Terrible service went there and they got my whole order wrong gave me something I didn’t pay for nor asked for stuff I don’t even eat from them then had the nerve to say they was closed. Tired of this happening will definitely be calling corporate to get them closed down cause this is ridiculous

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would, last night I attempted to go through the drive thru, after kindly waiting at the speaker for someone to take my order, I got no response. So we checked the website for a second time to see if they were closed, that wasn’t the case at all.. then after waiting we honked, still nothing then i said “hello” about three times.. still nothing so we ended up leaving, as we were leaving we looked in the window to find every light on, multiple people standing around and one at the register.!! Ridiculous service, get some people in there who know what their doing or get y’all’s managers to train better.!!

We just ordered about 5 minutes ago in the drive through. The guy was passive aggressive and we didn’t even get half he food we ordered. Thanks bud. And no, I did not enjoy the luke warm Pepsi. Update: Just went to the Long John Silvers down the road. Didn’t want to go back, wasn’t worth it. Long John Silvers was fire as hell and we actually got what we ordered. Either way I’m getting diarrhea. 1 Star wouldn’t recommend this TBell. Mic drop.🎤

Absolutely horrible service. I should say NON-SERVICE! Ordered through the Mobile app for drive-thru. Sat in line for 26 minutes while ONE car of the 3 in front of me was waited on, before cancelling my order and leaving. This has happened 3 times now. When I drove past the window, staff was standing by the counter doing nothing!! Done with Taco Hell!

I specifically asked for my meal including the hard shell taco to be all chicken. Three of my chalupas were no sour cream. I got beef tacos and four out of six chalupas had sour cream. Last time eating here.

Went there and was told they were not taking orders. This is the third time this has happened. The person working the drive thru was very rude and would not offer an explanation of the problem. This taco bell is getting worse and worse every time I try to go there. I recommend that if you don't have to, don't patronize this establishment.

Workers who were there around 4 today were very rude. I'd give names but no one was wearing name tags. The cashier had a terrible attitude and seemed irritated she even had to take our order. Some people just don't belong working in customer service. Everyone has bad days but her attitude was unnecessary. I couldn't even get a smile out of her with a joke

I went to the drive through and ordered a crunch warp and two soft tacos with just meat and cheese, and they put lettuce on there not a big deal I go inside to get my order fix they apologized and went back to fix my tacos. Or so I thought they freaking gave mw the same two tacos with the lettuce and an extra taco with lettuce, I don’t get what’s so hard about following simple instructions I wasn’t rude or anything either which makes me even more mad.

I ordered pickup on Doordash. My husband and I got there to find the lobby closed, door locked and a long line of cars in the drive thru. What should have only taken a couple minutes to run in and get the order, ended up being a lengthy trip. If they are going to have the lobby closed, I wish it would say that on the site or that they even put a sign on the door. If I hadn't ordered online and was just going through the line, I would have gone elsewhere.

I ordered my food on the app for in store pickup. I ended up leaving 15 minutes late to go get it and by the time I got there, someone had taken my order off the shelf. I stood at the counter for a few minutes before I caught this nice young man’s attention. The nice young man, named Kell, came up and I explained what happened. He promptly went back and remade my order! He was quick and everything was exactly as I ordered! Thank you Kell for your amazing service!

Amazing fast service. Our order is very confusing because of so many different diets within the family but this is the only Taco Bell that has gotten it right. The tacos/burrito were also very stuffed and worth the price.

Food was great, workers not so much,took like 30 mins for 3 $5 boxes and there was no other customers . Other than that it was ok

So my order was sitting behind the counter for 10 mins before I got a chance to flag someone down to ask who's name was on it. Next time I see an order finished behind the counter, I'm just gonna walk back there and grab it 🤷 They kept it behind the counter, not in the mobile order pickup area fyi

After a night of heavy drinking, the wife wanted some 11:30pm tacos in the drive-thru. The guy that took our order was awesome and super patient with taking our order. Kudos to this dude for understanding what we wanted in our drunken stupor while placing the order. Sorry, I didn't catch his name.

Ordered thru app and items were wrong, went to complain thru app and it won't let you put in your phone number and won't proceed past that point to put in your complaint. I am out money and no way to get it back.

Pulled up, ordered my food and was off. Everything was there. They got the order right. They were very curtious and friendly. The items I ordered aren't on the menu below but were good.

Drive thru placed order got to window guy said theres a extra taco he needs $2 i was like what? I said can i get my drink. Got home the whole order was wrong. Good job guys scamming and not even right food. I have receipt if you wanna know who was in drive thru. Hit me up

Every time I find something that I like on the menu and I get attached to it, it usually gets taken off the menu. For example the frutista freeze, the original Mexican, and the grilled cheese bacon steak burrito. There's a list of other foods but these are the ones that I personally miss.

Best tacos I’ve ever had from a Taco Bell. Warm. Nice employees. Get their job done fast. Some good Taco Bell right there.

This place is God awful they made my food witch was $32 and got home and everything was made with beef we only eat chicken. I ask multiple times they assured me that it was right. Don't go to this restaurant they are horrible.

Every time I go to this Taco Bell they skimp on the beef for everything. I swear I’m eating veggie tacos and chalupas. Whenever I order a quesadilla I get 90% tortilla shell and hardly any filling. You’re not paying for what you get.

Clean, nice and it looked great! Only issue was I was forced by the look of it to use a kiosk from what I could tell and not a live order. If it was nobody ever walked over

Looked as if there were only 3 employees, so it took forever to get my order taken, and to receive it. The food was bad. My nachos Supreme was bad didn't even have all the toppings that should have been on it. Mostly beans and chips. The floor taco shells were hard, barely any meat. Felt like I should have just rolled my window down and threw out my money. I get it, not enough employees, but they were not rushed to put out such poor quality. They were not busy at all.

Terrible customer service and their employees can’t even do their jobs. Owners really need to pay attention to what the afternoon- night shift employees are doing.

I ordered the grilled cheese burrito deluxe box and soon as I ate the burrito it made me sick I vomit everything up and and still feel nauseous. I could have got food poisoning never will eat at the Michigan city Taco Bell again this the first time it happened today from there

I ordered through the Drive thru because the lobby was closed. I ordered 2 black bean crunch wrap supreme, 1 chicken quesadilla and 1 black bean chalupa. It was made perfectly and the black beans were added appropriately. The lady who took the order was very good at hearing and she did not even once misheard the order.

I ordered on app for a grab n go order. Got there door was locked. Had to wait in drive thru line for almost 20 minutes and had received notice from app that my food was ready to pick up before I got there. So by time I received my food it was cold. The service is bad. Workers are RUDE!!!!!

I really felt for the employees working there. They were obviously very understaffed. There must have been a grubhub or DoorDash order that was ridiculously long. I stopped in the drive-thru because there was only one car in front of me, but it took over 25 minutes. This particular Taco Bell has quite the reputation for a long wait in the drive-thru. I figured if one car I was safe. I was wrong. Definitely not the employees fault though. To their credit they had the other car pull up as they were finishing off their order and let us pull up so we could get our order which was only two crunchwraps.

I went to pick up food for a sick person and waited 42 minutes in the drive thru before getting to the window. There was even a person who got out of the car walked inside and received her order before her friend got to order. In fact the woman left. It seems that Taco Bell has decided that delivery apps are far more important than the people at the window or counter. Think about how much time you want to invest at an establishment that doesn't care.

I ordered breakfast for my children. The food was good and the service was great however they should expand their breakfast drinks. They have zero. My kids like orange juice, milk, or apple juice with breakfast, not pop.

By now you have probably seen me out here a lot in the reviews, let's face it, I'm a foodie! And I love Taco Bell! 🌮 They have Baja Blast which is awesome! Lucky for me I have the kids on my side to always win the family vote for Taco Bell. Sorry, Grandpa, you lose everytime we want our 5 layer Burritos, nachos and Crunch Wraps! Great job Michigan City Taco Bell, great food!

Very long line at the drive thru tonight. Lobby door was locked once again. No sign on the door indicating the lobby was closed. When I ordered the cars were backed up to Franklin Street. Food is always good.

Enjoy Taco Bell in La Porte. Really good food at reasonable prices. Great people working there. Tried the breakfast box. Perfect temperature food. Potato cake, sausage, egg,cheese and some salsa. Very good. The cinnamon balls are fabulous. Two in the box. Glad I didn't have to share those!
