Quiet and comfortable rooms. Well appointed but a little dated. There weren't enough towels in the room which seem to go with the pattern of there being no towels in the swimming pool area either. Breakfast was pretty good but it was so crowded a lot of the stuff was gone by the time we got down there but there was a good selection and everything was fresh and tasty

Don't stay here. When we arrived there were no luggage carts and after having asked for a room on the first floor they put us on the 3rd. The room was okay but there was no bulb in the light fixture over the dining area and we almost fell over sitting in the office chair that was not obviously broken. The next morning the elevator was out. Used the towels in the morning and they were thread bare and torn. Just a disaster all around. Worst hotel of our 10 night trip staying in Comfort Inns, Best Western, La Quinta.

They have very strong good customer service. As a diamond elite member I'm always expecting to receive great customer service they deserve 5stars. On the other hand hallways carpet are dirty and smelly. The hallways smell like weed I was not able to re lu ax. I get headaches from the weed. I understand it's not the hotel 's fault. People need to be considered for those who don't smoke weed. hotel needs major improvements. Blankets and sheets have blood stains.

Absolute worst place to stay! Blatantly lie about what amenities are available, rude management that won’t even speak to you when theirs an issue, seems to be no real training here either. We were told the pool was closed when we checked in and it would be open at 8am, so we decided to check in and tried to add a night since we mainly booked for the pool. The lady claimed she added the night but didn’t. We only found out the next morning that she didn’t, so had we gone out for the day, who knows what would have happened to our stuff. On top of this the pool never opened and was actually closed until further notice. No one told us this or we would have gone elsewhere! Of course we were upset since we booked for that reason and we’re told we had a night added (turned out to be a blessing in disguise that we didn’t). I think the worst part of it all was that housekeeping just walked right in our room PRIOR TO CHECK OUT, while I was in the process of getting dressed! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone at all!

My husband and I have probably stayed in over 100 IHG hotels and this was one of my least favorite. Beware side sleepers because our bed was a literal spring. It sent shooting pain through my entire body after just 10 minutes in the same position. I probably slept a total of 3 hours. Our shower was awful as the water did not drain and you would be standing in 5 inches of water. The water pressure and temperature was not the best either. Our room, the elevators and lobby all felt dirty as well. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank goodness it was only one night.

I will say it's not the staffs fault for the low rating. They were very helpful, friendly, and understanding. The building is in the process of getting upgrades as they just bought the hotel from what I was told. That being said, when the upgrades are complete, I would give them another try. Rooms were very old, had that old smell to it, and the bathroom had mold. Look closely at the pictures, and you can see the issues. The staff offered another room for the inconvenience but that room was the same. They understood my dislike of the rooms and offered me a refund. About 5 minutes from the base and a few turns from the freeway. Right next door to a gas station for the travelers staying one night.

The location was extremely convenient, the hotel was clean and my room was big. The only issue I experienced was that the TV needed to be upgraded to a smart, and the gym needed some weights. I don't expect a lot from a small town in Pennsylvania, especially being a holiday Inn. It was safe and quiet though and I'd stay again. It's also in a Truckers town, so what do people expect?

I would say this place was not up to the expectations I have for Holiday Inn but the bar has been lowered over the past couple years. The first room they put us in was in bad shape. There was blood all over the comforter and dirty sheets. When I mentioned it to the front desk she acted more annoyed than apologetic. They did however put us in another room which was in much better shape. The rooms I saw had minor repairs that looked pretty shoddy. It's apparent to me they are understaffed. If I had to guess I'd say it was family operated and they probably only employ maybe 4 or 5 family members. Please reinvest some of your profits back into the property! On the upside there was free breakfast and I feel for the nice lady who appeared to be doing everything by herself.

Do not stay at this location. As a member of IHG rewards this was the worst one we have ever stayed at. I am not one to write negative reviews, however after emailing directly with no response my hope is this review and an email to corporate might change some things or at least remove this property from IHG network. The room was in disrepair and the first room we were offered the sofa bed was beyond broken. It wouldn’t convert and looked to be rusted closed. The next room, did not have a working lock. The door actually just pushed open when we entered, as you can see by the video. After the previous room issues and it being late, we simply resorted to dead bolting the door. However, the top locking mechanism was also broken. Overall so very insecure. Mentioned issue with the morning staff but simply received a cursory apology without acknowledging the actual issues. It seemed, that though the staff was friendly, they had little knowledge and ability to correct or deal with these issues. So this is your warning, please do not stay here, if you are safety conscious.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel was disgustingly dirty. It had stains all over carpet the hallways were nasty. Our bathroom was missing a light fixture so we were blinded by the LED lights. Shower grout was so gross my daughter refused to shower. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend this location.

Needed a quiet, safe place to stay at while heading back home from vacation. This hotel is way over priced for what it is worth. The front desk person was super nice, but the breakfast attendant had an attitude since she wasn't ready yet to let us get breakfast. Dude, it's your job. Sorry if you don't post signs of what time it opens! Get over yourself! You are in the hospitality industry. Don't be rude! The rooms are spacious and bed is comfortable, but lots of noise from outside traffic. It is a bit dated and worn out, but a 100% smoke free hotel. Bathroom was also not the cleanest. Stained toilets and old fixtures. Also - they allow barking, annoying dogs. I love pets, but not well behaved ones. I hate hotels that have loud, slamming doors constantly. But other than that, it was just an OK, pricey stay. No sleep timers either on the TV since they used DirectTV.

I must say the service here is fantastic. All the staff are so friendly. The breakfast is very good as well. Lots of choices for breakfast. Wish the rooms were just a bit cleaner. Carpet in our room had stains. The wall behind the door was broken.

When I first walked in the hotel, I thought it looked really nice. I then asked to use the public restroom and it went downhill from there. The toilet was dirty and there were a lot of chips out of the wood and staining in the carpet leading up to the restroom. The carpet in the hallway was very dirty at best and very old. Once in the room I noticed a lot of the furniture was old stained and peeling… Something from the 60s. The fan on the air conditioner was not blowing out air and found out that the screens were plugged up and hadn’t been cleaned it look like years. That is a hazard. The fan in the bathroom sounds like a tornado. The caulking around the bathtub desperately needed to be upgraded. The doors to the pool and exercise room were left a jar by a doorstop. Workers in the reception area were using the F word while guests were in hearing range and talking about family members. From my experience only, I would never recommend this hotel. It is very outdated, should be updated with new carpeting, all the AC unit should be checked, all bathrooms should be refurbished, and maybe different employees at the front desk. I know this is only my opinion, but I doubt if Holiday Inn express or the manager of the specific hotel will do anything. I will never stay here again.

The gentleman checking me in was very nice and accommodating. As were the young ladies checking me out. Lobby was clean, didn't eat the breakfast they offered as I'm not much of a breakfast person but it smelled good. The room we were in was clean and oddly spacious, as if the back half of it was missing furniture, the bedsheets were cheap and scratchy, pillows were comfortable minus the cheap bed linens and the bed was comfortable, it could use some updating for sure. The hallway carpeting is horrendous and disgusting and should be replaced. The hotel overall is good for a one night stay as your passing through which is what we rented the room for.

I was denied the keys to our room for 20 minutes because I had a registered service dog. The manager told me that he "would allow it this time". This is in violation of federal law protecting Americans with disabilities. Sierra was at the front desk and was rude and yelling. Sierra also threatened to cancel our reservation because we had a service dog. It was the absolute worst customer service that I have ever received at a hotel. I take my service dog every where and have never been treated as less than human like I was at this hotel. I highly recommend you find somewhere else to stay. On top of that, there was someone else's dirty underwear in our room.

First and foremost the front desk staff that I dealt with was absolutely spectacular. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the state of the room that I stayed in. The rooms are in desperate need of updates and repairs. Fortunately everything was reasonably clean and my bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

Walked into a very dirty room with the desk and TV stand covered in stains, bathroom was no different. Stains everywhere and the tub grout disgusting. Had to go buy my own Clorox wipes to wipe everything down to feel comfortable about the room. Also could not receive extra towels from the front desk staff who were sometimes very rude. Complimentary breakfast was descent. I would suggest driving down the street to another hotel before stepping foot into this place.

Compared to some of the other reviwers I seemed to have lucked out. The lady at the front desk was friendly and efficient. My room was on the 2nd floor and it was clean with no stains, hair, crumbs etc anywhere. Does the hotel still need cleaning, yes. However, I noticed some messes like the coffee stained tables could easily be remedied by guests cleaning up behind themselves. Seemingly a foreign concept to some. The bed was comfortable with pillows labeled "soft" and "firm". There is noise from the freeway but it's no worse than hearing the person in the next room cough. If you're passing through its not a terrible place.

Was hopeful for a good night here. Staff was short when I walked in, and spoke way too quickly to catch everything. Room was disappointing. One towel for 6 people, barely any toilet paper in the room. When we asked for extra towels, we were met with a rude response. Section of the lights in the room did not work. Had a good night sleep despite the issues. Breakfast in the morning was not well stocked and ran out of staples very early.
