercial and was missing half the ingredients?! Not to mention it cost more than $10?!?!?!

The place was fairly okay for a sit down meal. Didn't really enjoy my order. I was new to the place and due to the drive through, didn't really get to have anyone instruct or direct. It's basically easy to figure out things when you just ask or wait for a while.

Best Arby's in Ohio! Great food and excellent customer service. The manager has professional management skills.

I shouldn't had given them another chance.. got the cheese steak, It was terrible, soggy and some weird liquid cheese .. nothing else was on it, a little meat, no onions or peppers . We used to love Arby's, however since COVID all the fast food places have declined in quality of their services as well as the quality.

Check your drinks and check your bag, was missing my milk so went back and they quickly fixed that, but got home again and my sprite was straight carbonated water, not going back 3 times in a row. Arby’s prices are getting crazy but our food was fresh and delicious, especially the mozzarella sticks and staff was very nice

Quality of food is excellent for fast food. Was relatively slow for drive thru. But food was excellent and hot.

Didn’t go inside so I can’t rate “atmosphere” but the drive thru was efficient and the staff were friendly.

This Arby’s is very nasty and disrespectful. I order a meal and my fries was cold , along with my sandwich. The sandwich was so Cold that the cheese wasn’t even melted and it’s sad. I asked for fresh fries with a cup of cheese and the cheese was very cold along with my fries. I also ordered some chicken tenders and the tenders was very hard. When I called to tell the workers about it , the manager was very disrespectful. Would not recommend

Worse Rubin I have ever had!! Was not hot, bread was soggy, almost no sauerkraut. Won't be going back anytime soon!! You really are something. You reply and give me a link, but it's a DEAD LINK!!! SMH!!

New and remodeled Arbys now open ,Big banner out front. Went in to dine in only prior to ordering was told dining room is closed wont be open for another hour! .This was at 12.30.During lunch hour .Walked out ..Won't be back.Get it together .I'll eat else where
