our
awful
experience
at
this
KFC
location
in
Keswick.
We
walked
into
this
KFC
location
to
find
another
couple
frustrated
waiting
for
their
food.
While
we
waiting
at
the
front
desk,
the
manager
ignored
us,
instead
the
manager
argued
with
a
young
man
serving
the
window,
once
again
totally
ignoring
us.
After
15
mins
I
asked
the
employee
serving
the
window/drive
thru
to
help
us
out
as
it
was
now
7:26pm.
We
ordered
a
12
pc
bucket
with
some
additional
items
which
totalled
$46.59.
The
young
man
went
back
to
confirm
our
order
when
we
heard
the
manager
yell
at
him
why
he
took
our
order
and
asked
him
to
go
back
to
us
and
cancel
our
order.
The
managers
reason
was
due
to
no
chicken.
I
asked
the
young
man
to
call
his
manager
who
refused
to
come
to
the
front
desk,
saying
she
was
too
busy.
After
she
sent
2
other
employees.
The
3rd
employee
we
spoke
to
said
there
was
in
fact
chicken,
but
they
didn’t
want
to
cook
it
as
they
were
closing
at
8:30pm.
I
said
there
is
over
1
hour
before
you
close
why
are
you
not
serving
your
customers.
Only
after
I
advised
that
I
would
contact
head
office
to
report
the
poor
service
and
unwillingness
to
serve
the
customer
did
they
agree
to
prepare
the
chicken.
Which
we
waited
another
25
mins.
This
location
needs
immediate
attention
as
the
staff
and
manager
will
impact
the
reputation
of
the
KFC
brand.
We
have
reached
out
to
head
office.
