You only get 1 star because I can't give you zero, just arrived home from this kfc drive through, will never be going again and recommend everyone and anyone avoid like the plague, tried several times to call to no avail, the phone just rings out. The chicken we have just been served should have been put in the bin for the pigs, not served up for a near £20 wicked variety bucket meal and got chicken that can only be described as plastic crunch and that's my best description of it, dry and overcooked is an understatement. Please manager get in touch and I'll provide my contact detail, then we can have a chat about where your going wrong, your so called chicken pieces just went in the bin... utter disgrace

This place was terrible. Ordered coffee with our meals as we were freezing and we were then shouted over to the till to be told we do not do hot drinks anymore even though they were advertising coffee all over the screens. Waited 15 minutes on one of the only tables we could find that was clean for the food, which arrived with cold chips as they had been sitting on the rack for so long and cold burger. Would never go back here. Such a shame these are killing the KFC brand by having lots of kids and lack of management running it.

Scraps of chips as a portion, hair in the food. Despite standing at the counter and trying to attract attention, for over 10 mins, was constantly ignored whilst they served food to go, and would not even make eye contact. Left my full order, will never go back again or any other KFC

I went here with my pet goldfish hoping to let them try a bucket of chicken genitalia. Fortunatly, they tasted really nice but my goldfish didn't like it and ran away, if you find my pet goldfish in the toilet somewhere give him to Joe. Just ask for Joe and he will know what to do with my pet goldfish called Gogogabalam. Thank you very much

Food arrived stone cold because once again they've put the cold drinks in the same bag as the hot food. Unwrapped my burger only to find it's so stuck to the paper that I can't get it out without ripping the burger. Always disappointed by the service at this branch, don't know why I keep giving it more chances. For the price you pay, you expect decent quality of food.

The option of serving at table was on but when the food arrived I noticed straws and napkins r missing so asked this rude member of staff about them, she pulled her face and said I am not ur waitress u need to get them urself as she was walking away rudely. I was not giving orders or was rude or trying to make a scene. I was just trying to understand how this works and where to get them from. This is disappointing and doesn't make sense .. kfc offering this service to be served at the table which appreciated but it seems they dont train their staff how it works and its confusing for costumers. Really disappointing. Everything can be tolerated apart from rudeness.

Never have I been to this KFC and received the correct orders, always items missing, always 20mins plus for the food, staff are unhelpful when you ask them anything. Reading other reviews I wonder if anyone who works for KFC reads them because all reviews read pretty much the same!!

Parked up again waiting for my cold food. They do this on a regular bases. Going to give kfc a wide bearth. I suggest you do the same. Some people have been Parked up 30 minutes

Staff always fast and respectful if you respect them get a bad stick but not to bad from my visits and the manager is efficient as anything seems to run a tight ship

Nice, fresh hot fries. Been here a few times and food always tastes fresh. Someone called George served me and was a delightful person.

This is our goto KFC. I have been going to this KFC for the last few years. Once a week for a weekend lunch. Food quality has been significantly improved with the changes they introduced after the pandemic. Well done.

If I could give minus stars I would, went to drive through today, put our order in was told to park up with about 8 other cars, waited over 15 min, for food asked about our krushem to be told they forgot and they was doing something to the machine and it would be 4 min 15 min later still nothing, our food is getting cold went over to the window and asked what was happening 7 people ignored me, I explained my food was getting cold etc to be laughed at by the kid fixing the machine, I asked the guy who was stood near him ( he was the manager) is that how he likes his staff to respond to his customers for him just look at me like a deer in head lights ( still no response) walked back to car waited another 5 minutes, got home the krushems tasted of chemicals, our meals was cold chicken wings was burnt, did think to go back but then remembered the none response from the manager, I have contacted the council and ombudsman as my main concern is the chemical taste from the krushem god for bid no kids have had them and got poorly

After they gave us our meal the bag just ripped in midway through the store none of the employees did nothing they just watched us overall the worst fast food place to eat at the costumer service is really bad

Went to the drive through to get a £17 order to find half the order wasn’t even in the bag! Absolute joke of a place! If I could rate this no stars I would

Worse kentucky I have had. No hot drinks why . Kids meals a disgrace 1 chicken fillet and either a side or chips. For nearly 5 pounds we expect chips as well order not right had to go back and ask for fruit as well. So un happy usually love kentucky. I think the fort at cheetham Hill is the best.

Worst KFC I have ever been . Chicken so salty ,not possible to eat .chips/fries was actually the only thing without salt . Spend there 20 pounds and the only good thing from there was pepsi ,everything else went to the bin . Avoid that joke place

How hard is it to clean the toilets ?! I'm completely disappointed. This was my 1st visit to this branch and it will definitely be my last. I don't know what the KFC brand is doing in the matter of management but this place certainly needs a good manager .the food was not bad tho .

Had to wait for food again. Over priced for fast food that you have to wait for? How is this place still in business, every time you go there is something going on in that branch. Plus the toilets are shameful for a food establishment.

In fairness, true to the documentary they kept their word. They close at 9 and no later. Never been here but 5 stars for keeping your word

Disgusting behaviour from members of staff. I ordered food for kids. Half of the order it’s missing. I spend all my money for this dinner. I ring the store and this person said to me. He can’t do nothing I need to ask for refund in Uber eats. Now my kids will go sleep hungry and he hung up the phone on me. Great costumer service KFC

Ordered £40 worth of food got home half the food was missing drive all the way back to explain what had happened and what was missing to be greeted by extremely rude staff who huffed and puffed when I told them I wanted the rest of the missing food that I had paid for .. had me stood there for another 20 mins waiting they finally sorted the rest of my order put it in a bag slammed it on the counter and just left it there for me to assume that it was mine .. how that place is still open I don’t know .. think management need to re staff or at least train their staff in manners!!

Very poor service from KFC Middleton.It's the last time I'll be using this place for my KFC.its dirty here. The service is so slow waiting for over 40min for an order and witnessed angry customers. The staff are miserable.I can't believe how long I had to wait to get my food. Avoid if at all costs you hungry and in a hurry.

Shocking order, missing a full large popcorn chicken meal and the chicken was colder than when it got slaughtered. Thought I’d try a fast food for the first time in 6 years and get served this pile of trollop. Thought McDonald’s was bad….

I went in to KFC with my 2 year old grandson and waited 15 minutes at the counter before one of the many staff members looked at me so I quickly asked if I could order food. After another 20 minutes of waiting I asked the female staff how long our food would be and was told that she didn't know as she was doing deliveries. She made no attempt to ask one of her many colleagues. 10 minutes later we got our food which I was told had been on the counter for 10 minutes which was ridiculous as I had been stood there all the time. We ate in as it was dark outside but the surroundings were disgusting, with food and rubbish all over the floor and several tables. Needless to say I won't be going to KFC again.

Not once have we received a full order when getting food delivered. We make a point at the drive thru of checking the bags before we drive off so at least if anything is missing they can rectify there and then. With deliveries they don't even answer the phone so you end up settling for a refund through the delivery operator, but its just not good enough to only receive half your meal each time. We keep giving them the benefit of the doubt but no more. Will not order from here in person or online any more.

Ordered the boneless banquet box meal and mighty bucket for one meal and only got one side of fries for both the meals. Pretty disappointed that they couldn’t complete the full order. Wouldn’t order from this place again.
