Could be nice but maintenance is non-existent. Minimum 1 month before anything gets done, and they refuse to hire any more maintenance workers. Ridiculous for the rent prices tbh, don't live here.

Great staff. Their grounds are beautiful and apartments are well maintained. Communication and ability to help are really good. You won't regret leasing from them.

I just received the most informative & engaging tour last week, nothing like many I’ve had lately. We ran into some residences & I could tell by their vibe w/the assistant manager (J. Carrillo) & all the positive feedback they gave me that I’ll enjoy it here. I think I’ve made my choice & I’m ready to move in! I’ll give an update in a few months.

I’ve lived at the Residence for 8 years and have gone through multiple turnovers in staff/property company owners and the current staff there have been the most helpful yet! The complex itself is beautiful and the floor plans are pretty spacious and modern for any size floor plans. A big plus is the great hang out options including bars, the stadium, and H-E-B is just a short trip away! After 8 years it has been hard transitioning out of apartment living, especially when the Residence has been home. Thank you Stacy for being so understanding, accommodating, and helpful, during such a tough moving out period. You are amazing! We’ve had a great experience so far. All the way from being toured around, to dealing with the office staff Ladies. The apartment is sufficient and the ground, pool etc are very nicely kept.

Neutral response. Things need to be addressed. Lightning out lowering security on premise. Gated complex and going into maybe third year not working. Fire alarm lines still ran across lot for last few years. Appears degrading property. Not inclined to renew with the rate increases last couple of years and these issues not repaired. Don’t see value in paying rent increases and all the while, property slowly degrading

Toured here this weekend. Jeanette was really kind and answered every question. Wish I would have been able to move in this summer the pool looks super refreshing! Looking forward to my move in date!
