Nice mall that has a good variety of stores including a play and food mart area. One hidden gem of this mall is Formals XO, a dress store specializing in dresses for proms, and special events.

Clean and fresh still has 3 anchor stores soon to be two with the demise of Sears sometime next year. It is a great place to walk, look & deals abound. Found a newer store called White Barn that had great displays and smells wonderful....

Clean, friendly, safe, light, beautiful and comfortable! The best Mall Management! I love this Mall. This is the only Mall of which I know where you can play huge chess and checkers. This gives this mall a special status: smart, intelligent and cultured people run and work here. There is an opportunity to relax and exercise your brains. The mall is very large, nice and clean. There are a lot of different shops and brands in this mall.

An old school mall struggling to stay relevant in a world of online shopping. The parking lot was torn up. No signage on entrances with all the construction and stores are minimally staffed if open.

My husband and I went to Oxford Valley mall for the first time and we liked it! His favorite store was Andy's bricks a nice Lego store! All mall employees are very nice and helpful. My favorite stores were Pink and forever 21. We will return to this mall again soon.

This mall used to be a fun place to visit and shop. Once a bustling local hub, the mall was full of stores carrying affordable clothing, furniture, toys, electronics, and accessories along with cafeteria style restaurants and quaint bistros. Beautiful fountains and indoor trees lined the bottom floor, catching sunlight through the glass skylighted ceilings. Now, this place is boring, charging too much rent for stores to stay in a long time neglected building. The fountains are gone, but water leaks from the ceilings. Cement crumbles outside by entrance, where the stagnant rainwater filled fountain becomes a mosquito haven in the summer. Management refused to turn on the air conditioning over the summer, leaving employees and customers soaking in sweat. Elevators in the remaining anchor stores are frighteningly outdated. We sometimes visit out of necessity, but no longer for pleasure. If the mall wanted visitors from the community again, it would use one of the anchor stores to become an affordable activity center, featuring batting cages, rock walls, roller rink, bowling lanes, arcade, pool tables, air hockey, etc.

Still a great mall however it is not as vibrant or as crowded like before the Covid pandemic. Had a stay over here waiting for a bus and visited their food court which is still doing a good business. Macy's and J.C. Penny still anchor this mall. There is a AMC movie theater near the shopping mall. I noticed several empty store properties that were once thriving businesses. But then this is the direction that shopping malls seem to be heading these days with the ruse of online shopping. But I did see a lot of teenagers. Proof the great American Saturday night hangout is still alive.

This place has gone downhill. There used to be so many stores and places for kids to have fun. Now they sold part to build upscale apartments..... there will be a ton more traffic. No one who has lived here for over 50 years is happy about this. This is a huge mistake!!!!

Spent a couple of hours there today with the kids on a day off. I don't live very close by so I haven't been here in a few years but it's still a great mall. There are a lot more open stores throughout the mall and in the food court than most malls in 2022. It's a bright and open mall during the day with a good mix of chain stores and smaller specialty stores.

The food court is hanging on by a thread - Master Wok still had the best bourbon chicken and lo mein.

I just want to start by saying that I am not the type of person to take the time out of my day to write a review but I am so agitated by the terrible experiences with the Oxford Valley Mall photos with Santa. Yes, that’s right, my family experienced back to back awful experiences (2021&2022) with the photos with Santa. This has nothing to do with Santa himself. I want to make it very clear, both Santa’s from each year were absolutely amazing with both of my kids. Both bad experiences were due to the malls lack of scheduling and photo experience. 2021- I selected the 2:00 pm time slot and didn’t actually get the photos taken until 4pm. Two hours of waiting in line, watching the two inexperienced teenage workers allow all of the guests in the express line to bypass all of the guests who scheduled a time slot. 2022- is scheduled a 12:15pm time slot and didn’t get the photos taken until 1:45pm. There was only 4 families in front of me in line. There was also only ONE worker running the show. One employee taking the photos, helping the family with the selection and then checking them out. It’s an absolute disgrace that a mall like Oxford Valley can’t seem to run a functional photos with Santa. I feel terrible for the two gentlemen that play Santa each year because they truly are amazing. They should take their talent elsewhere. I highly recommend you take your family to another location for Santa photos because Oxford Valley mall will only ruin your experience.

Nice mall. Clean. I prefer this mall over the other ones in the surrounding areas. Love the stores and the employees. Never had had a problem here & I love how other stores are in close proximity to the mall if you need to check out another store. Would be nice if SOME of them were in there though. Lol!

I only went there once and only to one store. But from outside it looks like it’s abandoned especially the sign outside. All faded out from sun. Lot of parking on Friday day. And not many people. But I read other reviewers saying many stores are closing. If you live around then it makes sense to go there. But if not don’t waste and time to drive there. Willow grove looks better.

Kind of dead mall.. food court taste bad to be honest if you eating between lunch and dinner. Andy's Lego store is best place there and alternate dimension is pretty good

What is a tree? A tree grows into perfection. How does this correlate to the Oxford Valley Mall you might ask? Simple. This mall is constantly growing in store, creativity, and more and is past the point of perfection. Everything at this location is pure bliss. Go.

Haven't been there in a while but it's needs to step up its game because when I was there it was raining out and they had buckets everywhere. So I guess the ceilings are leaking. They should make enough money to be able to fix the ceilings and at least make the place look more modern cuz it seems very old and looks the same as it did before I moved away

Great mall always has a clean food court. With many good food vendors. 😋 a good family 👪 vibe In very modern style mall. Great place to shop

Still has a good selection of stores. Not quite a dead mall, but could easily tip that way if more stores close. Food court pickings are slim. Mostly Asian cuisine and Charley's cheesesteaks.

Nice clean well maintained mall. Shoppers & workers are a lot more pleasant then the Franklin Mills Mall ( will never call it Philadelphia Mills ).

Could have a better arcade for kids for sure. And I seriously wish they had more sneaker stores like foot action, finish line, models, ect..

Dumplings 2 Go. One person actually working. Two gentlemen in the back they disappeared. Took over 30 minutes to get 3 orders. Food is subpar. Shrimp way over cooked. Do not recommend going here unless you have time and money to waste. It is mall food.

It’s sad to see this mall slowly die. The true lack of trying to update the mall by ownership is sad. Other malls, like KOP, are thriving because of big name brand stores and restaurants. All Oxford valley has to offer is boring no name stores and literally no places to eat except a food court that also has places I have never heard of. This place will be gone within 5 years.

In ancient halls, a puzzle unfolds, Oxford Valley Mall, a maze untold. Retail wonders and treasures galore, Hidden secrets behind each store. Lose yourself in corridors unknown, Where fashion and trends mysteriously hone. Boutiques and brands, a riddle to explore, Oxford Valley Mall, an enigmatic store.

Malls are becoming a thing of the past and being replaced by the strip centers that are popping up everywhere. I am happy to say that Oxford Valley Mall was has not been overly crowded the last several times I have visited, which for me is a blessing. I appreciate the large corner stores that are holding this place together and I am excited to see the apartments they are building on the property and the new and improved dining and stores that will take over.

This place has many nice stores ranging from popular big corp stores like GameStop, Hot Topic, Spencer's Gift's, Macy's, etc as well as tons of smaller businesses! The food court has a decent array of food choices although its most Asian cuisine at this point. At one point they had a black owned small business with soul food and as of now they have bubble tea and donuts which is alright i guess.

So with movie theaters today they're no longer essential, with all the streaming services that exist you never have to go to the movies. This allows me to really look at my experience. The seats were nice spacious, reclined, comfortable. Foods still overpriced. Though here's my biggest issue the audio quality sounded like I was @ home from @ home tv speakers. They have speakers lining the wall but they were not on.

This mall is a dying mall. There isn't much there, and the entire time I was there, the place felt off in an odd way, partially from the lack of people. Honestly though, I've been to many worse malls than this one, and it works well enough if you're someone local to the area, but it's definitely not something that would usually draw people to the area at all.

Stopped in Spirit Halloween. Love this store! So many cool props and spooky set ups. The kids enjoyed themselves walking through the store and picking put costumes

Overall it was pretty cool. But one Bounce House operator had no business being responsible for children. First of all, the sign said it was for toddlers, but he was letting bigger kids in. But, what was worse was I had a 2 year old in there and when I was around the side to try and see him from the screen,,he let a little 2 year old out without making sure someone was there for him and he wondered off. Of course I became upset. And with absolutely no sense of urgency, he tells me to look around for security. To be honest, I wanted to punch him! Luckily security had him pretty quickly. But, I hope this guy doesn't work full time for you because he was awful!

It's a great place and have many stores we usually shop at. There are kids machines to play with and claw machines as well. I also visited the circus that was near. It was soo fun to watch.

Always have tough time parking in a lot that is in bad need of re-paving, pot hole repair, and new painted lines to show where actual spots are. Inside always feels like a ghost town nowadays; and the stores they have close at different times instead of all having the same time as the mall says it's open until. Thankfully there are other options nearby for shopping if you don't want to do stuff only online.

  • 3/5 max d. 2 years ago on Google
Place seemed dead and dreadful, perhaps due to covid or just barely an population from the start. But the store selection seem way less than other malls. The spot of the mall is very enclosed behind forest areas.

It's a nice mall. Quiet, a good variety of shops still there ; nice comfortable seats in the middle where you can sit and take a break; the food court had a lot of nice varieties

Sooooo I went to this mall today because it is close to my dentist office, had to run into Macy’s to look for some shoes. Whenever I am in Macy’s I stop by the fragrance section to check out new perfumes, I’m a scent girl and majority of the time I buy something. Well today there was not enough staff in the section to assist more than one customer only an older woman with ginger colored hair I didn’t mind waiting until she looked up rolled her eyes and didn’t even let me know she’d be with me soon! I got racist vibes as if she was thinking that I’d be wasting her time if she were to assist me. Which would have been wrong because I was looking to buy some Paco Rabanne or the new Valentino if I liked it. I will never return to this mall customer service SUCKS!

I've lived in the area my whole life and have seen this mall go downhill first hand. It used to be very inviting and fun to hang out at. Now... It looks as though it's dying and barely hanging on. It looks derelict from the outside and the inside is no better. Several closed stores that didn't bother replacing with new ones. Very empty, not many ppl, but seems fairly clean. And honestly, I'm not entirely sure how safe it is if you're going alone...
