I don't go to Wendy's very often. But in the last 6 mos. when I have gone. They don't have my order correct. They're not able to give me a printed receipt. Their excuse is their machine can't print a receipt. Can management find out why this happening! The is wendys on Dolson Ave in Middletown, NY Thank you!

The worst Wendy's I have been to. Took the employee pictures above 10 min to take a order and the sad thing is no one else was infront of me. This is what management puts at the counter, damm thing cant even where a mask correctly either put it on or take it off. The time it took from placing order and getting was 15 min so I figured I get a nice hot burger NOPE cold and the frosty was actually melted.. Hats off to this winner!!

I can’t speak for all employees here, but the woman working the drive-through with a piercing in her lip was very rude and unwelcoming. The Wendy’s on 211 is much better.

Service is great. Dave's Doubles, French Fries, and the frosties are great to eat. The store looks pretty nice.

The cashier was really nice. The line was really long for the drive thru. No lobby hours. Order was wrong when I got home. My large chili was ...."less than" Over all great place to eat, a few glitches.

The staff and food were great. The floors were a little slippery on this humid day. Exercise caution

Love their food. Been gone from the UK for a long time so always get some when in the states
