This particular Taco Bell is literally one of the best staffed and well run store! When I visit, it's usually sometime between Mon-Thurs, between 1:00 & 1:30pm. The tacos are nicely filled & always fresh. The staff are always friendly and efficient

Every time I️ order from here it gets worse. I️ get the same thing every time and the burritos get smaller and smaller. They don’t add extra stuff if you ask for it. I️ get the cheesy rice bean burrito add sour cream and they don’t do it. Plus you pay extra for it. Just a little annoying since it’s pretty pricey. I️ feel like I’m eating a tortilla with a side of beans.

Very nasty attitudes, horrible customer service & rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Glad i didn’t order anything from them and saw how they are with people like me. It’s okay God bless them :) but they won’t get blessed being how they are. God doesn’t like ugly……. they have an ugly soul; I’m glad I’m from a city where i grew up on diversity and aren’t racist like these people :) God bless !

I came to this tacobell location for their breakfast. The food was well made and fresh. But what really made this location stand out was the service and how welcoming and friendly everyone at this location was.

Not sure if they don’t offer a dine in service, but when I visited at past noon the doors were locked and we had to place our orders via the drive thru. My orders didn’t come complete, the lady who took my order didn’t add the drink I wanted and by the time we got to the pick up window, she said she didn’t hear me mention the drink, okay no problem, can I get my drink now? She said I have to go back to the queue and re-order the drink, that made no single sense to me because she was still attending to me and she could have just punched in the order right there. But I guess she wanted to flex her tiny muscles.

This Taco Bell does not really deserve a star at all. The food was not fresh. I’m very sorry that I had to say this it was like soup splattered on a taco shell, and it was old not fresh. Back in 2008. I tried this place with a group of my friends in medical school and a group of friends from Baldwin Wallace. We were sorry that we came here. I hope this place does improve.. .

Lately this taco bell is the best one in the area. Their hours of operation are accurate and they don't just ignore people at the speaker. At 3 am they still give good service and good food definitely my go-to location.

I mean its Taco Bell, obviously you know what you are getting, this is not Mexican or even Tex-Mex. This one in particular though is great! Very quick service, food prepared very well and also not and fresh! When Taco Bell is quick and prepared right it is quite good, this specific one does a great job!

this is literally the best taco bell i’ve ever been to. i pulled in at 12am to a line of about 8 cars, usually when i pull into a tbell and see this i can expect a 30 min wait and awful food. i was through the line within 5 minutes and my food was HOT ???? and good? this one experience made me completely reevaluate what i’ve thought about taco bell’s the past few years which is that they are all a lost cause. after visiting this location i know this isnt the case. miracles happening today. the employees here all deserve a raise god bless them

Absolute worst service ever! I order off the app and never received my order. When I tried to call them the line was busy so I went up to the store and seen my order sitting on the pick up shelf. Went through the drive through and asked to have it re made and they said no and so we complained when we pulled around and they handed us our food the bag was cold so we asked for a manager and she insisted that we are getting fresh food. But everything in the bag is cold. The managers name is Tina and she was very rude. The staff was laughing because we asked for fresh food. When our order had been sitting there for over a hour. Worst Taco Bell in the area.

This is one of the best Taco bells I've been to not because the food is any different than any other Taco Bell but the lady that waited on us was so very very nice. I gave four stars to the food because well it is Taco Bell however for the service I definitely would give five stars again. They did mess up our beefy melt and put double meat on the wrong one however the lady was so nice I just smiled and drove away :)

Went in for lunch today even though they were very busy the dining room was very clean the girl that took my order her name was Amanda was very nice and patient with me as I took my time and ordered. My food was hot and ready fast. Overall great experience keep up the good work

Great place to take out, usually I get what I order. I think some machine broke and lot of items were not available when I visited here. Otherwise great place to eat food during the night since it is open until 2am. Staff were very good and provide great service. I will keep visiting this place.

Ordered through Door Dash for lunch. Arrived warm and well made. Portions were good. Food was delicious!

My first time having Taco Bell from America. Open late for delivery and drive through. I recommend the crunch wrap supreme. Cannot go wrong with Taco Bell! Great wrapping job.

Tried the breakfast cheesy baked burrito with bacon. It was good!

We were there at 300-315am 7/22/23 ordered 3 chicken chipotle burritos and they just took grilled chicken and wrapped it and threw cheese on it. So not only did they not give us what we wanted they essentially took our money. I feel like we were conned because they were too lazy to make chicken.

Today's taco bell menu isn't near as good as the 80s 90s or even 2000s, they got rid of so much and the original Mexican pizza was made with deep fried flour tortillas not corn, 80s !!! The best. Then melted in the oven. Miss the taco salad and taco light and taco bell grande! Just please get some OGs back on the menu. Also the crunch wrap is much smaller than when it came out not as much filling. Prices don't match food sizes.!! Also cinnamon crispas are way better than twists!

The last 3 times in the last 6 weeks were not good experiences. The 1st of 3, they forgot my son's whole meal... we let it slide. People make mistakes and we were not coming back out so we all chipped in parts of our meal for him to have dinner after a long day too after not being able to get ahold of anyone at the store, they never answered the phone. 2nd time, they forgot my boyfriends meal, that time we did not leave it slide. We went back up there. Today, I'm fed up. Ordered a doritos taco combo with the new watermelon freeze.. they got the tacos right, but just handed us the cup of melted freeze that someone else must not have wanted, when i questioned it the kid just starred at me... also ordered a steak quesadilla combo with a Supreme doritos taco and a beef chilupa Supreme, no Lettuce add chipotle sauce. Ended up with a chicken quesadilla, that was room temp at best (the cheese wasn't even melted) and beef with chipotle sauce on a chalupa shell. The kid working the window had such a delightful personality ::insert sarcasm here:: smh, c'mon taco bell on E. Bagley, get it together. You're becoming a really big disappointment.

Easy to use tablets on the wall. Don't like that they keep changing the menu so often. But food was quick and it was easy to order. Love that you can customize your orders now.

I had waited in the drive through for like 15 min, finally reached the window and it has been another 10 min. I know for sure because I started my timer. Horrible horrible service and way to treat a customer. I drove up to the window and no one was there... It looks dark and closed. There are no signs it is closed and it was only like 9:50pm. If you can't stay open past a certain time change your Google open hours. Don't waste your customers' time. Horrible. There were also like 10 cars behind me...waiting

I was in a hurry.. I just got back from out west and just wanted to eat some tacos on my 1 hour and half drive home. These were the worse tacos I ever had from Taco Bell.. I do not mean to bash Taco Bell as a whole. This place was bad . The meat seamed to be cold and spoiled. When I went to spit it out, a piece of lettuce went down the wrong pipe and I could not breathe. I had to very very very slowly inhale air so I could cough.. I knew if I was coughing, I would be ok.. I still had to inhale like this 3 times . Talk about controlling a panic attack... I was a bit scared.. That isn't Taco Bell's fault, but some of my friends argued it was.. Oh well.. I will never stop there again.. Sorry Taco Bell, it's the truth..

the monday night night shift needs to be fired. spent $20 just to get 8 little soft tacos and none of the items i ordered came in.

Best Taco Bell I’ve had in some time. They actually put the tomatoes and lettuce into my crunch wrap which made me very happy.. great service!

My wife just called to tell me how friendly, fast and good her food was from this taco bell. Went on about it for 5 minutes how the guy in the DT said hey let me know how that tastes because he realized it looked lighter than usual. This is customer service.

And 5 ⭐'s for cleanliness. I have never seen a Taco Bell so clean before. This includes the restroom. Everything was clean. Amazing! I didn't realize the Chalupa I ordered in a box came with steak and the young man was extremely cordial and made a beef Chalupa for me. Also, they employees were extremely professional. We were sitting at the closest table to the front end and could not hear the employees talking. There was no goofing around, cussing, yelling back and forth. Just a wonderful experience at an actual fast food restaurant. Totally unexpected but extremely appreciated.

They decided to close 40 minutes early after several cars waited 30 minutes for anyone to answer. When I pulled up to order a worker dismissed me with “we’re closed.” Almost an hour before the listed closing time. I had an order to pick up and lost $30 worth of food that I cannot refund and was met with dismissal and annoyance when they chose to close early with no explanation and kept everyone waiting

The two stars is some of the staff are friendly and the food that is made correctly is good. However, you are always missing items or they close with no notice and you get to go back around and wait in a 45 minute line

Was handed a cup with soda already on it. Remember to check your order because everyone is correct about missing items. Ordered a power and there were no black beans on it. Guess they ran out of them.

I ordered a $8 + add-ons grilled chicken burrito and they gave me a break fast burrito, I have dietary restriction due to my Culture it seems taco bell doesn't care two hoots and if that is not enough I am also diabetic and should avoid red meats. This is wrong on so many levels. When I ordered chicken burrito they stuffed it with potatoes and a smidge of cheese and a sliver of chicken. This is my tenth order that has gone wrong

Went on a busy Friday night and the crew moved the drive thru line quickly. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Best of all, my taco supremes were perfectly made.
