Just ordered food from Ralley's in Middletown both of our chicken sandwiches we're raw. One COMPLETELY RAW the other was just undercooked but still disgusting to eat. Wish I could give zero stars even the root beer was off.

The closest Rallys to us, the food is always hot and fresh, out eyes were bigger than our stomach but you should try the funnel cake fries!

Make sure you check your bag. What's all it is to do. You will have to go back and get it

If I could leave a negative rating, I would. The car in front of us never even got to order because no one ever answered at the drive thru. We waited ~15 minutes to even be able to order (only the one car ahead of us). Service was horrible. Slow and rude. The food was repulsive, and inedible. I literally spent $12 on food that appeared to have been made weeks ago, not to mention the "chili" dog looked like it was covered in poop and dry onions. Almost all of it went straight in the garbage. The fries were tolerable, but we probable would not have eaten them had we seen the other food first. It will be a miracle if we don't get sick from the few bites of sandwich we were each able to stomach (after covering it in Chipotle Ranch), but even then it still tasted like soggy warm lettuce. Genuinely think this place is overdue for a health inspection.

There was one worker at about 7:30. There was only 1 car waiting in front of me, but I waited over 15 minutes. I was at the order speaker, but no one said a things I . Finally, after waiting about 25 minutes, the guy yells out the window he’s having system issues. If that’s the case, you should’ve said something when we pulled up, and not make us wait 25 minutes without saying anything. Didn’t get food. There’s an issue pretty much every time I try to come here. If you’re lucky enough to get food, they have great fries. The rest is always hit or miss

Best burger I've had from this location since the early 2000s! Extremely friendly staff! Will definitely return! I went Thursday December 21st @ 10:45 pm!

Hey all of you, i was just there, and i sincerely want to thank each and every one of you! Hamilton doesn't have a Rally's anymore and working in Middletown right now, my family had to have it! Not only was the ENTIRE order right, but all of SMILED!!!! The gentleman taking my order made EYE CONTACT and spoke to me, kindly, with a smile, AND while doing his work! In the past few years, we've thought good service, and all of the other amazing attributes all of you possess were a thing of the past. Really, thank you all so much! PLEASE keep it up! You all make a difference wether you know it or not! ❤ we will definitely be back! YOU ALL ROCK!!!!!!!

Burnt chicken Burnt bun and the wrong item. Bought 2 of the BBQ bacon mothercruncher and got a piece of shoe leather with mayo and lettuce no bacon or BBQ sauce. WILL NOT BE BACK

They are short staffed big time. It took me a half hour to order and get my food.

Old chicken sandwich. Can’t even pull it apart. Smells likes it’s 2 days old. Can’t get through to anyone at the restaurant. What a shame
