    I couldn't believe how RUDE the "manager/cashier" was! Pretending to not understand ENGLISH, purposely messing up a gentleman's order multiple times, being extremely CONDESCENDING to that customer and my family as well. Once they (food preparers also) understood that we spoke & understood Spanish they realized the gig was up! They still attempted to play STUPID! The front person didn't want to LISTEN to a simple order of 3 M chocolate shakes & 1 M vanilla shake. Still screwed it up, still required us to reorder and not utilize our points. I can't believe this location is still in business let alone this "manager" still employed by this corporation. This need to remedied of this location is to flourish. Sad. Makes one also think that the county health department should investigate what's also going on behind those walls!

    I’m always here and usually great service. Today however they mixed up the order between my car and the one next to me. Therefore they overcharged me! $12 for a burger & fries?? Never given a receipt and when I asked about it nobody understands English ( no offense) enough to answer me. From now on demanding receipt! Get it together people!

    Arrived at the drive through at 11pm and we sat there and at the window for 10 minutes and no one came by at all. We were here an hour before closing.

    I got accused of cutting the drive thru line because I used the second lane they THEY installed. Spoke to a woman at the speaker and when I got to the window they accused me of not going to the speaker at all and driving right up to the window. I got a lecture about how I was going to cause an accident. Don’t install a second drive thru lane if you can’t handle it.

    This is my last meal before suicide. It wasent planned but the quality of the food in question ruined my life and is the reason why I’m ending it.

    Not a great experience while on vacation in Rhode Island. Had to drive around the driveway 3 times as the speaker system wasn't working. Finally got the attention of someone inside. No apology, just told his headset wasn't on. Biscuit was stale and small, bacon almost non-existent, cheese mostly in the wrapper. Totally disappointed with the experience.

    It is to be fast food. It took for ever just to get 2 double cheese burgers. Then I get in my truck an both burgers were ice cold. In all my years going to McDonald's that has never happened even if there short staffed. I travel all over the United States. That's a poor McDonald's!!!

    It takes a lot for me to write a bad review for a place but this McDonald's has been absolutely horrible. My order is constantly wrong and the customer service here is terrible. Sure the line goes quickly but it's not worth it if you don't get what you pay for. This place needs to work on their customer interaction. No one says anything to you to make sure your order is correct. It's just taking my money and thats it. Why do servers like this deserve more than minimum wage if you're not earning it. I love McDonald's food and all but the Wendy's down the street just has a better customer experience every time. Never disappointed with Wendys.

    DON'T COME HERE PAST 11:45! They won't serve you. The grille and drive thru are supposed to STAY OPEN until 12. I waited in the drive thru since 11:47. I got to the order box at 11:54. 6 minutes later they shut the lights off on me. This is the SECOND time this location has done this. And don't give me the excuse the grilles have to shut down early because THE OTHER MIDDLETOWN LOCATION ACTUALLY TAKES ORDERS UNTIL 12. They (and all other good locations) do what this place SHOULD be doing: When 12AM hits, they put out a cone to block new cars and FINISH THE ONES THEY HAVE WAITING IN LINE!!! Honestly, they can't do that? I DO IT ALL THE TIME AT MY JOB!!! I'm not gonna just kick my last customer out...I'M GONNA FINISH WITH THEM! Seriously GO TO THE OTHER MCDONALD'S IN MIDDLETOWN!!! It's just about 5 minutes away...Near the Stop And Shop. MUCH better service there! There's a reason THEY got upgraded and this one DIDN'T.

    Worst service I've ever seen. I told him dine-in, he gave me take out. No big deal. Order was all wrong, gave me 3 pancakes instead of a full big breakfast. Every person who was before me (around 8) returned with wrong orders. Clutter all around. Terrible experience even by McDonald's standards.

    I ordered a quarter pounder deluxe with fries and a coffee drink, the fries were luke warm and certainly not freshly made. The burger paddie was luke warm at best also and the bun was cold to the touch. The drink was good. I ate half the fries and burger, I love McDonald's fries and this time it was the worse McDonald's fries (and burger) I've ever had. Hopefully management reads these reviews and starts doing a proper job.

    I don't know how many times I've had to repeat myself 5+ times when I get to the pickup window because the person working it doesn't speak English. I repeated my order multiple times while multiple other staff members were just standing around watching and the employee still proceeded to try and give me things I didn't order. If they can't understand and interact with the customers why the hell is that the position they are given

    I've always had pretty good experiences with this Mcdonalds. I typically order from the drive-thru, which has multiple lines and moves quickly. There is also large menu displays that make choosing a food selection much easier. Staff are typically efficient and friendly or neutral. Interior is a pretty typical McDonald's and is clean and organized. Not too bad for fast food.

    Poor service, nasty attitude and food was not great. They tell people to learn English when they can't even speak English at all. Just witnessed them being disrespectful to a drive through customer. They don't have customer service understanding at all.

    McCrispy doesn't compare to Chick Fil A, fries are always top-notch. Service was very slow, and not attentive. Management was OK when I raised an issue, but lack of anyone at the front caused the issue

    So, I found a long hair in my fries, my burger was soggy and wet… I asked for food cooked fresh…and hold the hair please and thank you. Then the manager had the gull to accuse me of lying when I was beyond patient when many people would have lost their cool. I got dirty looks from employees and overheard them parroting her. I wouldn’t recommend this location. There is only one kid there that actually does a good job and is polite. He is too good for this location.

    First time at this McDonald's or any in a long time. You now put your own order in using a keyousk and take a number that gets attached to your order so they can bring your food to you. Didn't mind doing my own order found it pretty easy. The food was okay burgers were a little dry. The inside was okay, some tables needed to be cleaned . The experience was good they just might have been a little off on this day.

    Kept me waiting for ten minutes at the drive thru window after greeting me, only to come back and tell me “oh sorry we’re closed now” there were three cars behind me and they closed an hour early.

    My expectations for McDonald's service start off low, and this particular place failed to meet even that low bar. The drive through crew members were surly, but the ultimate insult was they gave me decaffeinated coffee! Who drinks decaf in the morning!?

    I ordered a head on app. Got big Mac meal for $6.49. these fries were more edible than most places. Have handicap parking but no auto door's

    Toxic waste dump .I only used the bathroom because I was traveling. The customers looked dead inside to me , and the servers where , no better . The place is sad in every way . Please don't eat the toxic waste they pass off as food .

    Terrible and rude service. Worst McDonalds around. Drive thru lights are on, No hours posted and nobody answers at the order station. They close at different times each week and leave you sitting under brilliantly illuminated drive thru after closing. They are rude if you even get anyone to respond. SHUT YOUR DRIVE-THRU LIGHTS OFF YOU BOZOS!!
