    The nastiest hotel I've ever stayed at. Room was completely dirty and smelled like an animal died come to find out housekeeping doesn't do their job at cleaning and left some burger patties that another person left behind which stunk up the whole room. Customer service sucks and this is not a place to bring family in vacation In my opinion. Everyone is so rude and does not care about hospitality. It's probably best to go to motel 6.

    This place has so much potential and the current owner just sees the bare minimum but you can tell this place used to be BOOMING ๐Ÿ’ฅ I'd love to see it ๐Ÿ˜ grow into its full potential!! My room was clean, and it didn't smell bad, the continental breakfast ๐Ÿ˜‹ ๐Ÿ™ƒ was a huge hit! The breakfast lady was superb ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป

    The breakfast was great! Hopper advertised a pool one of the reasons I booked there. They wait until I get there to tell me the pool is broken has been for a while. Then proceeded to tell me I was supposed to have gotten an email telling me the pool was broken. I'm busy, I don't hang by the computer looking for emails. Plus I never saw the email in my inbox. I could have paid less for the same type of hotel. Change the add!! You can't charge for a pool that doesn't work!

    The hotel is under renovations. Even so they keep it as clean as possible. When this hotel is finished it will probably be the best one in town. It's huge!! Take advantage of the cheap rate now. They have weekly rates too. They have suites too. It has and indoor pool but it's closed right now. Plenty of parking !!

    Hello, first of all let me start off by saying that I could tell that this place has been renovated in most areas since the last time I stayed here about 3-4 years ago. New ownership or under new management of some sort I believe. Previously it wasn't really worth it, although because of the inexpensive rates and convenience I figured I'd give them another chance, and sure enough they are doing great. These folks take pride in the work they put into this place. There use to be a problem with rodents and things like that but now they have certainly taken care of all the issues from my previous stay. The rooms are very spacious and they don't start their usual room services for cleaning until right around check out time if your staying more than just a day, the long and short of the stay is the staff is very nice, and friendly. They care for the folks that stay at their place because they want you to return and are willing to do whatever it takes to make sure that they take care of all your accommodations. Rooms are clean, and price is just right. Once you've stayed at this place you will definitely return based on price and experience you make while you visit. I give the a 5 star because they in fact care about what other people think, and just know this that if you leave something behind they will hold onto it for you, and give it back to you once you either return or make arrangements to have it shipped back. Either way, they deserve someone taking the time out of their day to give them round of applause. So Great job entire staff, mostly family but nice as can be. Hope to see you guys again in the future. God Bless! Keep up the good work. If I can make only 1 request on a recommendation that would be for the linen to be replaced sometime soon, it seems like the towels have had it and have already served a full purpose. I bring my own however I still use the ones you all provide from time to time, however I thought I would mentioned that is my only request in which I know is a huge expense however that could make a difference. It just seems like those ones have been used and abused already, some of the even seem like they were used to help with a leak or flood of some sort. Hope my comment doesn't offend but just figured someone needs to bring it up eventually, Overall I give you the 5 Stars because I see you make more than the effort to take care of each of your customers, Thanks again.

    Staff was not Accommodating, short in conversation and did not follow through on their word (changed price from when asked to when signing papers) room did not have some toiletries. Had to wait hrs without toilet paper and when I asked front desk for something like tissue or napkins it seemed as though she was unwilling to help.

    First of all the sink was clogged and wouldn't go down. I found several bed bug Traps with dead bugs. And they refused to give my deposit back because I started my period in the night while I was asleep.
