The food is good, but the staff doesn't speak English very well, so expect to have trouble getting your order correct. For example, I ordered a hot fudge brownie sundae, but what I received was chocolate sundae... no brownie. Another time I ordered a banana sundae and got the biggest eye roll from the clerk that made it.

Horrible experience, the white guy that serve my ice creams had a ugly attitude he forgot to gave me one ice cream in a waffle cone and got super angry once I told him he forgot one of my ice creams and gave me a miserable scoop in the cone. Really disappointed for the customer service he gave us, because we pay for the ice creams we did not ask for free ice cream.

Standard dunkin and BR combo. The place is clean, and service is acceptable.

I have tried to order cakes in advance twice at this store. Both times I have shown up for the pickup and they don’t have any recollection of/lost my order. While this is frustrating enough, what really irks me is the attitude I have received from their staff and management about it. They have zero customer service skills and are completely inept. I’ll never do business at this store again.

Terrible. Gave me cookie dough instead of butter pecan then argued with the me that that's the way their butter pecan is. Apparently butter pecan no longer has pecans and replaced them with chunks of chocolate chip cookie dough 😒

The icecream selection is good, but the staff skimps on the servings, most Baskin Robbins will put icecream in the cone and then a scoop on top, this one only gives the scoop on top, will go elsewhere for better value.

Horrible - ordered an Easter cake. Went to pick it up only to be told by someone with piercings in her nose, lips, etc with an attitude that they got the order wrong and to come back later- which I couldn't do. Horrible customer service - just HORRIBLE!
