It was a very pleasant experience, definitely worth the price, I would recommend! All the staff was very nice, the hotel is quite old but in fairly good shape and clean. The water was very hot in the private baths, and the sulfur was not too strong, I find it works best that way so very happy about that. We had a deal including the train so it made it even cheaper, but even so, you get free drinks from 15h to 17h, and again during the dinner time. Although the dinner was an all you can eat buffet, I found the quality of the food to be surprisingly good. If I were splitting hairs, I’d say the futon was a little too much on the hard side, and the blanket was a bit short for my 180cm…

Nice room but none of the staff could really speak English. We arrived at 8 pm and the whole place was deserted. No staff in sight and we had to exhaust all our resources to try to get a staff out to check us in. They do not accept credit card.

Food is not too good, but staff is friendly and i like onsen in here.

Nice experience to stay here. The dinner and breakfast are nice. Onsen is also good.
