    very nice location and as other Starbucks great coffee and love their matcha - kinda off due to covid and long lines, and less staff to be patience -u may get warm not hot coffee

    Long car line, I prefer order in the counter fast and easy, the staff yesterday was so nice. I wen in lunch time it was fast and a lot employees, which is good to get your order quickly…

    I’ve gone to this Starbucks for a while. My only experience is with the drive thru and the drive thru is run horribly. You spend a minimum of 20 minutes on line even if there are only a few people in front of you. They also only get your drink right about 25% of the time. I order hot, they give me iced or the other way around. They will also just get the drink wrong entirely. Last week I ordered a white hot chocolate with peppermint and they gave me a regular hot chocolate with no peppermint in it. Today I ordered an English Breakfast Tea Latte, they gave me just a tea with nothing in it, no sweetener, no foam. It’s like they look at the first part of your order and then stop caring after. Sometimes I will check the drink before pulling away so that I can give it back to them if it’s wrong but when you go on your lunch break and spend 30 minutes in line (when there’s literally only 5 people in front of you), you don’t have time to check so I end up spending a good amount of money on a drink that I didn’t even order.

    Excellent Starbucks. New, spacious. Helpful staff. Parking lot and drive thru are nightmares. Lot is too small and difficult to enter/exit. Drive thru, jammed. Way over busy. They need another one! Not very convenient to park and then enter location.

    Unpleasant staff that can't follow directions. Ordered a cold brew with soy. Received a cold brew without soy. Asked for the batista to add soy, which they did without shaking the container properly and I received nasty chunky soy milk in my coffee. Will avoid this location.

    Update: My girlfriend and I had a Starbucks gift card so we decided to try the drive-thru again. This time… we didn’t feel rushed and the car line moved fairly quickly albeit could still be improved. The barista’s were outgoing, professional, and somewhat kind. The four star change in rating is due to the drinks (Pistachio, Chesnut Praline) being exceptional this time around. Keep up the good work! ———— Normally I love Starbucks and around here you don’t find drivethru’s. However, each time my girlfriend and I have gone here the coffee drinks that cost an arm and a leg just do not taste the same as other Starbucks. This place is fairly a new one so I don’t know if it’s because the baristas aren’t trained well but I just don’t understand. In addition, it is 1pm on New Years Day and there is a line of 20+ cars wrapping around onto the road causing a traffic violation… we turned the car around and went home; as this line was not moving after 15 minutes of waiting. It’s insane how bad the baristas are. This location’s poor and slow customer service hasn’t changed since the location moved from the plaza.

    I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 coffees for delivery this morning. Not only were the coffees less than half full due to spillage, but the breakfast sandwiches were FROZEN SOLID. They were not even taken out of the Starbucks packaging to be cooked…I am in utter disbelief. How can this be even somewhat acceptable to recieve my breakfast items completely frozen. I’m at a loss for words… I have never experienced this type of situation from any Starbucks I’ve ever been to.

    Went through drive threw pick up this time. Very fast and super friendly, hard-working staff. Be sure to leave them a tip if you can and if u cant tell them what a great job they are doing today!!

    Absolutely horrendous Starbucks. Waited half an hour in line, they rang me up for the wrong order, tried to refund me, double charged me, and then didn’t refund me anything, lost my original order, and the whole experience took 30+ minutes.

    I came to the location nobody was online so I’m just standing there, they had an over abundance of help but everyone just kept walking by behind the counter looking at me with zero acknowledgement. Finally I said to a man is anyone going to help me? His response “sorry my back was to you “ ok well maybe it shouldn’t have been or maybe the employee you were chatting with who kept looking at me could have done something or said something 🙄

    when i went today with my friends through the drive-thru, we purposely put our order with the mobile app to save more time and hopefully make the workers lives easier but instead when we went up to the speaker to tell them we came to pick it up, the worker let out a loud sigh. then, when he asked for the names and my friend began to tell him, he cut her off and told her to slow down so he could understand. he was just overall really rude right from the beginning and when we asked who we spoke to when we pulled up, they told us his name was jeff or jeffrey. so whoever that is, was rude and we didn’t appreciate his unnecessary attitude. we just came to pick up our drinks and felt more like a burden.

    I love this Starbucks so much it’s so convenient and the staff is very kind for the most, I had a very disheartening experience today however, I was at the drive thru window receiving my order and the worker I believe her name is Tori was very rude when I asked her for straws she responded rudely and this is very sad because all the other works hand my coffee with a smile. And this isn’t the first time I have had a problem with Tori she always seems to have a negative manor.

    Waiting a half hour plus for one grande coffee is insane. When I ask about it employees don’t seem to care. Super rude staff. Some seemed to have no idea what they were doing. I understand places have bad days but this was insane

    Not sure what's up with this place, they always have staff that is rude and unprofessional. I was there yesterday ordering my coffee I was asked what I want in a rude manner they when I was trying to get the girls attention cause she was making my drink wrong she looked at me ignored me and made it the way she wanted to. I don't get how th Manger is never there to watch the staff and then when they see there staff being rude he/she simply does not care. I have seen them on many occasions ignore people or just be flat out rude. I have video of one of the staff members being totally ignorant when I told them no milk since I was allergic and she did it anyways. VIDEO WILL BE SENT TO Is corporate. !!! Hire better staff idc if these older women or younger employees have been there for a while there not good at there jobs and there nasty nasty people. What else can you expect from Starbucks employees tho. Literally the only group of people that are extremely nasty people.

    It was an extremley loud atmosphere caused mostly by the employees talking, shouting and cackling amongst themselves across the entire place. Even with headphones on and my computer sounds turned up, I still couldn't hear myself think. It was also very cold. No heat seemed to be on. The coffee and food was typical of Starbucks; costly and mediocre. I won't be visiting again.

    Great place, just a little disorganized. I placed an order for 2 drinks for pick up, when I arrived the 1st one was waiting for me and I had to wait 15 mins for my 2nd order. That's quite some time to wait, but I can see everyone is crazy busy criss-crossing around each other.

    Starbucks is always a neighborhood spot. They have a weird parking setup but its all good. Ir was a nice clean store which shows they care. The drive thru is busy so beware of that. Overall, solid spot.

    This place is amazing! My mobile orders are always accurate and ready quickly for my work day. Adrian was extremely helpful and crafted the most delicious iced brown sugar shaken espresso with oat milk! He was extremely personable and talented. 10/10 Midland Park Starbucks!

    Nice staff, but the drive through is ridiculously, painfully slow. Indoor atmosphere is not per usual, this place was not built for sitting around.

    so i went through the drive thru and placed a mobile order. they initially handed me this drink without whipped topping or any cookie crumble. then i asked for the whipped topping and the workers response was that people usually don’t get whipped topping for your type of milk. like what kind of response is that?! i used to work at starbucks and that’s not what you’re supposed to do at all, you don’t just assume! they were rude about it as well! and the drink did not have enough ice in it so it seems to be watered down. very unpleasant and unprofessional. i would like a refund. i ordered a grande chocolate cookie crumble frap with oat milk.

    Service is great! Employees are amazing! But the drive thru is the worst! There was very poor planning putting the cross walk in the middle of the drive through in the spot it is. It creates more traffic in the line where people have to wait about 10 minutes with no one being able to pull up to the speaker to order. Not that this review will change that. But if you try to go through the drive through it will take some time for that reason.
