Today was the first time I had visited the shop. Overall I am pleased with the end result. However, the tech that did my nails completely destroyed my skin. I understand there needs to be trimming and filing which I am okay with. But the tech made almost all my nails bleed, my skin around my nails is practically raw because of how much was filed. It was to the point I was almost in tears. Definitely will need to rethink if I will return.

I absolutely love it here. I’ve been coming here for months now for my acrylic nails. I’ve seen most of the girls and they’re all fantastic but my favorite is Jenny. I always walk out with a smile on my face and she always gives me what I want and then some. Everyone’s super nice and it’s always so clean. I’ve gone to a lot of nail salons and this is by far the best. I’m moving soon, but will continue to drive to Middletown so I can see Jenny.

I have never been loyal to a nail salon before visiting Harmony Nails. Every time I visit, the experience exceeds any expectation I could've had. I typically get the Harmony Pedicure with the occasional manicure. I've had all of the techs work on these toes and all of them are great and take their time; I've never felt rushed here and I genuinely appreciate that. I would say that I'm baffled by the negative reviews but truly I am not because Middletown demographics contain, dare I say, all the "Karens," and there's no pleasing those women. I've witnessed it firsthand during some of my visits and I commend the nail techs who keep their composure and patience when dealing with rude and disrespectful customers. Nonetheless, this is the best nail salon I've EVER been to and I'm so happy I discovered them.

Love Harmony Nails & Spa! You have to ask for Wendy she is Amazing! She is Very accommodating of my busy schedule. The quality of her work is outstanding! The salon is neat, clean and affordable pricing on services!

Terrible manicure June 12th. The girl cut a chuck out of my pointer finger. It bled quite a bit so she put nail polish remover on it twice to stop it which hurt. It continued to bleed so she just polished around it. The whole manicure was sloppy. She didn't apologize and still charged me. Had to keep neosporin and a bandaid on it for a week. I emailed Harmony Nails with pictures and got no response. Won't go back.

Very clean salon!! I won’t be going anywhere else. I moved to West Virginia and will continue to make that 45 minute drive to see Twee. She does my nails perfectly and listens to what I want. Prices are comparable to everywhere else and due to their sanitary practices, risk of infection is lower than a lot of other salons I visited. Annie is another great nail tech, and she is hilarious! 😁 Thanks ladies for taking good care of your clients.

Tried a dip powder / SNS manicure here for the first time and I am very happy with the result. The color came out pretty close to what I wanted and they were very patient with me as I selected one and helped me find one I liked. My nail technician (Trang) spent close to an hour on my manicure and shaped my nails wonderfully despite them being fairly short. The place was very lively and friendly the whole time I was there.

Awesome service! Wendy did my nails beautifully! She is so very kind to my needs. I'm going thru chemo and have neuropathy in my hands (super sensitive to everything) she was gentle and professional.
