The State of Kentucky should really consider suing Kentucky fried chicken for damages for using their name. Where do I even begin? Their chicken nuggets tasted like a 5 year old unscrewed the top of the seasoning shaker and just dumped it on the chicken. The gravy wasn’t any better. If I didn’t know any better, I would’ve thought that some one scooped up ocean water and coloured it brown. The small macaroni salad was so small it looked like something you’d buy for an infant, which I guess was a good thing because it tasted bland and lifeless. Even the soda tasted disgusting which baffles me the most. Like how do they screw up soda? My wife owes KFC a big thank you. She’s been trying to get me to go vegetarian for the last year but I’ve always been hard set on my meat eating ways. But seeing how this chickens life was cut short to be turned into this garbage, the cruelty is just to much for my little heart to bear.

They don't deserve one star but unfortunately that is the lowest rating available. I arrived at 5:33 pm on Nov 1, 2023. The restaurant was empty of customers. There were no staff at the counter but one working at the drive thru. She acknowledged I was there but continued to wait on customers at the drive thru. She did not inform any other employee of my presence. After observing her wait on three different customers at the drive thru I left without ordering any food. I was at the counter for twelve minutes. I ended at St Louis around the corner. I was waited on within 2 minutes. KFC owes me an apology and maybe a free meal.

Trash. Came for the newly seasoned fries and a slider and it took 45mins when it said it’d be ready in less than 15m. Chicken and fries were so dry and bland. Felt like it was left out for an hour before serving it.

Cold nuggets, guys. And that's all that comes in a bag? Pathetic. I'm so tired of Keswick's fast-food places selling us such garbage.

On the weekend my family got a 10 piece bucket meal which came with a fry , gravy, and Macaroni. The fries weren’t even full to the top it was about half empty.. I told my parents that’s why I never eat there anymore! You don’t get what you pay for Chicken was not surprise at all the skin was mush Mary browns is the way to go!

Worst KFC ever. Don’t believe their business hours. Their business hour is 11am to 8pm, but it is so random. I think they just close the restaurant earlier than their business hours whenever they want to leave work early. I went their 7:30 via drivethru and was rejected 2 times already. If you want to eat KFC you had better order before 7 pm. If you get their after 7pm, you will be rejected.

The chicken was extremely greasy not even edible. There was an inch and a half of grease and oil at the bottom of the bucket . i ordered a 14 piece bucket there was no white meat at all. I went there at 7:00 p.m. my order wasn't ready for 25 minutes then when I went back to the door to pick up my order the doors were locked. To top it off the meal comes with 4 sides and I got 3 , and of course I called to complain about the food and to bring it back at 7:45 and they were already closed. DISGUSTING!!

Sharing our awful experience at this KFC location in Keswick. We walked into this KFC location to find another couple frustrated waiting for their food. While we waiting at the front desk, the manager ignored us, instead the manager argued with a young man serving the window, once again totally ignoring us. After 15 mins I asked the employee serving the window/drive thru to help us out as it was now 7:26pm. We ordered a 12 pc bucket with some additional items which totalled $46.59. The young man went back to confirm our order when we heard the manager yell at him why he took our order and asked him to go back to us and cancel our order. The managers reason was due to no chicken. I asked the young man to call his manager who refused to come to the front desk, saying she was too busy. After she sent 2 other employees. The 3rd employee we spoke to said there was in fact chicken, but they didn’t want to cook it as they were closing at 8:30pm. I said there is over 1 hour before you close why are you not serving your customers. Only after I advised that I would contact head office to report the poor service and unwillingness to serve the customer did they agree to prepare the chicken. Which we waited another 25 mins. This location needs immediate attention as the staff and manager will impact the reputation of the KFC brand. We have reached out to head office.
