Pros and cons- Pros- the area really isnt that bad. The units are decent for their size. Conveniently located. Laundry buildings conveniently located in the community. Maintenance has always been responsive in timely matters, when requested properly. Cons- its the people and not all. Bad disrespectful kids. Laundry room isn't always unlocked at the time stated, but is locked exactly when stated. Parking wars. Some are just self entitled and think their little hunker deserves 2 spots. Periodic parties that last for days. People that throw their trash out their car doors instead of the dumpsters. For the most part I've interacted with some decent, well mannered people. As far as the kids, I believe a lot of parents just don't know what their child/ren are doing when they leave the house, but expect them to have the same respect level as they do when at home. I've spoken to 1 parent about their children, and the situation never happened again. A lot of people complain about mice. Well its Essex and they are everywhere. Not just in the apartment communities. I personally have not had an issue but I also have a cat. If you move to a unit that is close to the wooded area, expect spiders. Its natural. I've been an Essex resident for over 20 years and a resident of HennWebb for 4 years.

I lived here almost 27 years ago with my siblings and parents. Some of my best childhood memories bc of the community in the 90s. However we did have mice..they called them " field mice" as we lived on the end by the open field. No roaches from what I remember but yes mice. They have to do something about that after all this time. Such a nice community depending on neighbors. In the 90s we were all pretty tight.

Maintenance request leaves a lot to be desired. I had my daughter and grandkids visiting for 5 days, my ac broke down on a Thursday and two of my grandkids suffer from asthma. I called for emergency maintenance service Thursday night, and three more time up until Saturday. It was not until Saturday night that someone showed up to fix my ac. Totally unacceptable.

The staff was so friendly! They allowed us to view three different units, talked us through the whole process with a positive attitude & overall provided a very helpful service.

I recently spoke with an Alison at you alls rental office about someone recently coming to my property asking for power/utility information….. is that something the landlord/leasing office allows??? According to her she says it’s not.

The townhouses are beautiful and the rental office agents were very courteous and helpful. I am really looking forward to becoming a resident very soon.

Staff seem nice, maintenence is nice. They always come fairly quick. No real problems.

Don't live here I live directly across from here in the condos but it appears very family friendly an they take good care of the property however I've heard they have mice problems .

A very quiet and safe place to live. Maintenance on weekends is useless. I've been waiting for my refrigerator to be fixed for 2 days. The food I had was spoiled. When they finally answer they tell me that they can't do anything and I must wait until Monday. I've been without a refrigerator since Friday. Many of the townhomes are old and the finishes need work. They are infested with mice.
