I had the opportunity to visit Swig for the first time yesterday, shortly after its official opening on Tuesday. The customer service was truly outstanding, with a warm and friendly owners. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxed and laid-back, complemented by the simple yet charming decor. It was a delight to explore their menu and sample every drink, all of which were expertly crafted and delicious. Without a doubt, Swig is a must-visit bar when you’re in Shibuya!

I enjoyed the bar initially, but a situation arose when the staff told us we couldn't have a table seat that other customers had just left, even though we had been waiting earlier than VIP customers who walked in. There are various ways to handle this, such as placing a reserved card on the table or talking to customers differently. However, this situation truly offended me and spoiled the otherwise pleasant experience at the bar.

Lovely bar, owners were super friendly and even fixed me up with a rum espresso martini. Great chilled atmosphere.

Best new place to chill in Shibuya. Great and friendly staff. Always a good time.
