I work for Door dash and I showed up at 10 o'clock when they close at 12 to find one person there not answering the menu multiple people trying to order food. I called the customer to let them know that no one was responding in the taco bell I even called the store directly and didn't get an answer and she said it doesn't surprise her because they close randomly early all the time now I can't believe they did that with orders from Door dash coming in it was extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend going there to anyone past 9 o'clock or even at all if this is how they run things

Two stars because the cashier was nice and was the only one that show her face. The manager had a face like he didn't want to be there. My order was wrong and had to wait 20 min for the right thing because they forgot about us of course with the manager seeing our faces everytime he got out of the kitchen. Sadly to say the one that made the order and apologized was the cashier because the manager wasn't even able to do that like a good manager is supposed too...remember people costumer service she got it but the manager and the rest of the crew not so much. Oh and it was empty... The original post was 3 years ago and today my husband decided to buy a 12 pack of Supreme soft tacos. And well it wasn't what we expected lol

It's not my job to take my order on a Kios. When I decide to dine in. These so called workers make $15 an hr and can't do there job 100%. I don't care about drive through times. I care about how I'm treated, When I dine in. This is pure laziness which was created by corporate and that type of work ethic rolls right down to the worker level. There needs to be a human element when we dine in plain and simple.

We asked 50 packs of hot sauce but they just gave us 20 packs. I cried.

This Taco Bell absolutely is the worst one I have ever been to. They screw over DoorDash orders by accepting them, and waiting the order out until the store closes. I have ordered multiple times on DoorDash and have only received 1/10 of my orders after needing to cancel after waiting an hour and a half for two tacos. Getting food here in person is just as bad, they close early whenever they want, I waited in line for an hour for food just for them to tell me when I got to the window that they were closing because they didn’t have staff or food. Terrible.

I was there today picking up a door dash order staff brushed me off when I said door dash order because she was busy talking to her boyfriend who brought her coffee. I waited over 15 minutes for the order and was told they had to cook it. But yet all window orders were right. I was also told I could leave and have someone else pick it. I let her know I was call customer and she said she didn't care. When I recieved the order the bag wasn't taped like they are suppose to be for door dash!! Taco bell do better when hiring staff!!

The WORST customer service ever. Sat at the window for 20 minutes. While the girl at the drive through proceeded to walk away and take a phone call. And never returned. And got the whole order wrong and had to remake it. No one communicated with me while I waited to let me know if they were short staffed or simply just sitting around. I will never return to this Taco Bell absolutely AWEFUL

Waited forever in drive through as numerous cares gave up and left; only to be served poorly prepared, cold food. Kids working made absolute minimum effort. They couldn't care less about their job or the success of their employer. Unfortunately this is not unique to this establishment these days. Shocking poor statement about kids' work ethic.

Good food, no hand sanitizer in the bathrooms and bathrooms were dirty. Tables were clean and floors slightly messy. Cup top sizes were not in the right order. Other than that, service was great and really fast.

Ordered online. Ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito with a few modifications and a fiesta potato bowl. Instead received a bowl and what looked like a burrito absolutely drenched in red sauce with lettuce and tomatoes. Not even close?? Get it together y’all.

Then gave me a attitude on the phone wen I asked them to remake it told me get a refund from door dash door dash can not open your food ya are responsible for this !

Waited in line for at least 10 minutes, one person asked if I was waiting on anything and when told I needed to order they proceeded to walk away and not come back. Been in customer service before, at least train your employees to say they'll be right with you if they're busy. Dissatisfied and disappointed

Taco Bell, like many places these days, are priced WAY out of scope for the meal. What used to be my staple combo for $6.79 is now more than $13. I don't eat Taco Bell like I used to, it's a rare indulgence. And seeing as it's now priced completely outside of the price to quality ratio, (I can get 2 Italian sausage breakfast Sammie with coffee from my local deli for less than a combo meal), I fear I've had my last Taco Bell.

Don't know who took my orders tonight but they did great, food wasn't skimpy and the order was accurate ✨ thanks so much!! From a night shift nurse ♥
