There
is
nothing
better
than
the
feeling
of
a
brand
new
home.
Although
I
am
paying
much
more
for
the
security
of
the
gated
complex…I
have
lived
here
for
more
than
2
months
and
they
don’t
seem
to
know
how
to
close
the
gate????
Management
has
said
they
don’t
know
how
to
close
it???
Also,
they
are
indeed
dog
friendly
and
I
clean
up
after
my
boys
but
they
are
many
residents
that
do
not…I’ve
gone
home
and
had
to
clean
my
shoes
and
my
dogs
many
many
times.
Even
though
they
provide
bags
and
garbage
cans
for
waste
there
are
many
dog
owners
here
that
do
not
respect
their
neighbors.
Also,
if
you
are
walking
your
dog
here
and
someone
with
another
dog
comes
in
eyesight
that
starts
barking,
wouldn’t
you
walk
the
other
way???
NO!!
the
people
here
seem
to
just
walk
right
towards
your
barking
dog
thinking
everything
is
fine…boundaries
,
they
don’t
understand.
not
too
smart.
And
the
complex
isn’t
even
half
full,
I
can’t
imagine
when
they
have
it
full
and
they
still
allow
dogs
to
poo
everywhere.
Since
the
gate
has
been
open
my
dogs
and
I
were
attacked
by
a
stray
dog
as
well,
I
was
injured
but
it’s
been
3
weeks
since
I
reported
it
and
the
gate
to
the
property
is
still
not
secure.
Beware
of
these
things
Management
has
changed
recently
so
the
response
to
questions
or
concerns
may
be
addressed
very
quickly
but
to
no
resolve.
I’m
a
single
older
woman
and
I
feel
like
I
may
have
made
the
wrong
choice
living
here.
I
need
the
security
of
the
gate
and
it’s
wide
open
day
and
night.
I
already
have
a
neighbor
that
blasts
her
Hispanic
music
for
hours
at
a
time
at
a
point
where
I
cannot
enjoy
my
own
space
or
what
my
home
life
is.
And
there
are
only
8
apartments
leased
in
my
building…I
thought
I
was
moving
into
an
upscale,
secure
living
environment
and
indeed
it
is
not.
Don’t
waist
your
money
here
it’s
not
worth
it
