    I waited in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes and no one ever came to the speaker. The employees don’t wanna work!! They’re too busy taking smoke breaks and hanging out back.Don’t waste your time just go anywhere else.

    I'm starting to think Midfield doesn't have any decent fast food. I sat at the mic for a few minutes waiting to order without anyone greeting me or offering to take my order. After I said hello I was greeted with a curt reply and I placed an order. Got up to the window, paid, and waited 10+min for my order. The person working the window was pitching a fit at the other workers, had the cash drawer out on top of the register, and was in front of a sign that said something rude about employees rear ends getting caught stealing food/money and how it was prohibited. Got my order and my drink was forgotten. I asked for it and she got it. As she was filling it up she stuck her hand in the ice bin and pulled out a piece to chew on. Needless to say, I won't be going back. Oh and the food was terrible too.

    I went to the restaurant and the manager was arguing with me about my order I as for 2 biggie bags a sprite and a coke so when we got our order 2 sprites came out of the window so I said I asked for a sprite and a coke she actually argued with me about it for a while instead of being a good manager.and correcting my soda and I had to go inside to order the rest of my order and she was still in there talking about the drinks she wanted me to come inside to order the rest of my order because she said it was time for her to count her draw down end of her shift people were pulling of she has a nasty attitude and she don't need to be there.. don't know her name but she work morning shift heavy set and a raggedy mouth

    I have a direct connection to all these fast food locations in midfield, Bessemer, Hueytown and Birmingham! I used to be a restaurant owner, what I see in the delivery industry such as Door dash! Would make you puke, what I see in all of these fast food places is no management,. Who ever owns these franchises are losing tens of thousands of dollars a week, the owners are scared to manage their own businesses, hell call me, I know I could get everyone back on track in all these fast food joints, but right now these places are being destroyed, and it's a shame!!!

    Absolutely horrible. DO NOT eat here. I went inside to use the restroom before I ordered. It was the most disgusting bathroom I've ever seen. Feces and flies was everywhere. The man behind the register was digging in his hair and his pants were so low his bare behind was showing. I walked out and never looked back.

    The worst experience I've had on several occasions. The night shift is always saying they are close and it's only 9p.m. I live in midfield and everytime I try it's the same result. It was one time it was 3 girls at the front counter and ran when they saw me pulling in. I will inform corporate also because it's awful customer service. I know they see a difference between day/night sales. Smh

    I actually can't do business with this location in Midfield, AL because they're always doing a shift change. In the evenings between 4-7, they always state that they're doing a "shift change." Today, they came on the drive thru speaker and advised that they were involved in a shift change and it would take 15-20 minutes. as I pulled off, I watched the person on the speaker and another employee sitting outside behind the restaurant. I wasn't aware that a shift change involved being outside smoking with no register, sandwich board, or a till. Very unacceptable. I would advise that you do an audit of this location because numerous cars were in line behind me and were told the same thing. What's going on, Wendy's?

    Came in the drive through at 10:58 on a friday which they close at 12. Got to the speaker, said they only were accepting door dash orders but doordash had them CLOSED. So basically the staff chilling for a whole hour before close. UNBELIEVABLE

    Pleasant experience during a lunch visit here. Food quality was very good, however $5.89 for a single quarter pound burger is something that will not make me return anytime soon.
