Not worth the money they want office peoples are rude and they take almost a month to fix things and plus tbe outlets have shorts in them my mother lived there and had problems with the dryer it went bad 3 times it took them for ever to come fix it the upstairs bathrooms had no power to the outlets DONT WASTE UR TIME OR MONEY ON HERE 👎👎👎👎

Just filed an application for a 3 bedroom townhouse. I was asked for two days for more and more information about my paystubs from my employer. After providing every document they asked me to provide from my employer, which was almost impossible; they decided to deny the application for a reason me or my employer could not understand. I asked them to reach out to my employer and they said they cannot do so. After being denied I requested corporate number and then was threatened by Nicole stating she was gonna call my employer. Long story short…I definitely know I was not accepted due to credit check, or background check, or not making enough. I believe it was because they don’t want people like ME residing HERE.

Have a friend that stays there . She pays almost 2k a month but nothing is ever fixed. I guess they think its a real mortgage. I was interested in applying but no need now. Constant maintenance request.

Parking here is awful. We all pay enough to have at least one assigned spot per house. People who have garages are parking their extra cars and work vehicles in the extra spots for people without garages. This is causing unnecessary hostility between neighbors . How hard is it to do assigned parking. Everyone in the community wants this.

The office manager is never available and I have been calling for over a month to have an issue addressed outside my property. I work to hard and pay my monthly rent to be ignored. Unacceptable.

I live here the maintenance department is great but the ground keepers are terrible they don't do a great job. All they do is complain
