CANT BELIEVE WHAT HAPPENED, went in with my three year old who desperately needed to pee, was told the washrooms were not for public. Knowing my three year old couldn't hold it, I took him outside. After he had already started peeling the man came outside and yelled at me telling me my three year old had to leave and stop. Biting my tongue, I then brought him OFF property so he could continue going to the washroom. The man then grabbed a camera and started video taping my child naked and exposed. I told him it was illegal and left. Needless to say, they are ignorant to deny the three year old child the right to go to the washroom.

Stopped here a few weeks ago with my 4 year old who desperately had to pee. We had just grabbed gas 5 minutes before but were planning on stocking up on drinks and snacks for the drive after using the bathroom. We were yelled at and shooed out of the store. My son couldn't make it any further so we let him pee beside our vehicle. The owner came out yelling at us and was on the phone with the police! Needless to say we'll never be returning. Disgusting.

This gas station illegally withholds essential services in Ontario - I was not allowed to use their washroom in my DIRE need to pee. They refused to acknowledge me as a fellow human being and gave me NO eye contact.

Adjacent to the motel is a gas bar operated by the same owner. I filled my tank with regular gas Oct 1/18 which indicated $1.217 per litre at the pump (and also on a display sign outside) but when I looked at my receipt the next day it showed that $1.287 charged. BEWARE - It's a old nickel and dime scam that takes advantage of unsuspecting drivers.

Stopped to buy gas and snacks. First asked to use the washroom informing them we would be buying gas and snacks and the lady working there freaked out. Yelling at me to get out, and saying shoo, shoo. Don't even bother stopping at this place, you will leave feeling verbally abused from the toxic person behind the counter.

DON'T STAY HERE! It's dirty. The owner knows that if you're stopping here its because you're desperate. The air conditioner didn't work in our room and it was a sweat box. He was rude and very inconsiderate. He was a prick. I am a very realistic person and was trying to save a buck so decided to stay here. We needed 2 rooms and that's why we came. Biggest mistake ever. Seriously don't stay here!

Husband needed to use the washroom. Owner hit him! I didn’t know that he was peeing outside... but doesn’t give someone the right to hit him! I was going to call the police til I found out what he was doing. Talk about embarrassing!!! Shame on you for not providing someone facilities.

Wouldn't turn the heat up. Treated me like I wasn't even human caught the owner and wife yelling at their small child in the store. I don't care what people do but that was completely un acceptable.to corner a child like that

Place is very clean, great service. Free wifi, movies on demand, flatscreen tv air conditioning. I had awesome stay and the price is unbeatable... Highly recommended
