If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely awful service. Every single time I go it take 45 minutes from start to finish. I always order 1 or 2 double cheeseburgers with MAC sause and always get a different result. Never what I want. DO NOT, I repeat, do not go to this location. THE WORST drive through on rt 66. Is rather eat dirt.

Receipt was right, order was wrong...... twice. No special request nothing difficult just a simple plain order. Apparently the employees there can't read. Subpar even for a fast food place where the expectations are low to begin with. Just spend the extra at dunkin across the st.

11/1/2021 Well I'm glad I didn't finish this uncooked quarter pounder sandwich. Mcdonald's on south main Street. Middletown . Please cook the burgers and do it right I won't be eating there again. No one should be eating there . If I could post w/o adding a star I would've. I called the south main St. McDonald's twice to inform them of the undercooked burger so they can check their grill cooks food but there was no answer twice . It was around 4:45 pm . I'm guessing its a busy time. 11/07/2022 Well as it seems McDonald's on South Main Street Middletown CT still SUCKS. You have one job can you please losers get it right.

I went to the restroom when first arriving at the restaurant. When entering the restroom, the only available stall had brown stuff smeared on the changing table, floor, and toilet. When I went to go inform an employee, I was met by a teenage boy employee at the counter wearing an AirPod in one ear. I say “hey, the farthest stall in the women’s bathroom is really messy”. He looks completely through me, looks at my male partner and asks for his order. This employee neglected to inform any one of the condition of the restroom, took my partners order and went to the back and immediately grabbed his cellphone and then immediately touched food afterwards. Highly disappointed with my experience.

This location is very busy. I learned that when they are swamped, the McDonald's app for curbside delivery doesn't work. Just an FYI, use the drive thru option or go inside. The service is good. The food is exactly what you'd expect from McDonalds. Going inside, it's very clean and the line moves quickly.

This location is the best in Middletown, they never disappoint. The team here are all hardworking individuals with great attitudes, the food is always fresh and little to no wait times. I have been coming here for years and will continue!

Pulled up to order was waiting someone pulled in at next lane they took there order first then had to repeat my order like 3 x cause guy taking orders can’t multi task But my question is why no butter in my order when I got a big breakfast with hotcakes I don’t understand how they always have a problem with simple task of putting a order together

I have not been to this McDonald's in a couple years this was the old McDonald's now it's a new McDonald's customer service was excellent people were nice and greet you took your order food came out on time thank you very much to all

Order number 1697 on 05/12/23 Missing two cheesburgers and 2 of fries at the counter, got them, but when I got home was also missing a triple cheeseburger. Over half the order missing. Ridiculous

Drive thru very slow. Hearing a drive thru attendant is hard enough.... Never mind having one who mumbles when he speaks.

Omg!!! I haven't been to a mcds ever that was so fast and the food was piping hot, not to mention the young man that ran right over to take my order. Was in and out in 3 minutes now that's fast food.

Be careful about your food order they do not give you the correct size that you order

I’ve never really had a bad experience at this McDonalds. I usually do the curbside pickup and the order is always brought out promptly and without any missing items. Sometimes when I go through the drive thru I do have items missing but never with pickup. He food is always good and customized correctly. I haven’t dined inside in a while so I can’t review that aspect of the establishment. Overall a good choice for a quick meal.

Great atmosphere the food was super good. I had the steak egg & cheese bagel 🥯😋😋

We got a flat in the drive thru and we were in the parking lot for, Couple hours, no one bothered us. They made a stressful moment not too bad after all Im very pleased with the staff there.

I’ve been to this McDonald’s on Main st. Middletown several times. The buzzers and beeping (I assume from the food timers) is so loud and almost constant, I can’t enjoy my breakfast so I stopped going there. I did go back after a while and it seemed quieter. I will try again but if it is very loud again, I won’t be going back.

Everytime I go to this McDonald's, I always get what I order made correctly, the fries are always fresh and so are the burgers, I have yet to have a bad experience at this McDonald's, comparing it to Washington st isn't even a competition, Washington st can't compare to the service and freshness, good job s main

Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, did not ask which crispy sandwich. All it had was pickles on chicken very dry , no mayo, or butter. And Fish Sandwich, way over priced at $5.39 + Chicken almost $11.00. CANT AFFORD TO EAT MC DONALDS . SAD

This place is actually out of there mind I went to this place today and bit into one of the hamburgers and it was crunchy

I always order on the app, and if I get a frappe, I add a shot of espresso. Several times I’ve gotten there only to be told the “machine is down” and not once have so gotten a refund. I finally pushed this last time and the evening shift manager was extremely rude about it. I got fed up and left without the refund and won’t be going back after lunchtime. The evening crew is definitely subpar and the MOD needs to be demoted, he is severely lacking in customer service skills.

You literally charged me $10.62 for a hamburger Happy meal with fries. This is Not acceptable!!! Anyone who goes here you need to pay attention to what it is they're charging you.
