I wasted 6 months of progression of my condition for Dr. Hawkins to spend 12 minutes looking at me, only to refuse to treat me because I also have neurological issues, even though I was actively seeing a neurologist for those as well. All my other doctors have expressed distaste for his notes, especially the rheumatologist at a different facility who *was* willing to treat me and has successfully done so despite not being the only specialist I have to see. It seems incredibly childish to me, and to my other doctors, that any physician would refuse to treat someone's rheumatological symptoms simply because they are not the only facet of their systemic condition.

Worst possible primary care! I had to wait for more than hour to see a doctor after booking appointment. And the doctor has to get advice from her visiting, add another 15 minutes. On top of that UHC and this practice don't have proper understanding, you will get billed for Specialist pay even though you visit an internal medicine primary care doctor! Stay away Even after multiple follow up calls to the billing Dept, no change. WORST EVER SERVICE, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST

Updated to add I scheduled an appointment for ASAP still had to wait 2 weeks for that only to recieve a message canceling it and asking me to reschedule. Highly upsetting as I have pressing medical issues that need attention but beyond that I literally can not get anyone to answer the phone to even try to reschedule. I've been calling for 2 hours starting at 1:30PM on a Friday. The hours posted state they're open until 5PM. Wait times are awful even for scheduled appointments. You will sometimes end up waiting up to an hour once seated in your room. I've had to argue and beg for certain testing and even then it's often denied or dismissed and my symptoms ignored. They've started some weird thing where they make you set goals? This practice should be something you opt into, I'm sorry I'm here for labs. My goals are for you to answer the phone to schedule an appointment and to write up the labs I need. Very annoying.

I am so very disappointed with my care here and do not recommend anyone to come here. You never should make your patient feel like they are making stuff up with they speak to you about their concerns. Very disturbing especially during a time such as this ! Shame on you!

A MAGNIFICENT STAFF SUPER FRIENDLY. THEY DIDN'T GIVE UP UNTIL THEY FOUND OUT WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME. IT TOOK A FEW TEST TO FIGURE IT OUT BUT THEY FOUND OUT. IF IT WASN'T FOR THIS PLACE I WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO WALK TODAY I WOULD BE BED RIDDING. THEY GOT ME BACK UP ON MY FEET AND BACK TO WORK SO THAT I CAN SUPPORT MY FAMILY. I THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME GET BACK ON MY FEET.

I have been bringing my sister here for a couple of years and she has multiple health issues. For the last year she has been seeing Dr. Leonhardt, and I highly recommend Dr. Leonhardt and the entire medical office. I have seen a few of the doctors over the past few years and I have always been very pleased with my care. With my sister and her many issues, he is very caring and comprehensive, and has ordered testing and visits with specialists because many of her issues affect all different parts of the body. He spends a lot of time with us and explains everything thoroughly. Her last doctor (at a different office) just stood in the doorway with a clipboard and asked her questions for five minutes and that was it.

The doctors take extra care to read up and be knowledgeable on your circumstances before even entering the room so as not to waste your time with questions already asked, the nurses take extra special care to your comfort and accuracy of medications being taken, and needs for refills. I've been impressed over and over again about not feeling like I have to do the documenting for the staff, they keep track and they keep it right!

One of the absolutely worst experiences… Ask for test.. they don’t give you until another dr sees a problem… Don’t waste your time one of Kettering Health Care worst facilities…

No chance to get familiar with your doc because about the time you do, they leave and some new one comes in and the whole process begins again. Same questions no chance to establish a care plan.

Every nurse and doctor has treated me With respect. You can tell they truly care about their paitents. Thank you

Dr. David Lim and all Doctors whose care my son and I were treated by, are the best of the best. Nurses and staff were friendly, courteous and very professional. We will truly miss them all the way from Texas.

I was referred to Sycamore Primary Care after a sudden and unexpected stroke at 31 years old to assist in medication monitoring, adjustment, and ongoing care. I've seen half a dozen of the resident doctors and each and every one has shown themselves to be caring, empathetic, attentive, and knowledgeable during each visit. The nursing staff is equally kind, efficient, and caring. I have never had a visit where I left unsure of the next steps in my health plan and greatly appreciate the staff for encouraging my complete recovery. I now only see them 2-3 times annually but know they are there for me for any reason.

They do not stick to a time frame. I waited an hour past my Dr appointment time and was still not seen. Don't recommend
