Trash management, high “utility” cost, for water that doesn’t even work 90% of the time. Since day one of moving in we have never had cold water. They will shut your water off for 4 days. Long day and you just want to relax? Don’t worry you can park 2 complexes over due to the lack of parking by non residents in the lot so you get to enjoy that long walk home. A NSF fee that’s higher than the utility bill. Kathy’s attitude makes you just want to hang up on her. Worthless. 0/5 . A/C is old so your electric bill will cost as much as a 4 bedroom house. Pools are green. Lazy paint job before you move in I love breathing in paint chips 2 months later. They probably charge a carpet cleaning fee, so when I move out make sure your carpets are fresh before even thinking about signing a lease.

Rent was supposed to be 880 a month and we have been paying over 1100 every month. Management is terrible. We never have hot water they’re always doing maintenance on the boiler system. Maintenance has taken forever or won’t even come sometimes. I’ve had my personal and my work truck towed for being over the white line. I referred a friend and we were supposed to receive a check for referring a friend but we never received it we’ve gone multiple times and still nothing has been done about the check. But once they have an inconvenience with you they “fine” you for every little thing. Amazon packages are never delivered to this area. If I could give I lower rating I would. Apartment absolutely suck. I would never recommend these to anyone.

Management needs to do better! Because of losing work hours, we needed to do a payment agreement for this month. I went to them a week in advance and asked for one, they said that they’d get it sent out to me. Yesterday I went back and told them that I never received the payment agreement and that I needed to sign it. Again they said that they would get it sent over to me.. they still never took the time to send it, but they sure took the time to send the eviction notice first thing this morning. We never have problems with our apartment, but it seems that every time I call or email, I never get a response. And clearly going to them in person doesn’t help the situation either. I will not let them evict us because of something that they couldn’t do.

If I can give this place zero stars I would, during the two years of staying there maint. would take for ever to get done had a broken dishwasher for two years straight, they never replaced a screen that was on a window in my kids room, now they want to charge me over $10,000 for repairs that should have been done when I placed the work order in the first place, the manager wanted me to adjust my apartment to how she wanted it cause for her standards we couldn't have a shelf in our living room, like others have said STAY AWAY FROM HERE AT ALL COST office staff is never there and takes for ever to hear back.

I hope someone takes action on the matter. These apartments are in very bad condition. The bathroom faucet had a leak and they never fixed it. The bathroom ceiling was falling through the leak that the air conditioning had. My kitchen sink was clogged and It was like this for days until I called a company and they charged it for 450 dollars and they didn't give me the money back. I wanted to change to a two-bedroom one and they didn't want to until I couldn't take it anymore and I had to leave. Anyway, they're not good for living, I don't know. I advise them to no one, it's a shame, really...

If you have a dog i wouldnt move here. They are now covering up the grass areas with rocks and i have to walk 2 blocks just so my dog can use the bathroom. Not that im opposed to walking my dog but i work nights and i dont want to walk 2 blocks at night in this town..

Kathy is Amazing! Both women in the office have been so easy to work with, customer service was awesome. I appreciate how quickly she helped me through everything so i could get in my apartment before the holidays.

This place is amazing. The office and maintenance staff are amazing! Kathy, Samantha, and Rosale have great customer service. I walked in and was immediately greeted and when I had any problems with my unit they always made sure to notify maintenance. The maintenance staff are amazing. Justin, Josh, Gilbert, Kenia, and Jose are the best. They got on any problems and fixed it as soon as they could. Very friendly and will keep me updated on everything they worked on. I had some issues with my unit and they were quick to jump on it. But when the problem was unable to be fixed they worked hard to help me get into another unit. They put in extra work to help get the new unit ready for us to move in. We are very happy with their services and everything they have done. Amazing staff and super satisfied with their services. Thank you so much to Kathy and the team behind her.

Barely moving in, the front desk Samantha is amazing she is very outgoing and easy to talk to!! My husband was telling me how she is awesome and finally got to meet her. Makes the process very easy and stressless
